This is my second time here. We had a lovely first experience as walk-ins, which brought us back for a second time. This time we made appointments. We arrived and everyone seemed to be busy with other customers. We stood around for about 15 minutes and then we were finally asked to sit in chairs for pedicures. A man finally sat down in front of me 28 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. He kindly thanked me for waiting. This place does a wonderful job, but I make appointments because I’m on a tight schedule and don’t have time to wait around. I also think that the 8 minute foot massage included in the Regular Spa Pedicure could have been better; it felt rushed.

I got a guy and he was very rough with my hands and It has been 3 days and one of my nails already broke off he was nice but he made my nails look crooked :/ great place and people but don’t think I’ll come back

My husband and I were newbies when it came to pedicures. My husbandstoe nails were terrible,but that didnt bother them. They were so nice and professional.All our fears and reservations about getting a pedicure,went out the window. We will certainly go back and will recommend them to all our friends and family.

I had the best pedicure and foot massage by Henry. Minimal conversation which was fine with me because it allowed me to really enjoy my massage. I will definitely be going back. And the prices are very reasonable. I now have very happy feet. Thanks Henry

We did a walk-in pedicure/manicure and were greeted nicely and promptly. I got dip nails and my friend got a hot-stone pedicure. We love our nails and price!!

I have gone to this nail salon 3 to 4 times out of convenience of location with often months in between when Ive been unable to make it into my regular salon. I do gel on my toes and powder dip manicures. I find neither type last what the average is from other salons falling short by approximately one week before the color begins to chip off at the base of my nails and although they have a services menu 0.58 mi in 18 minutes etc only last a very few minutes which for the price is not acceptable. The salons that throw this into a package and included in a package price I would say it would hardly be acceptable but I would accept it of saying this is just how long the package includes for different kinds of massages and treatments but when youre paying all a cart for the services I feel that any sort of massage that youre paying extra for should last a minimum of 5 minutes for the prices that you are charged anytime I have gone no matter what manicurist I have they have never met that expectation its been a matter of minutes and if the lotion or oil or whatever they are using is not absorbed by that time its simply wiped off and wasted instead of rubbing just a couple more minutes to have the skin absorb it. I find this 0.65 mile in 20 minutes as Im not concerned about what I pay if I ask for a service to be done its because I want the service not worried about the price if Im asking for it to be done it simply means Im wanting the massage or the sugar scrub or whatever it is that Im adding on to my package and asking extra for but it seems they are more interested in turning their chairs and getting you out as quickly as they can instead of making as much profit as they can off each person that they have in their seat when they have them. I suppose you could say its just a different philosophy then Im used to and that I believe in. I believe as long as youve got someone in your chair if you can upsell them on any services you should do so because even for the technician its going to increase their percentage and their tip so the salon and the technicians are all going to make more money at the end of the day but this is not this companys philosophy as far as it seems. Disappointing.

Got a long full acrylic set today and the shape was exactly what I wanted so was the color. I appreciate how they figured out who could do exactly what I needed as well as being a lot gentler than most places with no cuts on my fingers. Today was my first time going to this one but will definitely be going back!

We love this place! This is a hidden neighborhood gem. My mother, sister, and I have only had wonderful experiences at Biagio Nail & Spa. The technicians are experienced, professional and very courteous. The store itself is extremely clean. Its not fancy like other more expensive spas, but the treatments and services are just good, and sometimes better! Weve never felt pressured to spend more, and the manager even allowed us to use an expired gift card!

Love this place! Kenny is my nail tech he pays so much attention to detail making sure my manicure is always on point.. and then has Kim do my designs! Everyone compliments my nails ever where I go. They amazed that they are hand painted because they are always so PERFECT!

They have new pedicure massage chairs complete with foot sinks and a lifting stands.The employees are nice, but I find some offer friendlier service than others and some speak better English than others, so find your faves and stick with them. It will make for a more pleasant experience.They have the usual $25-$35 pedicures. Any pedicure over $25 wil grey you a nice little 5- minute neck and upper back massage at the end...NIIICEEE!!

My fav nail salon I’ve been to hands down. They remember you, and make you feel comfortable. The whole staff is super friendly. No matter how busy they are they don’t make you feel like they are rushing you. Prices are good. The people are awesome!

