Been seen a few times already in the past couple months, and they are great. Professional, polite, informative, and fair. Location isnt the closest to me, however its a great experience, so its worth it.

I will be very honest...I am a new patient that had worked in the dental field for 15 years...so needless to say I was (holding judgment) on this office...and WOW! was not only pleasantly surprised but in fact, very impressed with the entire office. From my greeting at the front door with Tricia, to my cleaning with Janelle and the most updated equipment, and to meeting Dr. Koppikar, whose communication was at ease and friendly while very professional. I enjoy coming to this dental office. I have a lot of anxiety when visiting the dentist. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I had to have a deep cleaning and Janelle was amazing. She did an amazing job numbing my mouth. I have been to other dentists where they were not effective in numbing my mouth properly. She was so good I didn’t even feel the injections. After the numbing wore off, I didn’t experience any soreness. Which tells me she did an amazing job!!

I always received stellar reviews from all my dentists about my teeth. I recently moved and all I was looking for is an annual cleaning and a new dentist in the new area. On my first visit at Biltmore Dental Center they did a wrong diagnosis to tell me my teeth will fall if I dont get a deep gum cleaning and asked me to pay $500 out of pocket for it. They refused to do the regular cleaning telling me Im not qualified for it since I need a deep cleaning. Also they didnt even bother to inform me before my appointment about not receiving x-ray from my previous dentist and did another x-ray. Im no dentist but I know useless x-rays arent good for my teeth.I was so much freaked out that I had to drive all the way to my old dentist to see how did they miss out such a big thing. They took a hard look and surprise surprise there is absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth. They also cleaned my teeth and took away all my stress for $0 out of pocket. Biltmore dental wasted half of my day and caused me lot of stress.

So I hadnt been to a dentist in almost 25 years.. saying I was a little nervous would be an understatement! But everyone there was so helpful and informative they asked me about all me concerns and answered them all. Also they blew me away after my deep cleaning was almost completely painless. I felt them taking their time trying to make the experience as smooth as possible...and THEY DID!!!!😀I feel great now my teeth are 100% clean after 25 years of build up....now completely gone, and this was the best dental experience I could of asked for. Before you think about other dentists I would strongly recommend checking them out first!

They are freindly, fast and always do great dental work. I just had a dental emergency and they fit me in promptly with little notice. The Dentist always explains my options in terms I can easily understand. I have used them for several years and I have never been disappointed.

I was very happy with the covid precautions everyone was taking and I felt very safe. Dr. Koppikar was really nice and professional as well. I just went in for my cleaning and am going leases I’ve finally found a place where I feel like I’ll be heard, and my concerns will be met with professionalism.

By far the greatest Dental Office I have been too. Customer Service before and even during the visit was exceptional. I would highly recommend over and over to friends and family. I will be back to finish my treatment plan and continue my dental maintenance with Biltmore Dental Center.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew that this office was going to be extremely safe and diligent with regards to their Covid protocols.The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive.The patient’s chaise that you lie in for your procedure was memory foam and the comfort level was to the moon!They even have Netflix for you to watch while you are in the chair!The thoroughness of the first visit was something that I have never experienced before.Action plans are developed with a team approach.The icing on the cake was the lovely and thoughtful new patient welcome bag.I just can’t say enough about Biltmore Dental Centre!If you’re in need of a great dentist and dental office- run- don’t walk here!They are outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I am the worlds worst dental patient. For me to go to the dentist, I have to take a valium or a few shots of tequila. Biltmore is changing my perception of the dentist. I think Janelle is lying to me when she says that I was a good patient. Even if she is lying, shes making the effort to make me feel better. I respect that. Janelle is very good at what she does. I highly recommend going to see the folks at Biltmore.

They must pay for their reviews. For your first visit, Biltmore Dental really pulls out all the stops to hook you, because thats the only time I actually met the main dentist himself, who spoke to me briefly but didnt actually examine me. Never in my life have I been to a dentist who 100% outsourced all of the work to young, inexperienced dental school students; you get a different, increasingly more incompetent person everytime you visit, so theres no comfort of follow-through. They also blatantly lie to you; for example, I asked Janelle if she would be my hygienist everytime I came in and she assured me she would, yet I never saw her after that initial visit. They lied about various other things too, but because theyre so fake friendly/caring, its a good enough smokescreen for most people (also, whenever you do call them out on a lie they just ply you with more lies in order to shirk responsibility, so its completely futile). The only person I dealt with consistently was a weird girl named Ashley, an insecure noob with a bad attitude who constantly made passive-aggressive digs at me with zero provocation. She also glared at me anytime I interrupted her sadly flirting with this other hygienist WHILE THEY WERE OPERATING ON ME because I wasnt informed of what they were doing to me, as if she was more concerned with getting his attention than botching an important operation. Which brings me to my biggest and most crucial grievance: when the aforementioned hygienist (whatever his name was, dark hair, originally from New York, overly impressed with himself) was doing a crown on me, I was uncomfortable--it just felt like he didnt know what he was doing (let alone cared). Lo and behold, its now months later and that crown still hurts to the point where its difficult to even eat. This obviously is not normal. Their work is clearly negligent, and Ill be calling my lawyer soon. Avoid Biltmore Dental like the plague.

