Oh my, where to even begin! This has been a long awaited review. Let me first start off saying I wish Every expecting parent, especially the mama, to go here! The labor and delivery department is phenomenal! I ended up having to deliver my daughter here about 3 weeks ago unplanned. The hospital I was Supposed to go to was full and backed up.Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed About this hospital was how gorgeous the prayer garden is. The lady who checked me in was so sweet and incredibly helpful. Even the security guard was really kind and walked me up to the labor and delivery Dept for my induction. When I got Upstairs, they knew who I was And everything flowed so smoothly. I couldnt Have had a better experience. Seriously. The room was prepped for me and my spouse with fresh ice waters in cups, very clean, postpartum essentials organized in the bathroom and everything. Not to mention my view was breathtaking. When you’re in labor, your mind needs to be distracted and the view was perfect for that. We stayed in the sunrise suite. It was huge! This wasn’t by request, just where we were. It was pretty cool because we were in the hospital for 3 days and it stormed two of the days at night. You felt like you had the perfect view of the storm. Induction Monday afternoon, baby delivered Tuesday early afternoon, go home Wednesday afternoon.Shannyn was the first L&D nurse I met Oh my gosh I love Her. I’m so grateful she went through everything she did to become a nurse because let me tell you, she was meant to be one. She broke everything down for me, was always gentle, informative, compassionate, hilarious, and all around amazing nurse! She had to leave after her shift that night and I prayed She was there for my delivery and to my luck she was!! So so happy for that. Barb was also another wonderful nurse! She took amazing care of me overnight, I wish I got to see her before I went Home.Dr Ludwig delivered my baby and she is FREAKIN FANTASTIC! I have Never felt so comfortable in a medical setting, let alone during delivering a baby! This was my second baby but first time meeting her. The whole L&D Dept took the best care of us while we were there. Dani was very sweet and walked me to my car with my newborn at the end of my stay, very thankful for her and her care.After delivery, the parents are gifted a dinner and the food was SO good! Especially for hospital food. I loved That we got “champagne” and steak dinners. So considerate. The staff who prepared and delivered the food were wonderful! Very friendly!I recommend this hospital to literally everyone I know. It was a drive for me from my home but so well worth it. I wish Every expecting parent and mama has the same experience as I did If not better ❤️ THANK YOU!!

This is the only ER I will ever go to after my first experience here! The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses and my doctor were caring, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and put me right at ease. There was no wait and I got right in. Dr. Hamilton was amazing and she left no stone unturned when treating me. I feel like I received the best possible medical care by coming here. Nurse Jack was very gentle when drawing blood and made me feel like he really cared about making me comfortable. To all the staff who treated me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You run an exceptional ER.

If could rate negative stars I would DR. San Kuen yi Do was the worst doctor I have ever seen, he should be stripped of his license immediately. I came in after waking up gasping for breath during the night with non stop forcefull painful palpitations non stop!! He blamed it on anxiety and gave me a horse dose of Ativan wich resolved nothing and made it worse. My palpitations continued until this very moment when I’m getting care from an actual hospital that cares and reconizes peoples symptoms. HORRRIBLE DOCTOR NEEDS TO BE LET GO !!!

I had the great privilege to give birth at this hospital recently. Words cannot describe how INCREDIBLE all STAFF treated me during the process as well as the cleanliness of the hospital and beautiful scenery. The security guards, the culinary staff, the front office everyone located in the building was very welcoming, kind hearted and very professional. The nurses and specialist in the labor and delivery department were the greatest humans I have ever met. Especially Kim, Michelle, Melissa, Mary, Katelyn, Dr. Tilden and so many more the list goes on are absolutely amazing. Kim and Dr. Tilden care and make sure you and your baby are taken care of at all times. Words can’t describe how thankful I am to have had this experience with this amazing staff and this incredible hospital. Thank you!

3rd time at this hospital. First 2 times were great, seamless, but last night was off the charts terrible! Zero organization, long wait which is understandable, however the Dr didnt even come in until 7 hours later. The nurse read the ct results (due to dr being MIA) and had to hunt down the Dr just to get the discharge and then the Dr trots in to go over results after the fact. Furthermore, not the best at social distancing, not necessary getting all in your patients face to discuss their course of treatment. It was the worst experience and far outweighed both prior visits which were good. Wont be coming here again.

