I work in the healthcare industry and have sympathy for providers, especially ones accepting new patients.But, the way Jessica and her team went about even scheduling an appointment was entirely unprofessional. I booked an appointment more than 1.5 months out, because that was her earliest availability.Then, the week of the appointment, they call and tell me she is unavailable and the earliest they would be able to get me in is 1+ week out. I get it things come up, but service, communication, and operations is VERY poor. Glad it came up now, then when it was something urgent.Now, I will probably need to wait a month or more for another provider to see me.

I first saw Dr Fraker post surgery for a blood clot and other things. I had never seen her before. My experience with Dr Fraker has been nothing short of outstanding. Shes very kind, patient , and caring. She actually listens to her patients and provides excellent care. Her office staff is equally as professional and kind. I would recommend this Dr to anyone.
