Great doctor, but make sure if you are wanting your FREE annual checkup, you make sure that you SPECIFICALLY SCHEDULE the appointment AS THE FREE ANNUAL CHECKUP and do not discuss ANYTHING with your nurse or doctor, I GUESS YOU JUST ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WITH IM HERE FOR MY FREE ANNUAL CHECKUP! You will be charged $200 for what is supposed to be a free annual checkup and then you get nailed for the LAB WORK on top of that because its not ordered as YOUR FREE ANNUAL CHECKUP! SO what was supposed to be a free checkup is now over $600. GOOD LUCK!

Love the staff, they are on the ball, but, 2 of the Doctors need to learn to listen to the patients. You cant formulate an opinion and not listen to your patients. its just wrong. I am sad to have to find a new Doctor cause I loved the convenience of location and staff here.

We were recommended to see Dr Sara DownsMy husband and I both went to see her and she was great. My husband had an ear infection and they prescribed an antibiotic. He had an allergic reaction to his other medication they prescribed him and was rushed to the hospital. Once they got him stabilized, he was sent home and to see if primary care doctor the next day. Well, I called and spoke first to Victoria and she was uncaring and said she couldnt get him in until a week a half later. Since our doctor was out of town, and the other doctor is full we would have to wait. I got very upset and she hung up.on me. I called back and spoke to Carlie which didnt seem to care either. The office manager was suppose to give me a call and I have yet to speak to her. It is a shame because the doctors are good ,but the staff needs work. I guess I should have read all the reviews before going there!! Would not recommend anyone to that uncaring of a staff.

The doctors seem like they COULD be amazing physicians, but if I had to guess I would say they do not get a chance to show their skill set due to the front office staff. They lack empathy, patient care, and they are rude. They do not seem to give one care about giving messages to the doctor or returning patient phone calls. Even when urgency is expressed. I work in healthcare and if these people were the gate keepers or first people my patients had to interact with I WOULD BE MORTIFIED.

Dr Downs has been my physician for quite a long time. She always takes the time to listen to me. And she gets on me when I dont follow up with my blood work or if Im not taking my medication properly which is awesome she keeps me on my toes. Ive seen other physicians in the office and Ive never had a bad experience

I have never had the pleasure of experiencing a doctor that comes in and spends longer than 5 minutes with you...AND most important, she understands and listens & seems to genuinely care about her patients

Very thorough, caring Dr. And super staff. You will feel like you are a VIP. A Dr, that listens !! And gives each patient her very best.

One of the recepisionist was a little aprupt,the rest of the staff and dr nice. was my first visit as a new patient.only problem so far,my pharmacy sent a refill request and after 1 week still no reply. no acceptable,expecially when they say 48 to 72 hours or so
