I really enjoy visiting my pain management Dr. Amy Cooke. Shes very caring at listening to my needs, because I have more than one painful spot on me ,I have several. Also shes willing enuff to schedule other appointments such as x-rays and MRIs. So thank you Mrs. AMY COOKE.

This is amazing. They not only know how to make appointments but they keep appointments. They treat you with dignity and respect. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. Love all the services. They transitioned from one doctor to another and it was seamless. I recommend them to my family and friends.

I habe been a patient of Advanced Pain Management for a few months and go to the offoce located in Avondale. Despite there being closer offices to where I live I continue to go to this office because everyone that works there is very professional, kind and concerned about my health-care. All of the staff is very friendly and treat you like a person and not.... just the next patient which is very welcoming.

I have been with Advanced Pain Management for over 8 years. They have always been great at what they do. Aimee, my provider is the best. I dont ever want to go somewhere else.

I went in for an emergency procedure. Cervical epideral. I didnt have an appointment but they squeezed me in at the request of Dr Susan Bailey. This was my first meeting with Dr Saini. Because my ride was late getting there and wouldnt be there during this procedure they were unable to sedate me which I have been sedated for every other procedure. I was terrified but in so much pain. Dr Saini took me and short private room and reassured me that he would do everything in his power to make this as comfortable as could be. He did a great job!!!! What an awesome doctor he is!!!!!

Amie Cooke is always so helpful in getting me The proper medical attention that is quired for my pain she’s always very happy very kind very attentive to my needs I couldn’t ask for a more caring wonderful person to care for me she is truly the best pain management Doctor I have ever been to she Makes sure I see the proper doctor specialist for my neck arm and back pain she sends me to the right referrals she is amazing I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking pain management treatment Amie Cooke is very Professional

I am always treated promptly and with dignity by all personnel. Ms Cooke listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. If you must be treated for chronic pain, this office is the best.

I called in to schedule an appointment and the front desk was very rude. I wasnt sure what they needed and when I asked for clarification she was laughing at my question since I didnt understand. I am not familiar with all medical terms like she is and she just kept repeating herself if you are not able to get it before your appointment we will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule. I have been in pain and needed help and she seemed to forget where she works, everyone that calls are most likely in pain and she seemed to not care and just want to avoid helping.

They were very timely and pleasant.

Good doctors that care about how you feel. Also they are always on top of covid care. The ladys that work in the front are very sweet caring.

Dr and Staff are pretty good my complaints are the cleanliness of the inside they make you wait now to make sure youb have no temp before you enter once inside the smell and the very dirty and unsanitary bathroom makes you wish never to go back afraid of catching something

It seems they don’t really care about their patients and their needs. They seem to only worry about that they are in the clear with the meds. Spent a whole visit talking about why the new owner changed his guidelines and not about my pain relief.

Amazing doctors, wonderful staff and clean facility. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Charles is the best provider everyone is so friendly.

I was there today... The thing that took the longest was the paperwork.. Hilda, Amazing person, so friendly, and always greets me with a smile, and asks how Im doing.. I LOVE that.. And they really know their patients by name when they come in... Wonderful customer service...Natali is so bubbly. Its nice to just chat with her, 😁 before and after she pokes me... Lol she is never in a rush.. She is Amazing!!!I see Charles, he is the best doctor I have had at this location... He takes the time to listen and leaves it up to me what I wanna do with my services.. He always greets me with a Hey, how are you? Every time.. Asks how everything is going. He Listens, Hes not just a by the book doctor.. He makes me feel welcome and most importantly he makes me feel Important, and at ease.If anyone goes to a different location, Id SO RECOMMEND going to this location, you wont regret it.... I have been going to the West Phoenix office for a few years now. The staff there are always friendly and helpful. I had been to different pain management clinics before finding this one and they far outshine the rest. Very professional, clean office, dont keep me waiting.

Just giving a Shout out for Advanced Pain Management Avondale this is my third time coming here and everyone is very kind when you first walk in your greeted with a Smile from Hilda and then go in the back for vitals with Natali followed by seeing Charles NP provider at this office . I’m gonna continue to come here wishing them A Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 ..

Where to start..... I am somewhat appalled right this second to be perfectly honest. 5 months ago I got an injection in my neck to relieve pain from a pinched nerve. Worked phenomenally within a couple hours and got months of relief, ... and was aware this was not a permanent solution. Made another appointment early Jan for the same injection...but this time no change/relief within hours.... days.... weeks.I called their office 2 weeks ago and left a voicemail outlining my concern that maybe this time the doctor missed the spot,.... or maybe used less of the medicine. No return call. Called a few days later and had to leave a similar respectful message........... no return call. Finally after another few days of waiting I called several times in a row to get someone on the phone. Explained my situation and they advised best option is to come explain myself to the doctor. So I scheduled an appointment ( today 1:30 ) and had my girlfriend also take her time out in case the doctor was going to inject me again and I needed a ride home. Not only was this not offered......... but the front desk gal advised that todays appointment was subject to a $155 fee. ??????? Come Again??????If I ordered a Filet Mignon .....and a hamburger was brought out to the table........ would I need to pay $155 to advise that the order was wrong. If I take my wrinkled clothes to the Dry Cleaners........and they are returned to me as wrinkled as I brought them in........... Not only would I expect them to be redone.......... but I would CERTAINLY NOT pay a fee to explain that they had failed in the execution of their end of our agreement.As a business owner.... I am aware that despite most times hitting the ball out of the park........occasionally you whiff and have a less satisfied client/customer. THIS IS WHEN you have the opportunity to show your customer service. I was left with the impression that Advanced Pain Management really has zero interest in the patient outside of collecting their money....... which is very disappointing.

Susan is a really nice personable NP. Always efficient. I had to give a urine sample today, and the restroom was disgusting in the Avondale office!!! I dont even know when the last time it may have been cleaned. It appeared as if there was urine on the floor in front of the toilet, so may dark spots, and you could tell that people had stepped in it. Even tho there is seat covers in there, i was hesitant to even sit. So gross for a patient to have to use it. Very unsanitary! The next time I have to give a urine sample Im going to refuse if the restroom has not been cleaned!

Its for my best...and I will continue onward as before.

Dr. page is nothing but a scister! He was willing to give me any meds I wanted as ling as I took his shoots! If not he told me he couldnt treat me, a told me to go to another doctor. he only wants to give shoots and NOT correct the pain! Research him and youll find a lot of bad reviews!

Everyone there is very nice and the procedure I had done was a great experience.
