My husband had hand surgery recently with Dr. Brenner. So far very successful. Dr. Brenner has a nice way about him that helps you to relax. His surgical skills are top notch. It’s true that he’s frequently late for appointments but that’s the nature of surgery. It’s unpredictable at times. Both my husband and I highly recommend him!
The staff for dr Brenner and surgery center of Pinehurst are the most unprofessional people i have ever met . Making threats to prevent me from being seen at any of the Pinehurst offices. They I pass me back and forth and le ture instead of being compassionate to my medical conditions of which anxiety is one of. They talk over you then tell you stop yelling at them , even though I was far from yelling. Threats to have dr Brenner deny my surgery. Calls to the ceo get answered by the same staff who just got mare mad I made the call to complain. I have been refused to be treated and told its policy.First I was told if you are exposed to covid you have to be tested no earlier than 3 days before surgery, then quarantine for 14 days....uh then retest and quarantine again because testing. So surgery cant happen. Then after being passed around they say that person was wrong and you dont need testing but you still need to quarantine 14 days ....what? Why quarantine if you are not tested or test negative? Makes no sense.I try to get clarification since the response has been so confusing. And I get told they will contact you , ask when ,so I dont miss the call and they say I dont know.I am researching to find what other recourse I might have. My treatment by Dr Brenners staff is appalling to say the least and has my anxiety through the roof. Disgusting. All I want is my pain and discomfort to stop.
Dr. Brenner is wonderful. He has always made me comfortable during office visits and is very thorough
If I could package, patent and sell Dr Benner, I would be a millionaire! He is definitely top in his field. Thank you Dr Brenner and staff for all you have done for me. Ill be seeing you later......
Went for an 11:30 appointment, at 12:00 I checked the status.... I was told it will be another hour or so.... I asked is this a normal situation with Dr. Brenner, and was told yes. If he is not professional enough to manage his time, I surely dont want him performing surgery on me. Not to toot my own horn, but I run a $100M a year Industrial Facility, and rarely am I more than 1-2 minutes late for an appointment. So, it is possible to be a professional and respect your customers
All I can say is, Hes the best!
What else can I say? Dr. Brenner is the best ever!!!
We had to wait an hour and 45 minutes past our appointment time just to get out of the waiting room. No regard or consideration for other peoples time. Very unprofessional.