Do not go here. If it was for me really needing a pedicure I would have just went somewhere else. Not friendly. Was suppose to use clean implements but didn’t. Thank God I bought my own. She rushed the pedicure and not to mention she kept talking to her colleague about me. First it was my feet, then it was my flip flops and my nails. She commented on my nails and said you need your nails done next with an look of disgust on her face. I had two nails on. I said no, I’m fine. I’m actually a nail tech myself and I’m ok. She then told her colleague and they started laughing.... The whole pedicure service was cringe. She was rude. They was rude. Never will I come here again.

This is my salon of choice. I get a regular pedicure here by Danny or Jocelyn. They are clean and skilled. They offer you a small bottle of water and a shoulder rub with any service. I have received great waxing services here as well. I got compliments on my eyebrows after I had them waxed here.

Love love love this place! I just wish they knew how to draw designs and flowers and stuff. It seems only one of the girls working is the only one who knows how but every time I go in there its her day off. I usually go in there every couple weeks to get my nails done

Ask for Kenny! He is an expert at doing gel nails and fills...any kind actually! Fairly priced as well. Highly recommended.

They open ealier than most nail salons so I can drop in before I go to work. Fair priced acrylic french tip full set. And unlike MANY other nail salons...They DO disinfect their pedicure bowls after use! I also like the cool minty/menthol oil they use for the leg massage. So far so good!

I used to go to all different nail places depending on their pricing, the area I was in or if they had a deal going on. I am officially a regular at Biagio Nails and dont plan on ever going anywhere else again. Every single time I go in there, they amaze me. Whether they are doing the usual with my nails or something different, I am always more than happy when I leave. I also consider myself a fair tipper and never leave less than 20% but for them.. I never tip less than $10. The last time they did my nails with acrylic and gel it lasted six weeks. No Im not exaggerating, it almost made it seven weeks but the growth from my cuticle to the acrylic was very noticeable and obviously I wanted to get my nails done ASAP . I got very very sick and was unable to make it in for a couple weeks longer than I had planned and my nails held up the whole time, not one chip or break!! I know that sometimes what you do for a living affects how long your nails last, well I am a server and my nails have always chipped or had damage to them after three weeks if not sooner, while working in this field. So if you dont have the money to get your nails done every two weeks or work in a field that chips away at your nails then I would definitely recommend coming here, even if its a far drive its well worth it!

This place hurts you. If you enjoy having your toes cut up and being in a lot of pain, definitely come here. I will never get a pedicure here again!

I came here to get my nails touched up,hoping that the good reviews were right.I got a full set of acrylics and a polish: the nails are so thick that they are completely useless (I prefer my stubby nails over these), theyre shaped terribly, and my fingers are currently bleeding because the nail tech decided to peel and file off the acrylic that they painted onto my skin (up to the first knuckle). Even when I asked them to stop because I was bleeding, they kept a firm grip on my hands and kept going.Not to mention that they put the bloody tools away to use on the next person.

Great group of people working there. I always have an awesome set of feet and hands when I leave!

So unhappy with this place pay 65 for a Pedi and Gel Mani and he left my nails horrible with clear nail polish on my fingers . I ask him if he though that was a good job and that I should get a discount and he laughed and proceed to charge me. When you go to a nail salon you expect to come out with perfect nails.

I came here for the first time to get a full set and my eyebrows and it was expensive including tip it was $70! Never paid that much and a couple of the nails arent smooth theres bumps in them. Id rather ng go back there. They were nice though

They need new massage chairs. Their chairs are on their last legs. Place is clean and employees are nice.

Super sanitary, clippers are in individually sealed bags. A/C is terrific, restroom is clean and, the venue has plenty of parking.

The service was awful as well as the work that was done. They werent aware that I could understand everything they were saying. I will not be coming back here.

I liked it the last 2 times i went there but this time was awful. First of all the guy who did my manicure tried to talk me into gel nails the whole time even after i told him several times that i want just a regular manicure. Then a lady took over to put the nailpolish on. She was not focused on my nails at all but everything else. She also cut my cuticle again, so now 2 of my fingers are hutting really bsd and bleeding because she cut it too far into the skin. The nailpolish looks not nice i couldve done that better. Im not going back, im gonna leave my money somewhere else.

I told her my nails looked crooked and she said she would fix them, but they are still crooked. They dont go to the end of my nail bed either. I have to go somewhere else to fix them.