Staff was very efficient at 1:30 pm required check in for a 2 pm test. Sat in waiting room for until 2:30 pm with no one informing me of reason for delay. Finally, inquired how much longer and was informed soon. Waited an additional 5 minutes and then called back. Technician, Steve, very friendly and professional, I give him high marks. Only down side was the lengthy wait for test and no updating me on delay

I arrived early. Even so, the wait was short. The staff at arrival was helpful and saw to my comfort. I was in a wheelchair. The technologist was friendly and thorough, making sure I had nothing that could cause a problem (getting an MRI, so no only non-ferrous metals are safe). She kept me informed during the exam, and saw to it that I was able to exit safely. If I needs another outpatient MRI, I would request the referral to be at this facility.

Very nice facility. Nurses were very nice. I had out patient surgery and I was very well taken are of.

It is always a delight to go to this location and I always ask for it. For mammograms, bone density, and ultrasound. Always clean and very organized. Staff could not be nicer.

On Thursday, September 30, we rushed a family member who had warning signs / symptoms of a stroke (speech impairment, left-side loss of strength and coordination, drooping face, and a general feeling of being unwell) to your emergency room with the EXPECTATION that she would receive timely and competent care. Except for a cursory blood pressure test when she arrived, she was totally unattended to. After (2) hours with no one addressing her condition or even checking on her status, we left your hospital. With what we considered serious and possibly life-threatening symptoms we EXPECTED that her conditions would be promptly and skillfully attended to and that whatever appropriate measures to mitigate the consequences of a stroke would be taken. Absolutely nothing was done to assess her condition or needs. The next day, her primary care doctor noted that she had seen a note from your ER that said she “arrived but was not OFFICIALLY seen.” Very sad indeed… a horrible experience. Our experience was far below our expectations. It was most disappointing, frustrating and disturbing.

Easy in, easy out. Quick and easy and had results within 24 hours for a chest X-ray. Highly recommend

I go to Dr Werner at Honor Health for my hip. He is very nice and professional. The staff is very friendly also. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He’s great and excellent at what he does.

This hospital used to be very good, they saved my husbands life 4 years ago. I was there with my 16 year old on 10/5/21. Everyone was extremely rude and unprofessional except for the receptionists, my childs lovely nurse Colleen, and his discharge doctor was nice as well. One of the ER nurses when we first got into the room was so rude she said Im an ER nurse, I have to be bossy. When we first arrived another nurse or MA yelled at us because the room temperature was 80°. She said it should be 74°!!!. She acted like I had done it. I never even looked for a thermostat in the room. That was the last thing on my mind at the time!! I was worried about my child!! We spent 8 hours there(in the room) and my child got ZERO treatments besides chest xrays, a CT Scan, bloodwork (the lab lost), and Tylenol. They also did not take my child out of the room in a wheel chair when he was discharged like all hospitals are required to do! The doctor refused to give my child water, only ice chips, my child was not on NPO orders! Finally, nurse Colleen talked the doctor into letting my child have water. We had both been up since 6 am going to Urgent Care and then this ER.We were hungry and thirsty to begin with and my child could not have water?!? They lied and said IV fluids would raise his pulse so they wouldnt even give my child that! Im so disgusted by this lack of compassion and treatment this hospital has!! The man that did the CT Scan was extremely rude as well! They all act like nobody should be there. The waiting room was empty as well. Never again will I take my loved ones to Dove Valley ER!! Please drive further to another hospital IF you have to go.

Everyone was very helpful in administering the ct scan. Explained how the machine talks to you and tells you what to do and how and when. Then they had to make you wait until they knew what you needed to do. In this case I had to be admitted to DVMC medical center thru there Er at DVMC.

Checked in to have head checked from a fall. Thought we made sure all Docs were in Network and confirmed. Unfortunately not. 1 hour in and out with CT scan when only ask for X-ray 1400$ after insurance. Out of network Doc 1550$ for 20 minutes and 250$ for someone to read CT scan. Guess Doc cant read...... Who can pay that kind of money- No one! Will not go there any more. Lesson always demand an in network doc, get it in writing or leave

