The doctors are good, but they overbook their appointments. I never get seen at my scheduled appointment time. There is always between 30 minutes and 60 minutes delay in getting seen. You might as well not schedule anything else for that day because you never know when youll be seen.

Lovely kind staff. Was treated with kindness, privacy, and respect. Most of the Drs. are great with time, courtesy and respect. I really like this place I used to dread going to the Dr. Not anymore! Will miss Linda very much.

The waiting time is ridiculous, appointment starts at 10, still not getting seen by 10:50.And when you trynna make a nurse visit appointment, they never pick up your phone or return your call.Have to find a new place.

DR. Baxter is the best. Very knowledgable adnd personable. He joked and laughed. I felt comfortable and at ease because of him.

2 shots in the same arm once, MY ARM HURT FOR A WEEK!!!!And the behavioral department of my experience, was very disappointing.When a doctor, (TALL, DORKY looking, kinda jockish, x basketball -GEEK TYPE)forget his name, Ask, IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE STAFF, what did yout talk about , in my PRIVATE, SEALED, DR - PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY SESSION.Thays awfully UNPROFESSIONAL, and jackass like, and should be reprimanded for.Which maybe he will be when i remember his name and write too the board of directors!Alan Kohr12/13/19

The receptionist always welcome you with a warm smile and the nursing staff as well. Extremely friendly and caring. Doctors there are super understanding and correct. Professional staff as always.

Dont call if you get sick. You wont get a return call. This has happened several times. The assistant doesnt check her messages to see if any sick patients have called. Another Dr cant help you either. Last time I called & left a message, I ended up passing a kidney stone but never received a return call. I never in my life had this problem!! Ive had Drs take a long time to respond but they did respond, but not here!! Im changing to a different doctor office. It really upsets me because Dr. Leuenberger is a very good doctor.

Great genuine, no bigot, no B.S. healthcare. The people really care about your well being. Thats coming from an agoraphobia stricken patient with PTSD. Dr Wharenberger is a patient, kind fellow with great bedside manner, genuine interest in helping with your medical issues. DO NOT take advantage of this place if you are drug shopping. Not tolerated. But its a great place with great people.

Supportive staff here will treat you as a person, not merely a patient.

Been with Dr. Warhenberger since i was 14 and i absolutely love his bedside manner, and the attention he give each patient. Someones he finds late but Id rather he be late and give me all the attention i need than speeding through.
