I absolutely love Dr. Turner. He is right on top of my medical issues and all my specialty doctors that I need to see. It’s nice to finally have a doctor that truly cares. I love having the same doctor every time I go. I don’t have to go over my complete extensive medical history With numerous doctors.

I have been going to Dr Turner and Tiffany Tapia for over 10 years and love these doctors and the staff!! Over the years, they have been abundantly gracious and always go above and beyond!! Thank you so much to Jennie, Records!!, Billing!, and Turners nurse!!!I read the reviews and have to say I understand both sides. Doctors offices are put under a great deal of pressure with moving insurance targets and the need to have to get paid for their services with ever increasing liability insurance.

I have been with this practice since 1996. My PCP, Dr Scott Steingard is one of the best physicians I have ever met and as a retired nurse who grew up in a town with an Osteopathic School and the daughter of the Vice President and professor at that Osteopathic school, Ive known a lot of gifted physicians. His staff are the best, and so are all the other physicians in the practice. Before I retired I was the manager of an Assisted Living facility and I recommended Dr. Steingard to many of the residents. I also have referred family and friends to him. Everyone I have sent to him has been delighted with the quality of care they received and are so grateful to have a PCP they can rely on to treat them not just as a patient but a fellow human being. Dr. Steingard and his associates and staff have gone far above and beyond any expectations I had when I made my first appointment years ago, and I trust them with my care and the care of my entire family. My daughter is an expat, and she has flown back to Phoenix from a foreign posting just to see Dr. Steingard because she knows he will give her the best care. This practice is what so many arent these days, they care about the welfare of their patients and go the extra mile to make a difference.

Dr. Scott is great, their staff is not so great. Paying a bill there is like pulling teeth. They never answer their phones, and when it comes to returning a voicemail its on their terms... sometimes weeks later. Long story short, they really dont care about Customer Service.. Way to go Steingard Medical

Very impressed. PA is smart and proactive. In house phlebotomist is the very best Ive ever experienced...painless. An office visit doesnt get any better in being both pleasant and painless. LOL

I did not even bother going. I attempted to make an appointment for as soon as possible, receptionist was incredibly rude and explained their patient system where it would be a week before I could get in to see someone but if you are an existing patient then it could be done same day depending on the reason. I dont have a lot of time on my hands only go to the doctor when something is wrong so waiting a week for symptoms that have persisted a week is not something I am going to do.

Dr Turner and his staff always communicate to me. I talk to them as family and they always return my calls. My health has required me to take some time for monthly checkins for lab work and I am responsible to follow up knowing they have challenges to remember all of their patients. Many times my blood tests have come back the same day with results and the team is calling in medication changes to keep me ahead of the game.I wish they were open on the weekends but we need healthy mental and physical people to take care of us so I understand. No one else found the health issue root cause that I was having and no other team was willing to work with me across years to sustain a minimal drug approach. Thank You - I would not go any where else.

I attempted to schedule an appointment several times, left messages and called numerous times but I have never received a call back. It would have been nice to at least hear back and know that the they are not taking new patients or something but oh well.

This is a very sad situation. I actually LOVE Dr Cooper and have referred several people there. I called today to make an appointment and since I haven’t been there in quite some time I will let you know how this went.Need to establish as a new patient since I haven’t been in a while which was fine til I was requested and REQUIRED to give me SSN. I told her I wouldn’t give that but I have my ID number for my insurance. She said I need it to reestablish you. I said actually you’re not a credit reporting facility it is illegal to require it from me. (Granted some insurances require it however mine doesn’t I know because I work w insurance all day every day) she asked if I would like to speak w her manager. I said sure would thank you. Manager was on lunch. She asked if I would like a call back. I can’t because I am on lunch myself and can’t get calls at work, said if I seriously can’t make an appointment I guess I will have to find another dr. She said ok. I said I will have to write a review unfortunately her response ... “ go ahead makes no difference to me”. Very sad! I know policy is policy however I also know this is an illegal policy. It is unlawful to require a SSN unless your a credit reporting agency. Please please know I love this dr. However will never step foot in a location that has unlawful practice in office since they are the ones who have access to all your information.

Do not bother with this place!!!! I came to find out that my doctor, who is the best that Ive come across, (Dr. Raza) moved to this facility. Talk about horrible customer service!! On several occasions I have attempted to get in to see my doctor but have been advised that she doesnt see new patients on certain days and a new patient appointment has to be booked first THEN you can book another appointment to see the doctor for your main issue/concern (my first attempt was November 2012 where I ended up with bronchitis and in an Urgent Care since I couldnt see her, my second was for my annual check up again 2 appointments would have to be scheduled!) Oh yeah you get charged for being a new patient, I checked with my insurance and they advised that this is not correct and no office should be charging a New Patient Fee. When trying to schedule an appointment, you get the most rude person of all, she asks if its ok to put you on hold and before you answer guess what..YOURE ON HOLD!!! Be ready to be asked for your social, race, marital status, what you do for a job, place of employment, etc. when I said I wasnt comfortable in giving out all this information over the phone she wasnt happy and put me through her office manager. It not just clients that feel oppressed either, I was referred to a podiatrist that partnered with them who has since left their office due to their ways.Guess Ill be looking for a new doctor..I love Dr. Raza but she chose to partner with a dump of a place who obviously cares more about $$$ than the patients

I was a patient there for 7 years. Dr. Turner is friendly enough but I always had to do my own research and tell him what was wrong so I could get the medication needed. He is nothing more than a legal drug pusher. Never once did he figure anything out without me telling him. He once tried telling me that my planter facia tear might be gout. The front desk staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude beyond measure. I was 10 minutes late for a blood draw because of traffic and they cancelled my appointment. I am diabetic with severely swollen ankles with no apparent reason and they cancelled an appointment because of 10 minutes. That could have been a serious medical emergency but they didn’t care. They shrugged me off as if I was a bother to them. I called the front desk manager to complain and I find out a week later that they cancelled me as a patient after 7 years because I complained.Believe me when I say that there are hundreds of doctors to choose from across the valley. You would be better off finding someone else.

Its unfortunate that such wonderful physicians work with such a rough office staff, very unfriendly and unhelpful, but the outstanding Doctors and PA make it worth it.
