Pretty lackluster care. Didnt really listen to my requests or concerns, mixed up my info with another patient. Wrote me a script for pain meds and sent me on my way. I never got a follow-up for imaging. Lots of waiting around for nothing. Not what I was anticipating, waste of time and money.

This whole crew is awesome! I went here first time and I have never felt so comfortable in an office before. I really liked the way everyone Genuinely cared about me. I was in and out pretty fast for the work I had done. But the dr took their time and I didnt feel rushed like I normally feel with Drs. I was able to address both my issues with having a dermatologist and a family Dr in the same office. I want to thank everyone over their at Dr. Mark Siegel office for giving me such a wonderful experience. Ill see you next week to get the stitches out.😅

I’m just walking out of my appointment with Dr. Siegel and was so impressed I need to write a review from the parking lot. First off… I wasn’t kept waiting 45 minutes to be seen at 1:45 for my 1 PM appointment. That’s a recurring annoyance experienced 70% of the time I have to see a doctor.Secondly.....And other providers should take note of this small but significant gesture… The doctor stuck his head in while I was waiting in the exam room and told me he would just be a minute… And when he returned ...he introduced himself shook my hand.These two aspects of my first appointment made an impression and demonstrated a respect for the patient and their time. A sentiment often forgotten about in the medical field.Most importantly.... Dr. Siegel was knowledgeable, direct.... and genuinely interested in getting me feeling better sooner than later.I highly recommend Dr. Siegel

Did not care about about my question regarding my prescription. Needed a clarification on prescription,. Pharmacist did not recommend I take the prescription the way I was told. Dr Siegel made me feel that my health is not important and would not speak with me until he returned to the office on Monday. Arrogant is the correct word as other individuals have expressed. Really a complete A#####E is more like it. Don’t go see this doctor. I was a new patient and now I am taking my health concerns to another establishment.

Dr Siegel really is an awesome doctor. the best primary doctor in my own opinion. the only reason why i dont go to them anymore because he was no longer in network with my insurance. but i was inform that they are now in network again.

Ive known Dr. Mark Siegal for over 30 years. I am an RN and first met him when we were working in the same Hospital. I moved to California for a few years and when I returned to Phoenix I started using him as my PCP 2017. He has another Dr in the office, Alex who I have seen a few times. Alex practices on the same Philosophy as Dr. Siegel .Dr. Siegel really cares about his pts. He is attentive and proactive with a great bedside manner . He has always found time to schedule my visits same day when Ive been ill.Dr. Siegels staff are awesome; they are pleasant, attentive and friendly, this is a reflection of the entire organization.I give him a 5 star rating from my personal and professional experience with all.

I’m not a fan of any type of Doctors. Ever since I meet Dr. Siegel and his crew I have a different view on Doctors now.

Charged my insurance, even though I never went there.

This doctor reminded me of the actor Bradford Dilman. He was easy and breezy. He was good at listening, he was prompt, and he was concerned about his patients. He does appear to be slightly concerned about controlled medication. That seemed to be a hassle. Other than that, I was a happy patient, and it was not the medication. :) Blanca and Lisa ran the office well.

I’ve been going to Dr. Siegel for 29 years. He is the best. I love his office staff, they are always nice. My whole family goes to him.

Dr. Siegel is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him for all your general medical needs. I found him very knowledgeable and thorough. The front staff at this office is also very efficient, hard-working and professional.
