These people are extremely incompetent! They can’t even follow a prescription and after call after call when they promise to send the right amount of my prescriptions and promise to deliver on a certain date, they don’t! They also change the amount of the prescription at their will. Avoid.Pill pack!

They overdrew my dads account, sent ridiculous charges month after month when this co-pays are normally a dollar or two. Never sent all the pills in one box. Refused to put all the pills in one pouch. Spent hours and hours on customer service trying to fix their mistakes.

Absolutely horrible. I was eager to try their service until they charged my card with no permission for an amount that was never disclosed prior to shipment

Pillpack eliminates the need to use a daily pill organizer, which is especially useful when you take different medications AM and PM. Daily medications are clearly labeled and dated so you know what medication youre taking. Shipping has been very prompt and I have never had to worry about my medications being delivered on time. No more trips to the pharmacy, and no more pill counting is a great way to get meds.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I signed up with PillPack in April. I told them I will not be needing my first delivery until June, and to please take aspirin off of my list of meds. 2 weeks later I received a text stating a delivery was scheduled to be shipped. I called and told them to please cancel. They said nothing would ever be delivered without my approval. The following day I noticed my bank account was charged $86.32 from PillPack. I called them again to learn they charged me for a delivery which also included aspirin. Now I have to wait a few days for a call back from them to try and get a refund because the refund department would not take my call. I asked them to delete my file. This is Ridiculous!Update: 2 months later I just found out pillpack still has my refill orders. I had to call them and request them to send over to Frys Pharmacy. Pillpack told me I should have requested them to be sent over to Frys pharmacy when I deleted my file. It would have helped if Pillpack would have told me this at that time. How am I suppose to know, Im not a pharmacy.