Ended up going to their emergency room this past Friday. I am still flat on my back at home with no help from them. The whole experience was we dont want you here you need to go home. My wife and daughter took me there and while my wife and I were in a backroom being evaluated the staff told my daughter she needed to leave the premises. They did not want her anywhere on the property. Mens she came with my wife and I and a single vehicle there was no place for her to go but to wander outside and stay out of securities View. Once they finally tuck me in the back the first nurse and I dont remember her name she was a blond with very loud voice and a full face mask did nothing but yell at me I tried to explain to her that I could not understand her with the face shield on and the echo effect I was getting from it. She told me I didnt need to be here and I should pick up what are those little finger oxygen monitors at the pharmacy and monitor myself at home. That I wasnt that bad. She ended up kicking back in the door a little later to tell me that Bens I had fallen and hit my head earlier they were going to do a head scan and do a chest x-ray. And they eventually did do that. They still ended up releasing me and sending me home as I was perfectly fine and there was nothing they could do. I still cant breathe but they dont care about that. It seems that this facility does not have a clue as to why they are there. They are a service provider. Not that much different from any other service provider like a Starbucks or a Taco Bell. People have choices and I made a bad choice and going to their facility. I can tell you that if I ever need medical services again I will drive into town and go to a different medical facility then honorhealth. They did not have a good reputation when they were John C Lincoln it looks like all theyve done is a name change. I will not be recommending them do any of my neighbors and sure wont ever go there again. Extremely dissatisfied with their lack of care and compassion. You are just a number roll a man roll them out move on to the next one.

A really nice hospital, brand new. Very good and courteous staff. Doctors know their stuff. And the when you and food is great. A word of caution gets really busy Fridays and Mondays staff told me. Unfortunately I was there on a Friday but they did their best to find me a bed in the emergency room and then A bed upstairs in the hospital. I went home with a right diagnosis and feel normal once again.

I went to have a diagnostic image like I have had in the past. I never had any issues until recently. I received an outrageous bill stating the doctor who read my images was a non-participating provider. I never had this happen before. I am being told this is legal and I am stuck paying for the bill. Make sure you do all your homework.

Very professional and quick. The staff was warm and friendly making the procedures stress-free.

Being visually challenged the staff was very helpful in getting me to the various areas that I needed to go to because I had multiple appointments in that building. The front desk people were very kind as was the lady who checked me in as well as the actual x-ray technician and ultrasound technician. It helped me have a wonderful day dealing with such professional and pleasant people. Thats my review.

Honor Health outpatient imaging sonoran crossing is convenient, the location is close to Anthem. The staff was very prompt in scheduling me an appointment. Nicole and Carla in the scheduling department are always helpful and friendly. Steve was my CT technician he was very professional and kind. He walked me Through my CT and encouraged me and gave me great instructions my appointment was over very quickly I was very grateful. Such a respectful friendly professional staff. I will definitely be back

I was admitted Friday, I was on the med surge until I believe. One of my night nurses, Daniel was awesome, he went above and beyond and was very prompt when I had any needs, thank you, Daniel!! Everyone else was amazing too, I appreciate everything!!!

Honor health staff informed me, I was to fast for this procedure but tech needed me to have a full bladder? Im confused? To fast or have full bladder - they conflict each other, like your staff did to me!

Best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Short wait time and all the staff are so nice. I was looking up the best reviewed hospitals in Phoenix and this one popped up. It was worth the 30 minute drive from my house. I had to be hospitalized for psychiatric reasons and I wanted to go to a hospital where I wouldn’t have to deal with rude staff, this place definitely delivered!

The worst service I have ever had at a hospital ER in fact I never got in too see a doctor. I WAS TOLD THEY ONLY HAD ONE Nurse on staff so they said they would have no idea when I would be seen this was at 8:30 am ther was no one in the waiting room. I dont blame the nurse but come on.

The facility and all of the staff were very friendly and efficient. I did not have any wait time to get registered and then was immediately taken back by the radiology staff for my mri. She was very informative about my procedure and took her time to explain everything. The experience was amazing, I had headphones and was asked what music I wanted to hear to drown out the noise of the machine. My appointment was at 11:00 and I was out the door by 11:30. That afternoon by 4:00 I already had the report on my patient portal. I was very impressed with the whole experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of imaging. I will definitely go to this location anytime I need an mri again.

Wow, had a few ER visits and have to say everyone from the intake, to triage nurse to the rest of the staff was professional and friendly, some more than others but such is life in the ER. They dealt with a quite rude man in the lobby with courtesy. The service was great, everything is very clean. Would recommend.

