Wonderful place to work out, I am so grateful to God that it has reopened. Located in Pittsburg California right next to Ihop restaurant on Loveridge Rd cross street Railroad avenue. It is open 24 hours for those that want to get their late night or early morning workout in. Face mask are required. Hand sanitation stations are near each workout area.

I went online and got a free day pass to try out this gym since I live nearby. The gym has very many options just like most gyms. You’ve got your cardio equipment, you’ve got weights, etc. What I did really like is that they have a section that is for a 30 minute workout, and it tells you how long you spend on each machine within 30 minutes to get a full body workout. It takes the thinking out of working out especially if you’re in a crunch for time. They are also offering one dollar down right now, plus their memberships are only $10 a month. I think I’m gonna go ahead and move forward with making this my gym, I really enjoyed my free pass! The staff were also very helpful, and they were always cleaning, wiping some thing, and vacuuming while I was there. I went around 6 o’clock, and although the parking lot looked full, inside there was very much space and equipment still to be used.

Great place to get a quick workout in. Not always to packed and dont have to wait for a machine for to long.

Custom Service is now lacking with some of the staff now, the Customer service is what drove me to the Pittsburg CA Planet Fitness. I live in Concord but dont go to the one out there because the Customer Service is terrible. This Planet fitness is getting just as bad. Staff should be trained better on greeting and acknowledgeing customers before and after their workout session.

So i was a member for several years, then Covid hit. The gym was closed for about a year. I cancelled my membership, and was assured that i would not be charged, and lo and behold, i was charged the 23.00 renewal fee. I called and was assured that it would be refunded and that it had accidently happened to everyone It been about 3 months and i have not been refunded. AND, today i get this ridiculous email about rejoining for only $1.00. How about my refund?

Its open 24 hours, great customer service, people are courteous and the price is right.

Same as ur reg gyms like 24hr fittnesss . Their cardio insists of treadmill stairs is there stationary bicycle and elliptical. Specialty room they have is the circuit room where every or every minute you change to a different workout station thats in a secluded area. They have an area of abs where you can specially work out from there. They have 5 weight racks for squats or bent press or shoulder presses. They do have pulled down laps and rose tricep and ki said and cable area in the middle. They have multiple machines also in the floor and also have a free weight section also.. And if you are a blackcard member you can use the Theyre tanning beds and hydromoslazer

I 😘 love PF. Alejandro, the club manager, is doing a standup job with Covid-19 compliance. My only comment would be to put the paper towel dispensers back up on the wall so that each person can wipe down the sink area prior to and after each use! And if I was in charge building maintenance, I would fire the company thats doing the landscaping!

So far had no bad experiences here, perfect gym for beginners and experienced folks alike!

I go at night and there are very few people at that time. Also there is plenty of sanitation station for gym members. Staff is cool.

When I first started training in Planet Fitness I hadnt a clue how to exercise properly. But with my trainer help I quickly improved week by week. Thank to my trainer.🤗

I went there to meet someone and they didnt say anything about our meeting.

Planet Fitness over charged me for the month and when I called to discuss the situation. The gentleman on duty around 6:50 pm, hung the phone on me 3x. And than didnt bother picking up the phone after that. This place really needs better staffing that actual know about customer relations.

Very professional how they handle everything and the way they welcome you. My first day, one of the staff was happy to show me around the gym and explain everything I wanted to know.Very clean and lots of machines and options to choose from. 😍💯👌

Do you have coaches who know Spanish or are everyone in English?

Worst gym during Covid times. They allow guests to keep their masks off while they are actively working out. I first assumed this was just in the cardio machines but soon noticed this was also while on machines and in the free weight areas. They also do not check temps nor do they ask people to put masks on while they are walking from machine to machine. If you want to catch something, then choose this gym.

I love working out in this gym. It has all the equipment I need, it is always clean, and the staff is friendly. And, the price is great!

Love my gym!!! I Faithfully workout 6-7 times a week, lost 60 lbs and 25 1/2 inches combined all over body, 13 inches alone in waist. Staff friendly, clean areas and bathrooms with lots of equipment readily available depending on times you go. I definitely recommend to go there, Im happy there. My treadmill routine is Hill, level 20, speed 3.8 for 60 minutes daily, plus I do a lot of lifting, upper, lower body workouts, free weights, dead lifts and etc.. Pretty much everything.. its my #FreedomDome

New Manager and staff and they are AMAZING.

