Horrible hospice. No bedside manner uncaring nurses and staff. They dont even know how to change catheters. Just want there patients overly medicated. Stay away from this cult!

This is the greatest team there is. They care for your loved ones just like they were one of their own. I have never seen a group of people with so much love and passion for their patients it is the best! I would recommend them to anyone and would be the first call I will make when my loved ones may need them.

They do not believe in chronic persistent Lyme. I’m dying and they want to just send my off to a psychiatrist. If you have Lyme, I guess die at home with no spiritual or any support. They think I’m crazy. I seriously doubt God exists after all of this.

We recently lost my Mom..I am beyond grateful for the team at Compassus. Don Cryan in Phoenix.. and the team in Prescott were absolutely amazing. They were so incredibly helpful and compassionate during a time my sister and I felt like we were falling apart. This team was a God-send.

This is a long overdue review.. I am the director of an assisted living and deal with a lot of hospice company’s... but when my mom was diagnosed with end stage colon cancer and placed on services with compasses hospice I had high expectations. Compasses was amazing ... every call for help... every nurse ... even the lady that answered my call was so wonderful and over exceeded my expectations.. thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you involved in her care! She passed away peacefully and it was all because of the great care and love she received.

An amazing team that goes above and beyond with top-notch care. They support the patient and family like they are their own. A company that has patient care as their number one priority.

When my grandmother was placed in hospice care the care home told us this hospice was who they work with. The nurse was an idiot, granny was continuously in pain and they just kept saying they couldn’t do anything. It’s hospice- are you kidding me? We asked for a new nurse and were told this was there only one. Several complaints later we realized we could change hospices. The effect was instantaneous and startling. The new hospice-Santé- did great and relieved the issues almost the first moment. You have a choice with hospice. Choose wisely or your loved one could suffer.

This company is amazing - providing excellent, compassionate care seems to be their number 1 priority. I would recommend highly!
