Dr. Stone is a remarkable doctor and an amazing person. He made me feel so comfortable since my first visit. He explained the process and every detail about my upcoming hysterectomy and prolapse repairs. He answered all my questions and doubts that I had. Every visit to his office, including the day of the surgery in the hospital, made me feel relaxed knowing everything was going to be okay. During the surgery there was a little complication, however, he went above and beyond to complete what he was there for. The office staff was great and polite all the time. Jessica was so nice and knowledgeable during the exams. Iris was extremely pleasant and nice even though I called her almost every other day about my paperwork. I am perpetually thankful and very grateful to Dr. Stone for giving me a chance to live a better and normal life.

I was referred to Dr. Stone because of a grade 4 uterine/bladder prolapse. I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Stone explained the exam step by step and is a gentle doctor. I always felt he had time for me. He was in no hurry to recommend surgery and we tried other options first. Nothing worked so we discussed surgery. Everything was explained thoroughly. The surgery (hysterectomy, suspension, and prolapse repairs) went quite well. I am 2 wks post-op and extremely pleased with my surgery. In my opinion, he is top-notch! I found his office staff to be quite pleasant. There are urology tests done in the office to help with diagnosing and the women who do those are patient and understanding. It does take a while to get scheduled for surgery, but it was worth waiting for.

Dr. Stone is not only a top-rated Urogynecologist but an exceptional professional in his patient-care and genuine approach in treating the person. He is supported by a 5 STAR team. As a patient, every time I called; visited the office, spoke to the medical staff as well as billing; I was treated with kindness and 100% attention. Dr. Stones medical expertise is outstanding as well as attention to detail. He reviewed each and every step of my medical case with extreme detail to ensure that I was comfortable as a patient and clear on the resolution. I will forever feel blessed for having been treated by Dr. Stone. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of being treated with pelvic organ prolapse and/or urinary incontinence. Even the nurses at the hospital said they had sent family members to him. That says a lot about Dr. Stone.

I am so thankful for this doctor. I saw a previous doctor before Dr. Stone and had a bad feeling about what He had recommended treating my problem(s). He also provided very little info./explanations for things at the consultations. Dr. Stone had a wonderfully professional bedside manner while also being sensitive and responsive to my needs, and offered recommendations that were most appropriate for my medical problems, which were as minimally intrusive as possible. He also explained my medical conditions thoroughly, explained the recommended procedures thoroughly, and even used a visual aid (video) to demonstrate everything. He explained why the previous doctors recommendations were not a safe idea & the potential complications which could have resulted, while also remaining professional and respectful of the other doctor. I will be moving forward with treatment from Dr. Stone. He saved me from having an unnecessary hysterectomy. Thank you, Dr. Stone.

Dr. Stone Is kind, very very patient, and so knowledgeable. He truly put me at ease. Which isn’t an easy task. I had surgery with him and it was 100% a success which I knew it would be based on all his reviews and the knowledge he showed me first hand. I highly recommend him. I will be referring all my loved ones if ever they develop problems.

Called to make an appointment and the girl who answered was just AWFUL RUDE and clarified the type of practice they are. IM AWARE THATS WHY I AM CALLING...she then asked me who I wanted to see?! Who do you have? I was referred to this damn practice. Im glad youre front desk staff deterred me from making a mistake and wasting my time.

Had surgery recently with Dr. Stone. Have been putting off this surgery for years. He was very professional and put my mind at ease by explaining everything to me. The surgery was very successful and I feel like I have my life back. I no longer have to wake up three times a night to urinate.

I am very satisfied and happy that Dr. Stone was recommended to me. He and his staff are wonderful and caring. I formally belonged to a very large impersonal OB/GYN medical group that I did not care for. Dr. Stone has addressed my medical issue and I am doing and feeling great. He has a nice office, its easy to get an appointment, the office is in a nice quiet location, and there are no parking hassles. I had uterine prolapse and he was able to completely resolve the prolapse with a hysteropexy.

Dr. Stone has been wonderful. I was very hesitant at first to see a man but he put me completely at ease. I was able to speak to him about my problem with leakage. He discussed several options and gave me choices which I loved. Eventually I decided on surgery. The surgery went well and I finally have my life back again.

He is one of the most caring docs Ive ever been to. Ive been struggling with this problem for years and have been to 3 docs before I saw Dr. Stone. His office staff was polite and they got me in right away. The wait was minimal. He came in and listened to me as I described to him what Ive been dealing with. He did an exam which was embarrassing but Id honestly have someone do a thorough exam and figure things out, then just guess what is wrong. Afterwards he discussed several different options and asked what I wanted. I wanted it fixed. Surgery recovery was a pain (literally) but it was successful. I feel so much better now and Im finally cleared to get back to my normal life.

