I like this place. It has a very comfortable environment, makes you feel like your at home. For me this is important because I’ve had some very bad experiences at dental offices. This place is definitely a game changer for me!

I did not feel anything at all no discomfort or pain whatsoever, for the crowns the color and shape were exactly the same as my teeth. My workplace suggested this dentist and I went there. What a great first appointment, my hygienist called me right after I finished my paperwork. I was also nervous about being in the office during Covid, but the office was super clean and I felt very comfortable.I got an exam by Dr Han. He gave me a few recommendations about my teeth but he didnt push me to do any treatment that I dont need.I will definitely be back for my next cleaning and checkup. Thank you, Dr Han & Diana!

Very clean and the staff was very professional but I had to wait at least an hour and 30 minutes after my appointment so I wasnt very happy about that.

Dr. P and his Assistant at this place are incredible! My front teeth look amazing now they have made a very sensitive situation for me very painless. I hate going to the dentist but I have almost caught myself crying today because I am so relieved to not have to worry about my front teeth that have really haunted me since I chipped them as a teenager. I had a great experience at the dental office. Very comfortable atmosphere and place the staff and Dr. Poursh were great at explaining things to me from start to finish. Meeting them for the first time I felt very comfortable and at ease. I had a little bit of problem with one of my teeth and it turned out that I needed a filling. Back to new! I also got a cleaning from the hygienist and it was amazing. They had classical guitar music playing for me and I absolutely loved my experience. Definitely recommend this place.

This office and it’s staff are the absolute best. I have been coming here for a couple of years. I came in with numerous problems and neglected my teeth for awhile because of some bad experiences elsewhere. I was nervous and hesitant of my treatment plan. I have had numerous extractions and crowns as well as some deep cleanings. My teeth have never looked better or felt better and I am so glad I found the amazing staff here . I started having pain from a wisdom tooth causing migraines and ear aches. I went to see GDS. Dr Pourshirazi and his staff are amazing. The staff was very kind and made me feel at ease immediately. The office is roomy and the decor welcoming but still modern.As for the procedure, I remember the process but the pain was non-existent as I was in twilight and in and out of sleep the whole time!! Teeth extractions are never pleasant but if you need to get it done you might as well go to a place that, not only makes it as painless as possible, but makes you feel well cared for and safe

Unfortunately, I would not recommend. I was first appointment for the day and dentist was running very late, he was unfriendly and not personable. Poor quality work on my crown. Their main concern was getting my payment BEFORE my work was complete. Had to return twice to get crown fixed. I did like one of the hygenists. She gave me a great cleaning. One star for her!

Tis is the Best Dentist in Arizona, no one is better! These people know how to do the job right the first time... (i.e. Snap on Denture, all on 4, Single Crown, Single Dental Implant or a dental implant bridge, extractions etc.). No Pain, No Drama, No Problems, ever, with Dental Procedures... They will make you comfortable with whatever technique is best for your procedure. I had 4 crowns replaced from years ago. My teeth hurt and I had a lot of discomfort. They removed the old crowns and then made impressions for my crowns. Now, the pain is gone and my new crowns feel like my teeth did when I was a kid. My next procedure will be a permanent implant where I have 2 missing teeth. This office makes you feel like family.

About six weeks my twenty nine year old daughter decided that she could no longer put off having her wisdom teeth removed. I knew of Dr. Pourshirazi when he practiced in California and was very aware of his skill as a dentist. My daughter, like most people, was terrified of having this procedure done. We decided to make the drive from California to Arizona. When we arrived at Gauranteed Dental Solutions I was taken back by the beautiful modern decor of the office and the state of the art equipment at this facility. Most of all I was very impressed by the warm professionalism of the staff, they were able to put aside all the fears and worry that my daughter had built up in her mind over this procedure, and there were many. After a little medication to relax her and about thirty minutes later every thing was over, basically pain free. She told me she felt nothing at all when Dr. Pourshirazi extracted her teeth, she was very pleased with his skill set. The only thing that was negative about this little adventure was the five and a half hour drive, but in this case very much worth it. In my opinion Dr. Pourshirazi is one of the best dentist around, a real credit to his profession. Guranteed Dental solutions is an outstanding facility. Dr. Pourshirazi and his team are knowledgable, dedicated, and always going above and beyond for their patients. I had a bad explosion accident and it knocked out my two front teeth and broke a lot of bone. Dr. Pourshirazi performed a bone graft surgery and got two veneer implants along with a root canal and multiple crowns placed. I have had zero problems whatsoever and it’s been well over a year now since my treatments. This team has been amazing about keeping me informed/updated about the process towarding getting my implants and having teeth again. So thankful for them and would 100% recommend their services!

