New to this whole CPAP & BIPAP stuff. I needed a lot of help and everyone seemed to confuse me even more. SO GRATEFUL to the staff at AZ Med Equipment & Supply. I worked with Jade who helped tremendously in helping my son with central sleep apnea & seizures at night from not breathing. So thankful for their help!

I spoke with Staff Member, Ercella who was a pleasure to speak with over the phone. I am recovering from pneumonia and unfortunately, gasping for air has been a challenge when talking. Ercella, and her co-worker was so patient, eager and very helpful as they worked diligently to get my equipment. She explained everything I needed to know, and it made my experience a GREAT ONE. Thank you Arizona Medical Equipment & Supply for having GREAT staff, and all you do for your clients!

Worst experience. The girls there are very kind but whoever handles the finances is extremely irresponsible with Peoples Bank information. I was supposed to have a monthly charge auto-pay. That is not what happened the first payment was well over $200 unexpected no contact whatsoever with late fees. When I called about it she couldnt have cared less. Me being out of work it cost me big. After that just random charges here and there late fees every month nothing was done about it. Ill Suffer Without the equipment before I let somebody act like my bank account belongs to them. I work too hard for my money to have somebody be so careless

Ive had to call multiple times to get anything, even an appointment for my CPAP mask fitting. I called on the 20th to request all eligible equipment. The woman on the phone acted like I was greatly inconveniencing her, said shed add me to the list and hung up. Its now the 31st and I havent heard anything from AMES, and I dont have replacement supplies either. Hoping my prescriber can move me to a different company because this is a low-key nightmare. I dont care that the Glendale office looks like a supply closet, or that the technician who fit my sleep mask said I should use it to roleplay Darth Vader with my wife (what the hell). If I could count on the equipment I need coming when its supposed to, I wouldnt be writing this. But here we are. If you have a choice, avoid at all costs.

Ercella was up here in Prescott for the day and just happened to be the person the that answered the phone. What a great response and speaking voice. It was 1:55pm and they close at 2:00pm. She did what she could to help me but my phone would not let me send her the pictures so she could see the problem. At 2:10 she needed to head back to Phoenix but would look into my problem when she arrived at work. We chatted on the phone (hands free) while I did more checking. Very helpful. She said she would call me in the morning with an answer. I finally figured it out the next morning and called her just before she got to the office and was ready with her questions for her boss. Great follow-through Ercella. You are a 5 - previous dealings with the Prescott off over the last couple of years knocks the overall rating down one star.

I have never seen a business in this shape, Im so confused, suff everywhere nothing organized and the waiting area is also a storage room, wires are exposed and they have no customer service skills.

I flew to Phoenix on a Friday evening and realized i had not packed all of my gear for my CPAP. I started calling around the city looking for equipment. It was close to closing time and i was growing anxious. When I called here and spoke to Jade, she instantly showed compassion for my situation. She was knowledgeable and helped me get the equipment I needed on short notice while in an unknown city.

There really is a problem with this company. I have been thinking on this for a while. it has to stem from ownership or management. It seems like a very small company their office is just a whole in the wall place in the back of some old mall. It speaks of not caring for your employees which then flows out to your customers, last September for the couple of hours I was stuck sitting in this small cramp office the ladies were very pleasant. and most of the time on the phone they were too. why underlying feeling of unhappiness?BUT Just Horrendous customer service. Last Sept was my first visit to be fitted for a CPAP. the Tech was an hour late. Next month needed to change type of mask, made another appointment. this time the tech did not show up I say at their office for over an hour and had to get back to work. The I get supplies for the ext couple months. Sept and Oct no prob Nov OK also.BUT NOW I have not been able to get my supplies since last NOV! Despite calling over half dozen times. and Each ti me I get the not sure what happened we will work on it. i dont hear anything back for over a week I call back Ge the exact same thing. Oh not sure what going on we will work on it. That happens every week since end of Dec.The I get two and half weeks ago oh it was sent out on the 4th . and mind you I have been very pleasant each time. this time when she said it was out on the fourth I said who would be the person to take a complaint? why is this been such an issue? I was very pleasant and so was the lady on the phone. she said not sure why but you should have them soon. because i truly strive to be pleasant and i know customer service is not an easy job. I really give anm incredible amount of leaway before i complain each time i spoke to them they wer always nice and say oh should be soon...... this week STILL NO SUPPLIES.So now I call back and ask what in the world is goin on! she said also they were sent on the fourth. I said that is what I was told last time and still no show. And I say to the lady It really takes an lot before I get upset enough to actually complain. how can this still be happening? She said they should be there.but that I could drive down and she will give me a new set OR she could resend them out again but if the other show Up I have to send them back. Now I am upset and my upset is very low. my upset is me actually just saying i am upset I dont start screaming or yelling or using expletives. I just told her how bad the service has been and now because of therir mistake I now have to do more work?Ok what happens now. after months of pleasant calls. i finally let them know i am not happy?she without a beat starts being aggressive with me like I am in the wrong. 8 weeks of calling and being pleasant and the final time i finally tell them i am upset...Mind you not yelling still calm voice i simply SAY i am upset and she gets aggressive .,... no apology, no sorry sir, for such a mix up .....no sorry for not getting you medical supplies to you . She behaves and talks to me like how dare i let them know that I am upset after three months of run around and NOT receiving my supplies.I called my doctor and asked if they could sent my cpap med resupply perscription to another company. I have been using the same filter and mask since November

Worst customer service. EVER. Receptionist is extremely unhelpful. The office is disorganized and they say they will call you back and they dont. They say they ordered supplies but you dont receive them until you follow up and have to follow up in person. Emergency supplies forget about it. Theyll tell you to call their warehouse in Prescott. Use someone else...AMES is not worth the aggravation.

Receptionist on the phone was rude. I asked about prices as. I am paying out of pocket and they said they only go thru insurance and need a doctors prescription for a new CPAP hose.
