If you’re looking to have all of your symptoms dismissed and feel worse when you leave than when you come in, see Dr. Shin!Truly, if you have chronic problems, go anywhere but here. Save yourself the frustration and heartache of seeing doctors that lose their patience when you have any sort of chronic issue and blame you for your symptoms.

Unprofessional and uncaring practice. Be very wary. There is not a bit of interest in patient health. After being sent all over western PA for lab work that was ordered to arrive at the location and have no record of the order. I then began trying for 4 days to follow up and had repeatedly requested a call back from the office. 5 days later I received a call with and was rudely addressed: WHATS GOING ON? Leaving me to believe there was also zero record of the series of events. Which was confirmed when I followed up again this week. And told I was discharged for being disrespectful. Maybe take an interest in the patient ailments and have a clue what is going on with them if you expect people who aren’t feeling well to tolerate sub par care and communication.

Clean, close to my house, and great staff! Every time Ive gone in, either for a scheduled appointment or as a walk-in, Ive gotten in very quickly. Hardly any wait time. Dr. DiRocco is wonderful and very thorough, as are the PAs. The nurses and staff are super nice and professional. Ive never had an issue here and Im even trying to get my husband to come here as his current doctor is hard to work with and not very communicative. I would recommend to anyone.

Doctors are great! Almost no wait. But reception is not good at all. First time i went in, they couldnt figure out if i had a copay or not for 10 minutes, and only after I insisted i had one did she finally collect it. On a separate visit, i was told they dont do labwork (they do). Waited for 20 minutes to talk to her for her to clarify they dont do labwork on weekends. If youre not persistent, you wont get anything done here.

Dr. DiRocco is great and listened to my concerns and addressed everything to my satisfaction. The facility itself is excellent with ample free parking, on site lab and phlebotomist were great I had my appointment and lab work done in 20 minutes. Convenient on site imaging too if needed. As for the negative reviews regarding insurance issues you should be mad at the insurance companies who control this not the physicians and staff.

5 star for the facility. I got an MRI done here. 2 star review because..My copay after insurance for MRI is $100. I was charged the day of my MRI at the office. Now 3 weeks later I received a bill in the mail for another $100. When I called to ask, they said at waterworks they dont have a specialist to read the reports (they contract it out). So my initial $100 was just for using the equipment, facility & lab technician. The new bill $100 was for someone to read the results. Unreal. In the past, Ive had MRI done somewhere else with same insurance and its always been just $100, not $200. So I couldnt comprehend how I have to pay another $100 for someone just to read the results! The lady that I talked on the phone was rude. Sorry if I didnt understand? have some patience. I guess if you have to get MRI, make sure you understand what youll be charged before getting it. Lesson learned

Very poor service, head nurse was very rude. Came on to get a second opinion about a sprained neck, and to have my back checked out. Was given 3 X rays. 2 of which were not ordered and inconclusive. Was charged over $750.00 for these cheap 2D x rays. When I called in to have the inconclusive x rays removed from the X ray. Nurse explained to me that Medical insurance in our country is expensive, and they are not here to revamp the system. Well I still dont know whats wrong with my back, they advised that I come back in for an MRI. Unfortunately, they wiped out the rest of my medical coverage with the useless x rays. And Id hate to see how much the MRI costs. Avoid this place if you value your pocket book, and would like professional service.

Doctor Dirocco is wonderful. I’ve always been able to get appointments when I need them and receive the best care. Today I had to bring my sick toddler with me because her appointment was later in the day. Everyone helped me carry her things, helped with my jacket, purse/diaper bag, and Doctor Dirocco found a stuffy for her to hold while she examed me.Thank you for such compassionate care!