Dr. Stone is amazing. He did my surgery a few months ago and there is a night and day difference in my symptoms. I finally feel like myself again. Overall my experience with him was excellent. During the first visit he listened to me and afterwards performed an exam. He then explained what was wrong and what the options were to fix it. I chose surgery and Im so glad I did. The surgery went very well and Im finally fixed!

I’m so glad my obgyn referred me to Dr. Stone for my bladder leakage issue because had I not gone to him, I’d have never known about the other procedures I actually needed to have done. He asks the questions you may be too shy/embarrassed to ask. I was so relieved that I was able to get other issues resolved that I’d never been comfortable discussing with my obgyn. Dr. Stone will spend time with you explaining things in a way you can understand and he will answer all your questions. After years of bladder incontinence, I no longer have to wear pads. I wish I had had the procedure years ago. The nursing staff were great during my office visit and calling to check on me after my procedure. I drove three hours for my visit and procedure and would not hesitate to drive that distance again in the future if need be.

I had some issues that Dr. Stone tried other ways of treating before my only option was surgery. He didnt push me to have the surgery He encouraged me to surgery for my own benefit. He told me what He was gonna do during the surgery and what to expect afterward. I had the surgery and had some complications nothing to do with his after surgery but my own body. I called and He brought me straight in his office and addressed my issues immediately. He was always so nice and never made me feel like my issues were a burden to his even though I messed his whole schedule up that day. He brought me back in a couple days later just to make sure my issues were resolved and to see if I had any questions or any more concerns. He treats you more like a friend than a patient.Eventually I did have surgery after I had failed the conservative treatment with a pessary. He performed a robotic davinci hysterectomy, sacrocolpopexy and sling. I was so nervous before the surgery but the surgery went perfectly and recovery was way better than I anticipated. I was back to my old self in less than a week. There are not enough words I can say about Dr. Stone except you would be in great hands. If you need a Urologist or Urogynecologist go see Dr. Stone.

Sharing on behalf of my mother:If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst medical offices I have ever dealt with. Dr. Stone’s office staff is lazy and completely incompetent. Every time I’ve had to have a prescription sent to a pharmacy, paperwork filled out for my employment, or even an appointment scheduled it takes multiple follow-ups and it still doesn’t get accomplished.I shouldn’t have to call my doctor’s office to get my prescriptions actually sent to the pharmacy for pick up. And I definitely shouldn’t have to call the doctor’s office when the pharmacy tells me that they’ve left several messages with my doctor’s office to get a correction on the script they sent over with no response from the doctor’s office, meaning I still can’t pick up my prescription that is now weeks past due. Same goes for scheduling outside testing to be done. I had to call multiple times for them to actually process what was needed for my insurance company to approve extra outside testing. Again- I pay a co-pay every time I go to the office, why am I having to call multiple times to get basic stuff done? When I had my surgery, my daughter had to call the doctor’s office to find out why they hadn’t sent my employment paperwork to my employer in order for my employer to cover my sick time...while I was IN surgery! This is AFTER I had already paid the office the fee to do this.I would love to say that his office is just so busy and that’s why they’re lacking but everytime I’ve been in there the office ladies are chit-chatting amongst themselves about non-work related items and even taking personal calls on company phones (yes this happened while I was checking out the last time). And That’s just dealing with the front office staff and office manager. Dr. Stone is mediocre at best at being a physician. While he’s very nice, his actual patient care is lacking. I had zero follow up from him or his office post surgery to even check to see how I was doing, and in fact, only spoke to him when I called with a post surgery issue and demanded to speak him (because his office staff told me he doesn’t call his patients or speak to them on the phone). There was zero concern for his patient’s post surgery recovery. Same goes for any follow up appointment. He requested I do additional testing and asked to see me afterward but hasn’t actually paid attention enough to know that the testing couldn’t be done and hasn’t even acknowledged that his patient hasn’t been in for follow up care. If that doesn’t prove that his practice is simply a cash cow for him, I don’t know what does. What happened to doctors who actually cared for their patients? Save yourself the headache because you won’t find that here.

Extremely upset with staff and receptionist at this office. My 1st appointment to see Dr. Stone was on June 18th. Complications from cancer surgery left me with Overflow and Stress incontinence. Dr. Stone went over 2 surgeries he wanted to perform on my bladder. I was told that scheduling would contact me to setup the 1st bulking procedure. I never heard back! Ive now called them 3 different times and just get a run around. Final straw...today July 23rd (over a month), I spoke with a lady who now shows only injections were noted in my file. What??? The Doctor and I never even spoke about injections!!! I am beyond frustrated by this whole ordeal! Im not even sure if they have the right patients info in my chart! Completely incompetent staffing! In addition, I was placed in a room with blinking ceiling lights knowing I have a seizure disorder and when I requested a different room I was given attitude by the nursing staff. Geeeee would it have been better for me to seize in thier office? Rude staff... if I could give a 0 rating I would!!!