The staff here was very unpleasant. I was not greeted when walked into the office. When they did take notice of me standing there they just looked d at me like I shouldnt be there. The tech that did the ultrasound was ok. He seemed knowledgeable in what he was doing just had lousy bed side manner. I will not return to this facility ever if I dont have to.

In hospital 4/18/21 - 4/20/21, ER Dr Zambito, was thorough, friendly and professional, as was all Admitting personnel, second time at this facility, saw a great doctor Dr. Haley first time. Nurses were cheerful and friendly entire visit. Dr Jalal visited twice and explained all. BAD PART - TV WAS OUT FOR 2 DAYS - I asked Security if they would take my car keys and get a book in back seat, couldnt because I may make a claim that they stole something while retrieving book, please!! What has this world come too??

Great location and very knowledgeable lab technician. With my abdominal pain I was afraid that I would feel much worse after my ultrasound but my lab technician was very good at his job and I was tended to on time.

I had a great experience at Honor Health Sonoran. I didnt have any wait time. The technicians were great and so was the staff. Very professional, convenient and comfortable.

I had a confusing and, quite frankly, very poorly managed visit to the Sonora Crossing medical center and hospital. I went to the ER with a hip and leg injury, and was experiencing pain on an 8 or 9 out of 10. It was nice to see that it wasnt an overbooked ER, and the first person who took my information down was a nurse named Jack and he was great. I was given a room quickly, but thats when things went downhill fast (or, actually, went downhill very very slowly). Despite being one of the only patients in the ER, things were moving like molasses.I got a CT scan and was put on some intensive pain killers. Maybe they think you wont mind long wait times and so on when you are floating on those meds, but it took hours. Finally, Dr. Zambito came back in and said, We really need to give you an MRI to figure this thing out, but we are a MRI tech short tonight and I cant get you one. In other words, this major hospital emergency room has a necessary and important instrument (an MRI) for emergency medicine, but they cant use it because they’re too cheap to hire enough staff???? Zambito told me it would be no problem to get an MRI later if my problem doesnt go away on its own, and let me go home.Well, of course it didnt go away on its own. Its still there, and Im still in that pain 24 hours a day, nearly a week later. My family doctor cant use the information from the hospital to order an MRI with another provider, because Sonora Crossing never sent him the details of my visit. I called the hospital and they’ve no idea what Dr. Zambito said that, as we have staff available to do an MRI every day of the week.Someone is BSing here, right? I dont trust Sonora Crossing as far as I can throw them. Right now, Im searching for an MRI provider while in terrible pain and knowing that if it had been any other hospital, they would have provided that test and come up with a proper diagnosis/treatment plan.

I was in and out quickly. Everything was explained to me in detail. So no surprises. The people from the office to the imaging tech were extremely kind and friendly.

First visit there. Was well received and directed to where I needed to be. They were very efficient and calming as I went through the brain scanning process. A-plus to all.

Felt very assured with my appointment with Dr Anthony Rohrer and his PA staff at the HH Sonoran Crossing facility. Dr Rohrer was highly recommended as the specialist to deal with my knee injury, and my appt was for my initial consultation on my MRI results. He also wanted a supplementary Xray on both knees for a comparison, and it was so convenient that the facility had their Radiation office right there, so no need for an extra appt time, and the doctor then had the extra info necessary for a full consult. Though the location is on the other side of the Valley from my home, I was impressed and feel comfortable making the trip in order to have access to this facility for whatever future treatment and procedures are needed for my knee repairs.

Quick, friendly, clean and professional. Dr. Haley was amazing and everyone on staff was wonderful. Each individual was more than attentive to their jobs. The CT staff was fast and friendly. Super nice guys. The ultrasound tech was great and very careful to not make painful areas worse. Great job. The Daisy Mountain Fire Dept. was exceptional. Overall, a top notch experience for a gut wrenching problem.

I really appreciate how helpful everyone was even those who were waiting to be seen. This was my first time visiting and I needed a X-ray before being seen...it went smoothly... I was in and out quickly maybe 10 minutes...then I went back up to the office of my new Ortho Dr Burk to see what direction to go with my knee... I am really happy with my experience and look forward to continue getting the help from Dr Burk and the rest of the staff!

Although it is a bit of a drive to get to Sonoran Parkway and I-17 where this facility is located, it is brand new and very welcoming there!Check in was quick and efficient and I was seen in a reasonable amount of time by both the radiology department and the subsequent doctor visit.Dr. Burk, the hip specialist, was very caring and thorough and offered to answer any questions I had about my condition.I recommend this facility highly....

