DR.Hope was very professional and thorough she did a SUPERB job at explaining things to me and of course informing me that I’m pretty much blind in one eye 👁 lol.. I will definitely be back to see her again if I have any issues, unfortunately I need to wear glasses I wasnt pressured to buy such expensive glasses or anything. We had previously used another Target optical shop, but decided to switch to this one for better proximity and due to insurance recommendation. We were greeted promptly and seen on time. Since my husband needed to be dilated, the Dr. asked if we would flip our appts. so he could go first. Dr. Dang was so personable, thoughtful, intuitive, and thorough, listening and asking pertinent questions w/out making me feel inept. (Great contact lens and pressure check as well!)Alex was an amazing help w/ insurance, frame selection, and information in general. I have been wearing glasses for 57 years...NO one had ever explained the numbering on frames relative to width, bridge size, etc.! THANK YOU!! My spare pair (for when Im resting from contacts) may actually fit now so I can obey the Dr.! :-)SO happy with our switch to this Target Optical location!![For those w/ COVID concerns: Everyone wore masks; hand sanitizer was available; counters were being wiped. There were signs and trays out, w/ instructions for frames that were tried on/handled to be put in trays for cleaning by staff. There was also a limit to how many people were in the space at a time.]

The process was very efficient yet the staff took their time to help ensure that my 14yo son was successful in wearing his first set of contacts. By the way, his first comment when we left was, Wow, everything just went 1080p :)

Dr. Dang was very personable and thorough. She not only checked my last prescription from another facility against the current results, but also explained the difference. Because of the variation, she even retested to make sure the current results were in fact preferred.

They treated my son and I kindly. They listened to our concerns and helped us make sure that we were getting a great deal on our glasses and lenses. They else helped make sure if we wanted a protection plan on our glasses.

I love how convenient Target Optical is for eye exams! I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and have had a great experience both times. Dr. Cain is so nice and she’s great about explaining the eye exams and my results. Stephenie at the front desk is also so helpful and extremely knowledgeable! She helped me pick out a new pair of frames today and was awesome at explaining the different pricing options and what was/wasn’t covered by my insurance. Definitely recommend!

The timing and professionalism was beyond my expectation as explanations accompanied the exam and assisted my understanding greatly.

Everything was great! My only issue would be that I was given the most expensive choice when it comes to the glasses package without an explanation. I thought the price was ok but an explanation of the differences in packages would have been the courteous thing to do.

Very pleased with my visit. I did not have to wait as I was seen immediately. Tien explained every test that was being conducted, results after each exam and answered any questions that I had. I did not have an experience remotely close to this at a previous competitor. I will continue with TruSight from here on out, no doubt about it.
