While I was parked I noticed multiple employees either not wearing masks or not wearing them properly while in public spaces like the lobby or at the doors. Didnt feel safe enough to even enter.

Ive been going here for a year or so now and I absolutely love this office! I was really nervous when I first starting looking for chiropractic care and I was referred to this office. The people in this office are the friendliest I have ever met. They know who I am and remember me when I come in, I love the personalized, individual care that I get here. I feel so much better since I started coming here. I used to be going to sessions 3 times a week and now I am down to every other week. The people in this office really care about you and make it worth the time to go in!

This place has routinely brought me back to healthy from the various ways I find to overexert my body, They have worked wonders on giving me the ability to play the sports I desire pain free. Amanda is the best. Her trigger point therapy always leaves me relaxed and pain free. I can honestly say I look forward to my visits twice a week!

Just started coming here but so far so good! Im already feeling better! They do so much stuff like chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy, aquatic massage, and more... very friendly and helpful staff! My wife even came in with me to check it out and they let her sit in the massage chair as she waited for me to go through therapy!

I should have read the paperwork more closely. In the paperwork that I signed, I gave them permission to sue my insurance company for the out-of-network cost that I technically was not responsible for since I signed a contract saying I would only pay a certain amount every month for three months, and they said that they would not collect on whatever was left that I owed. So now I got a letter saying that they are going to sue my insurance company for the remaining amount, and if I do not agree to this lawsuit then I could be held responsible for the remaining balance. Scammers! I appreciate that they tried to help me, although they could not, but as if this countrys Health Care System wasnt messed up enough, now this company is going to sue my insurance company! On top of all this they tried to pressure me into getting procedures that I did not feel comfortable doing, especially when they had no information on the doctors that performed any of the procedures. I do not recommend Pain Stop to anyone.

The doctors and staff are very professional and personable! They truly care about you and making you well. Their treatment facility is clean and decorated very chic! From the time you walk in to the time you leave your are treated with professionalism, respect, and like your their top priority. They off all kinds of services for a plethora of different maladies. No matter if your pain is like a little twinge from time to time or so great youve practically given up hope of ever feeling better, do yourself a favor and just call and make an appointment. With a little time, youll be extremely happy (and healthy) you did!!

The staff here is awesome! Very clean and modern place. The massage therapist knows what he is doing and the chiropractor I met with was fantastic and really kind. I would definitely recommend pain stop if you have chronic back and neck pain, like me, and nothing else has worked for you. I have had numerous images (x-ray, MRI, and CT) of my back and neck and have been on so many muscle relaxers that have all done absolutely nothing. The Pain Stop clinics provided me with relief from my pain and spasms that I have not felt in 8+ years, something that countless orthopedic specialists, other chiropractors and massage therapists were unable to fix.

I had an A+ excellent experience, very professional, and awesome looking place, everyone was so nice and seem to know me by my first name when I walked in, everyone in the office I mean. In terms of the results, 10 out of 10, my shoulder no longer hurts and had excruciating pain, and my right Achilles tendon doesn’t hurt any more, as well as my hip, I would go no place else, I strongly recommend pain stop.

Pain Stop is conveniently located near my office, I schedule my appointments during my lunch hour and Im always back to work on time. The staff is friendly, personable and I feel like they really care about my experience. Ive recommended them to all my friends, family and co workers.

I have been coming here for many years. I have have been helped with back, neck,shoulder and hip pain. Also allergy and asthma. The entire staff is very dedicated to making you feel part of the family. They are quick to greet everyone personally.

As a former athlete, I developed some major lower back pain and Ive visited a few Chiropractic places in the valley and nobody was able to manage my pain better than Pain Stop Metro Clinic, also known as Metro Center Health Care, love the new name BTW! I like to think of them as a 3 in 1 medical center. They have a great medical team who give pain injection, they also have a Chriopractic team who put your bones back in order followed by the best massage therapy team! Shout out to ALYSSA, best massage therapist ever! If you have any back pain, you gotta go see them! They will fix you right up!

Tried to schedule an appointment and was willing to pay cash for the appointment, but cash is not good enough.... since when was cash not good enough... still in disbelief. Sad providers want insurance to hike up the cost. Where is the standard of care?

I have been going here for around 5 years the staff has changed a few times during this time but they have always been helpful and friendly. Im glad to have them there for me.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This place is a scam they will lie and tell you that it’s a free consultation for first timers and then turn around and try to make you pay but they don’t take any cash apparently. They will keep calling and calling your phone after you call them once. The person that works there doesn’t even know how to do her job she’ll tell you to come in then call you and tell you they can’t see you. If I could give no stars I wouldn’t!!!

Starts out good, you get attention that last about a week. Then they massage your insurance, seem to bend the rules a little bit, like ordering me all kinds of gadgets I would never use without me asking for them. Tell me I need a nerve oblation AND miss the nerve, now dealing with pain on a burnt nerve growing back for up to year they say. Then they let go of that Dr. and bring on another that tells me there is nothing they can do for me. Frustrated to say the least. I would research another place before going here. I found a place that has meade me feel better within a week, NOT worse. Good luck if you do.

I also went to a Pain Stop Clinic but was did not become a patient.I suggest that if your initial agreement, with any company, but Pain Stop Clinic, in this case, havs been changed without your signature and/or consent, your insurance company has paid out on claims to perform procedures not necessary to your treatment or diagnosis, or in order to increase the businesses bottom line, or as one reviewer wrote, he was not credited for his initial is payment and went in to the office confronting the doctor about the initial payment and the balance due on an invoice, this doctor told the client that any balance due to his insurance companys partial payments or insurance claims denied, were now the clients responsibility.The client, by not giving in, asked the dr. to sign a paper stating nothing due after dr. said nothing due. Then doctor gave client a form to sign stating his an inability to pay most likely would be used as a deduction and possibility as a way to keep any illegal business practices quiet.And finally, the reviewer then followed up with his insurance company to find out how much money paid to Stop Pain Clinic by his insurance company and to whom those claims were paid showing unknown persons doing procedures and modalities. Clearly to me,this sounds like insurance fraud, & tax fraud. These didputes should be reported to your insurance companys fraud Dept. , file a dispute with your states Attorney General, Department of Insurance and google where do I file complaint about healthcare fraud in my state or health care insurance fraud and what do I need to do.This goes on daily by the tens of thousands across America and is not just a pain in the arse for the client, its why our health care costs have and will continue to skyrocket.When a good man says nothing about the crooked mans ways, the good man becomes just another accomplice.Always try to do the right thing! Even if it takes time and effort to do it.

They keep making u come backs they can keep charging u over and over again,….and never fix the actual problem. i have back pain for 3 weeks now and been going there twice a week..no help at all….they never answer there calls, staff sucks there lazy as hell. dont recommend this place at all.
