Big corporate pharmacy making empty promises and not correcting grossly incorrect billing that they promised to rectify and then sending the low income seniors, on a fixed income to collections.

Im an RN trying to get an Rx for a patient who uses this pharmacy and have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. It just rings endlessly until it just disconnects. No clue how this place is in business with the other similar complaints. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

This phamacy is the worst i have tried calling them fot 3 hr straight with no answer.my mother has been in harible pain for 3days anf her meds are not in yet.i hope you get the same the day you need it.

This company supplies to a place where I have a family member. Her meds were supposed to be delivered today and they never made it to the facility where she is at. I called and no answrr. How professional is this?
