Im excited to know that there are still people out there that care. Im beyond blessed to find an organization that does what they say they are going to do. Naomi kept me informed along the entire process. I also liked that Nicole Love , the President, allowed me to meet with the caregiver before they were assigned. We were given the chance to out line what I expected and need done and she staffed accordingly. I noted that I preferred a non-smoker, animal friendly companion (only a preference) and that is who I was given. If I ever needed assistance again, I will definitely return to A Personal Touch Home Care

I have been through a few home care agencies for my mom that wasnt reliable. However, every since I chose a personal touch home care. My mom has been very happy with the service. Their aides are not reliable and have no backup if an aide calls off. This is not acceptable
