The front desk staff was prompt and very professional. My therapist Ivan is a gem. He would explain everything he did and made sure I felt comfortable. I left relaxed and pain-less. Will definitely come back.

Poor customer service. Had an appointment scheduled and due to underlying circumstances because of Elements Massage and their staff I had to reschedule my appointment and pay for the cancelled one. The rescheduled appointment wasn’t available until 2 months! I would’ve happily gone back but because of the lack of satisfaction for the customers that will not be happening.

The front desk is terrible and the manager is never there at times that working professionals can speak with them.waited a whole month for a massage. Also tried to cancel but I called an hour and a half within the 24 hours of allowed cancellation and they still wanted to charge me. You guys are so busy I’m sure you could’ve filled the spot by the next day. Absolutely terrible.

I have been a regular for over a year now, this place is amazing and Inaudy (my therapist) is great, very friendly and treats me like family. The first question always asked is “how am I feeling”, and “if there is any discomfort or specific area I will like to emphasize”. He is very professional and the entire staff is very attentive. If I could put zero stars I would do it. My wife went there for a therapeutic Massage. She went there on monday 1pmThe person that provided the service was kind of rough with her. My wife told it was painful when he was doing the massage. This person told her that it had to be that way, it was normal.Well since the massage my wife has many bruises on her body and can barely move. Her neck, shoulders and arms can barely move, she is in a lot of pain.When we called to let them know what has happened, they told us that it was normal, that if it is too painful she should go to the doctor... That it is not their problem.This has to be the worst customer service we have received. We want a full refund! And not only that we are really worried of any physical damage suffered due to this massageAwful!

My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. The therapist (Ynaudi) listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend this place for a good massage

I had a massage with Ivan done on 8/8 and it was fantastic. I’ve had great experiences with my other massages here but Ivan may have been the best yet. He took his time to explain the compressions in my back and the problems with my sciatic nerve, and also advised me on a stretching exercise to help out in the future. Will definitely book with him again!

Honestly I was not pleased with this place, my massage therapist was Melanie and I paid for a 60 minute massage and did not received a full hour. She did not start the massage until 10:05 and ended at 10:45 and I was told that is all the time i have for you today. My boyfriend was also getting a massage but we were separate since they are not doing couples massages, which was fine but his appointment was at 10am just as mine, and his massage therapist came late so his massage did not start until 10:40. I was done with my massage when his was just starting. I do not recommend this place because it is not worth the money. I did not feel satisfied with the massage and it was way over priced.

The massage was good, but the attitude and service of the front desk are really bad, they mix up your appointment, or you make an appointment and you went there and there’s no appointment for you. The most important is they will charge you even they make the mistake. I am no longer be the membership but I still want to warn people this.

I was a member at Elements for about a year and a half and had always had a great experience at this location. However I moved away from Miami after I graduated and turned my accrued credits into a gift card. When I tried to use that gift card at the Sarasota location, I was told I could only use the credits at the Pinecrest location, although there is a National Giftcard to which each franchise could easily transfer funds. After calling the Pinecrest location, I was told the process could easily be done, and then later told it could not be done since the National Giftcard I was told about does not exist. After asking for other options and being told I would get a call back, it is now one week later and I have not received a call. I finally called back this morning and went through the same process of being told that the exchange could be done and then again that it couldnt, without any other option nor explanation. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated, will not be making a 4 hour drive to Miami for a 1 hour massage, and am left with an expensive and yet worthless plastic card.

I suppose to have my first appointment they told me to be there 15 minutes before, I was there but it was close, then when I was ready to go in after I filled up my info they told me they run out of the oil they used and I have to pay extra or get something else, no a good experience for me unfortunately

Office is very professional, accommodating and extra clean. Melanie my massage therapist was very professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

My husband was in major pain. I made an appointment and for the first time in his life he was getting a deep tissue massage. The customer service from when you walk in until you walk out is amazing. The therapist, Inaudy, paid extra attention to the most affected areas and made him feel a lot better. We were so happy with the service that we signed up for the membership. I highly recommend this place.

DO NOT PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FROM THIS LOCATION.I bought my 70-year old mother a 2-hour ($200) massage gift card in January for her birthday. At the time, she was in California taking care of my sister who was 6-months pregnant and bedridden due to some medical circumstances... but I figured my mother could use the gift upon her return since she would definitely need a rest. Obviously, the COVID-19 pandemic hit before her return to Miami. Since my mother is in the high-risk age group for the pandemic and will not be able to utilize the gift card within a reasonable timeframe, I called to ask for a refund. Hector Morales answered the phone and was rude and unprofessional. He originally said that the gift card was good for life, so I shouldnt worry about it, then when he looked up the card information he told me it was purchased in January, and there was more than enough time for my mother to have used the card. Long story short, he was looking for any excuse not to do the right thing and return the money.

When I first walked into Elements Massage in Pinecrest I could already tell this was going to be a different kind of experience compared to Massage Envy. I was politely greeted by the front desk assistant who was helpful in confirming my appointment, offering a beverage while I waited in the lobby. When I entered the massage room, I felt very relaxed and my therapist started discussing target areas to be addressed and also informing me of any comforts I would like to be more settled and relaxed. I also like that my therapist was very friendly and was attentive to my comfort as well as asking me questions in regard to target areas to be addressed during the session. I also enjoyed conversing with my therapist during the message that didnt detract from the experience at all. I would highly recommend Stephanie for your future massage sessions, she is very good at her job.

This location in the Dadeland area is very clean and has a soothing atmosphere. My therapist Maria is exceptional and makes you feel completely rejuvenated. She truly has a therapeutic approach and addresses every detailed of concern. The staff is welcoming, cordial and professional.

Finally upgraded to a 90 minute massage with Sandy. It was definitely worth it. She was able to work more intensely on problem areas without having to rush on to the next section and stretched me out working my muscles, ligaments and joints. Very long term relaxation effects. Loved it!

Consistently good massages and service with easy appt scheduling03/19/21 EDIT: this is a follow up regarding my first impressions of Elements. Originally I loved the studio, they had great therapists and great availability and that led me to buy their membership. Well lo and behold, when I had to cancel the membership lets just say i had to go through some misunderstandings. But that is neither here or there. the irritating part is that when that was done i had a remaining cash value to my account that could be used for massages but not at the discounted rate that my membership offered which is fine if I had access to their locations. Unfortunately I didnt and dont have access to their studios at a consistent basis as i travel internationally for work. I am home very few times a year. This was explained to the store owner to which he condescendingly explained that i should have read the contract. The few times i tried to book a deep tissue massage their availability is always limited and their therapists have gone to work at other places. So not only is my cash tied up but i can hardly book sessions due to their availability. Just a warning if you do plan on buying their membership. Buyer beware