I recommend Dr. Pourshirazi and his All-Star team at Guaranteed Dental Solutions as highly as I could recommend anything to anyone!I write this review of Guaranteed Dental Solutions and Dr. Pourshirazi after recently having completed almost a year (start to finish) having done the All on 4 dental implant procedure. I had known for some time that I was in need of extensive dental work in the near future. I had a couple loose teeth, a couple failing and loose crowns, and unhealthy gums. Rather than try and do piecework, by far my best option long term was to have all my teeth extracted and do the All on 4 implants. I began my search in March of 2015 with Clear Choice after seeing their commercials. I knew nothing about implants. After my initial consultation and getting over the sticker shock of $55k, I had a 2nd follow up that cost me $1000. I became uncomfortable when they began calling me to come in and pay in full to get scheduled for surgery. I was alarmed by the high pressure sales calls and such an aggressive tactic. I realized I needed to do more research. I called the others that advertised All on 4 and scheduled consultations with the few that were able to provide most of everything in one location (General Dentistry, Oral Surgeon, Prosthodontist, Periodontist and a Lab!). There are not many that can do it all in-house. It was quickly evident that the others were not close to the level of or even in competition with Clear Choice, until I went to Guaranteed Dental Solutions, met with Deborah, and had my consultation with Dr. Poursh. I KNEW I had found my Doctor and Practice. He was easily my 1st choice. He is absolutely phenomenal to work with and extremely confident of his professional skills and abilities, yet soft spoken, humble and able to quickly put you very much at ease. His personality just projects honesty, integrity, confidence and a genuine true concern for his patients. Each attribute proved to be the case. They also have their own top tier Lab in-house, which I learned to be very important. He and his GDS practice are in a class by themselves and far superior in every aspect. My complete overall experience could not have been any better. To top it all off, I also saved almost $10k. My only regret is not doing it sooner and not beginning the whole process with Guaranteed Dental Solutions and Dr Pourshirazi.Dr. Poursh guided me in the decision to do this over a 10-12 month period to restore my gums and bone to optimum health and insure the longevity and success of the implants. Looking back, I am thankful he did. I DID NOT want to do it this way originally. I wanted the and you can do it in one day approach. Other options I believe are based on an individual case basis and your doctor being willing to work with you and help you. It depends upon your bone, teeth, gums and your timeframe needs and abilities, all crucial factors in the decision. In my case, I would not hesitate doing it again over a period of time. I have talked with a couple other patients in the waiting room that had done it all in only a couple appointments. They also were extremely satisfied with their outcomes and had bright, beautiful smiles to prove it.In hindsight, I realize that the MOST IMPORTANT step in the entire process you must make upfront! The selection of a Dentist, Oral Surgeon, Prosthodontist, Practice and LAB is of the utmost importance. I cannot stress this enough! I am very grateful and fortunate to have found GDS and Dr. Poursh. If you are beginning the All on 4 implants by looking at reviews, good job! Do yourself a favor and include GDS/Dr Poursh in your selection. I had just recently had a implant placed and was done perfectly with no complications, and no pain.The assistants kisha and gracie were great! i would recommend my friends and co workers to come here! i have also had my crowns done. i wasnt looking forward to the pain i thought i would experince. im not very comfortable with getting my teeth worked on because Im terrified of the discomfort. Here at granteed dental i didnt have to go through that experience i was very comfortable throught out the procedure, plus really relax. I highly recommend there service! I have visited Garenteed Dental Solutions several times for some extensive dental work. They fit me on quickly and my wait time after check in is minimal. The office staff is very friendly and are always happy to answer any questions i have. Dr. Pourshirazi is nicest most down to earth dentist i have ever seen. He reccomended treatment and explained everything so well i had very little questions. I have had several procedures here and all have been great.