This place was really nice!! Not crowded, used CDC Guidelines and staff very, very friendly. Guy who did my ultrasound guided me through the building, opening doors for me and told me exactly what he was doing...HIGHLY Recommend this place!!

I had an appointment at Honor Health Sonoran Crossing Med. Center for an ultra-sound of my legs. My legs/ankles, etc. have been swelling badly. The person doing my test was very personable and the test ran smoothly. The woman who checked me in was nice and friendly also. A pleasant experience.

Dr Connie Abarikwu is a fabulous primary doctor. The office staff is also very helpful and courteous. Jane helped getting a specialist appointment when that office was difficult to reach. So far the resident doctors have been good as well. Thank you from our whole family!

I was very pleased. I thought emergency was a blessing at making me comfortable quickly. And once I got to the hospital I also felt well taken care of. I was very nervous about being in a hospital because of the Covid however the main nurse, I believe his name was Chris was fabulous and told me the reality of the situation and the safety features that were in the hospital. He also let me know what I need to do for me once I got home and promptly got the paperwork done after I had the procedure. The procedure I received was fast and comfortable and I was very happy that I got the paperwork immediately explaining everything.

25 patience 2 care providers need I say more.Hair on floor . Trash under the bed .Doctor rude. After 1.5 I ask the nurse if she had any idea when we might get x ray results .Doc came in saying you told nurse you have not seen a doctor .We did not say we have not seen doctor.

I headphones line while trying to take a walk the other morning my son literally had to scoop me off the ground and put me in to his car and took me over 2 dove Valley urgent care. They were great they took us in right away and made sure to do whatever they could for my broken ankle and torn up me on the other leg. They even called my foot orthopedic to check to see if he had a preference as to what kind of boot would be best until he could see me in 5 days. I was also grateful that sense I could not walk or really do much of anything with the wheel chair that they allowed my son in to the Room with me.

This place is a total Joke. The moment I walked in the door I noticed an Attitude. People are rude and not well trained. Go to Abrazo ER They know how to treat people and put patients first.

While the 1 start I give them do to their exceptional support staff. Dr Michael Haley from the emergency room a trauma doctor...well lets hope you dont have any life threating injuries or emergencies because Dr Michael Haley is perhaps the worst doctor I have ever seen let alone experienced period. example he looked at 4 month old lab results and used that for my current visit and since those results came back negative back then...which was unrelated to what I went in there for...nothing was wrong with me! yea that bad.

Everybody was very professional and very nice. I arrived about 15 minutes early and took care of me right away. The technician that did my MRI was very nice and explained everything to me. I appreciated him so much.

I’ve been going to this facility about 6 years. Over this time we’ve been treated with respect. Staff is always cheery, well informed and you are taken care of in a timely manner. The facility is always spotless, staff is friendly and go beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your time there. I have not had one negative experience there. I’ve been to SMILE, Biltmore and a few others. The service and staff is the best, I don’t think you can do better.

I called this facility in need of a CT scan with contrast done. The Lady I spoke with was so pleasant and understanding, she scheduled me for the very next day. I was so relieved at how professional and caring she was. Thank you Carla! The facility is easy to find, very clean and the staff are very caring. I will return if the need arises.

Sadly I have been to this facility more than once.Very nice staff and clean facility. Hopefully the new facility will be just as nice and clean.Didnt enjoy the 5 hours I spent there but, everyone was nice and repeatedly checked in on me to see if there was anything I needed. Seems there was a problem with the centrifuge machine. My blood work had to go to the deer valley office to test. So probably reason why 5hrs. But will definitely use them again ... But, hopefully NOT soon 😁

I don’t think the people at Honors deal with African-Americans much. Please, be careful there’s definitely bad energy lurking.

I have been here for mammogram, bone density scan and now for broken bone ex rays, always professional and friendly.

Every Nurse, Surgeon, Nurse Assistant and Doctor I met were extremely nice and ready to meet my needs. I was very comfortable and highly satisfied with my care. I would definitely recommend this hospital to a friend!

If i could give this zero i would. I’ve been here 5 hours and haven’t had any help. They did my one test. Asked for a blanket and snacks that took 4 hours still haven’t gotten any Tylenol for the extreme pain I’m in. Worthless nurses.
