A good friend of mine recently suffered a very nasty injury to his knee while dirt bike riding with me. After speaking with my doctor about my concerns and not wanting to damage my knees, he referred me to Hamilton Prosthetics where I met with Dave and his team.My main concerns with store bought braces was the quality and comfort of the product. Dave knew exactly what I was looking for and created casts of both my legs to create custom, carbon fiber braces. These things things are beautiful and tough as they come! Ive jumped onto rocks with them, knees first with no harsh impact, they just absorb the pounding. Additionally they have adjustable aluminum hindges. Ive had several spills over the last 12 months and they are just simply amazing.Dave and his team really know what theyre doing. I cannot thank them enough. I recommend all my friends to Dave, you cannot put a price on your knees. Youve only got one good set and Im so glad that got the best.Thank You Hamilton Prosthetics keeping this old guy on his bike!!John

I apparently rented a CPAP machine from them--I didnt know it was a rental. After using it for a month, my doctor took me off it. Each time I called to cancel I was told, Lets just wait and see what the insurance will pay. Finally in June I talked to a nice woman who explained it was a rental and as soon as I returned it, there would be no more bills. I did exactly that within the hour. I received a letter saying they had received it. But they are still billing me and the insurance. Today I have called 3 times and the recorded message simply says, Messages are full. no messages will be recorded. I am SICK of this inept company and am ready to report them to BBB and Blue Cross.

They came to my rehab and get a mold of my arm for a brace Steve was great I would recommend this over dino braces

The staff was really great with my father and went above and beyond to help get his prosthesis...they will always have a special place in my heart..Thank you Hamilton staff

This has to be the worst office ever ........ I have had a problem from the beginning ....... and I am too angry to take the time to write it .... I would make the one star a minus .......... and hope to never have to go here again .... they never answer the phone .... my insurance company had to call them to instruct them how to receive payment .... workers there are incompetent and I hope I never go there again .