Always clean and kept nice with equipment and locker rooms. Super affordable and the guest pass is killer never had an issue bringing anyone who was free to work out with me when I wanted to go. Everyone is pretty friendly. The parking lot sucks and I got hit while I was working out there and my car was parked out there. I aint tripping but Ill learn from that. Usually crazy busy and limited parking like right after work on weekdays but we usually go on the off hours so its not too bad

Clean place and their equipments were well-maintained. Staffs were cool and was easy to approach. Organized and everyone was friends.

Planet Fitness price makes it worth it, place isn’t that big but not too small either. Staff is generally nice and willing to help. Sometimes they have some free food on specific days which is nice but don’t overindulge.

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Alit of the staff get to know you on a first name basis. Also very helpful when you need it. Always plenty of equipment to use no having to wait your turn.

Superb location! Always clean, friendly no judge zone. I feel so comfortable with this gym. I literally want to go everyday. Nobody is flirting, staring or judging.. And the monthly fee is great for state-of-the- art equipment.

Im super happy that they opened one near my house! Its very affordable, the staff is great, & I love the fact that its 24hrs so that makes everything so much more convenient.My only complaint is the water bottle refilling station. The water tastes a lot like metal. Makes me second guess refilling my bottle. Other than that, everything is great & clean!

The employees there are nicer than the one in Concord. The fitness center is the same as every other Planet Fitness. Ive been there in the mornings and theyre pretty empty at that time of the day.

Great gym. Like all gyms, 5pm is always packed but oh well. They could also use another leg press but no big deal. Overall a good facility.

The gym itself is clean and full of a variety of equipment. The night time staff however has given me problems two days in a row. The first night the gentleman who helped me didn’t start off behind the counter. I told him it was my first time and he seemed frustrated as I didn’t know the procedures for the massage chairs. Despite him seeming to have so much free time he didn’t know where the welcome packets were and need someone to show him. The second night I went I spent 10 minutes at the end of my workout waiting with 3 other members waiting for someone to come assist us with check in/ helping with the massage and tanning rooms. I might as well go behind the desk myself to handle my business. Maybe it was just two bad nights in a row, oh well it’s the closest gym for miles.

Do not sign up online classes paid money and set appointment to meet a trainer front desk say no one is a available.. They email you with appt reminder and no one to show up. Sign up didn’t even get a tour or how to use equipment.

My husband and I Love this Gym! the Employees that I have met are Luis and Tejah and another young man I dont remember his name. They are so very helpful, respectful and very considerate! I believe they need a few more employees at the Gym because they often are very busy. Sometimes people that go there need assistance, with more paper towels, cleaning solution or have questions regarding the exercise machines. Its hard to do ALL this with just a few employees on hand. there should be 2 garbage cans outside in the front to alleviate the garbage that is thrown out there. more signs for people to get off their phones. Ive heard many embarrassing conversations, and their voices are loud. other than these concerns, this is a great place, You have exceptional Employees, and I am very happy to see them there greeting us with a smile every single morning! Thank You, Thank you!!!!

Cycling machines in disrepair, upright. Gears slip or grind while pedaling. These machines are dangerous for people with hip or knee problems.FOLLOW UP!: I have spoken to the manager, and employees. The response is Corporate is planing to change them soon. What does that mean?. I have observed the disrepair of these machine for over three (3) months. DONT TALK ABOUT IT, BE ABOUT IT.

This place is on point, my dad said the best exercise is the bycicles, and I do that for like 30 minutes then drink then go home. Its a nice place they accept people for who they are

High employee turn over so locker room cleanliness changes if they get someone that cares, but those employees usually dont last long. Typical planet fitness so you get what you pay for.

They are horrible. I got charge 3 different annual fees at one time. And when things like that happens you have to go through hoops and hurdles to get your money back. I switched over to 24 hour and just cashed put for my memebership

This gym is still under construction but the staff was super nice and very helpful. I walked around the whole gym and it has a ton of equipment that I am very excited to use. I loved that they have different areas and a huge cardio area with a lot of treadmills and ellipticals.