Mary always goes above and beyond and is very responsive with all questions and always gets back to me very timely. I feel comfortable with all information she provides and I really appreciate the fact that she genuinely cares about patients.

Did not listen to me regarding tx plan and my limited funds. I was left with unfinished work on teeth that could have waited. Had the doctor done the work I asked to complete first my overall dental health would be much better and in less pain. The staff was great, just out of my socioeconomic range.

I came in for some overdue maintenance, and the entire staff was wonderful. I had been avoiding the dentist for a long time and I can say that this office was a pleasure at every step of the process. From the front office to the assistants, to the doctors, I enjoyed every step of the way.

Spectacular from the first phone call all the way through 3 appointments in two days. It had been a year since I had seen the dentist after moving from Orlando. Mary, at the front desk was so friendly and kind, assisting with the new patient process, making what can often be voluminous paperwork a quick 5 minute online experience. She was happy to talk to me and the most welcoming and friendly person I have experienced in a long time. As though it was her first day of work and I was her best friend. Just great enthusiasm. Then Janelle was incredible, cleaned my teeth thoroughly and also super friendly and positive. Then, Dr. Koppikar, a super talented dentist, took on 4 teeth in need of repair (3 crowns and a filling). What I sincerely appreciated, is that the whole staff took care to immediately help me out booking my second appt only an hour after the first ended to get the job done. Then the next day they squeezed me in to finish and provide the permanent crowns. THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. The most important thing about any business is its culture, and all were SUPER KIND!!! AND TALENTED!!! And very importantly, here it is the next day and after all those hours in two days (7 hours of treatment) my teeth are not sore and that is really extraordinary, because it was quite a bit of work. All of the employees were beyond super, I encourage everyone to take great care of their teeth and make Dr. Koppikar and his staff part of that plan for life!

I previously wrote Biltmore Dental Center a 5-star review for my first visit over a year ago. After my last visit, I will not be going back. Since the pandemic, the staff - everyone from the hygienist to the billing personnel have become extremely pushy with optional items. I was told four times by 3 different people I need to purchase an optional item not covered by insurance. Not asked, told. Then had it pushed on me by every person I was in contact with after I said I was not interested at this time. Your dentist should respect your medical decisions, especially when they are optional/not detrimental to your health. Seems like they are trying to recover from lost revenue from the pandemic. Unfortunate to go from 5-star to 1-star.

I’ve been coming here for years and they’re always happy and helpful. They work with me on scheduling when I inevitably have a conflict. I am one of the few people I know who enjoys coming for cleanings and this office is a big reason why.

First off, this was the best cleaning experience I have ever had. To start, I came to the office with a welcome sign personalized with my name. The office atmosphere is quiet and the people are very friendly. The process was insightful as well as easy. I even got to watch a documentary about birds on Netflix, from the ceiling TV, as I had my teeth cleaned. Yeah I said that right, ceiling TV. Best Dental Center.

Went today to see Dr. Larkin because my teeth needed some work and it had been so long since I seen the dentist. I have anxiety and get super scared and shaky but I felt so comfortable here. I got one tooth pulled and I can say this dentist office took such good care of me. They made sure I was numb all the way before pulling it and checked with me through the whole thing. On a side note I love how they even made sure my lips didnt dry out, that literally made me so happy. I would recommend this place to everyone and already scheduled an apt for my boyfriend!!

Whitening teeth was what I had done.. But EVERYONE working was soooo kind. I got a really nice atmosphere. Everyone was soo upbeat, professional & really happy. I loved that part.Saving up $400 for a teeth whitening is alot to do but its something that I wanted to treat myself too. Every year I save up money to spoil myself. This year it was teeth whitening. I ate Cesar salad for a week hoping to not stain my teeth. I dont drink coffee, wine, or energy drinks. I just drank water & my teeth are the same color I went in with. Maybe 1/2 shades lighter if anything. Overall Im not happy with the results 😕 especially paying $400. I only went with this place because of the reviews. I didnt get what I paid for i feel like. But the experience with the employees was the best part!! 😊 dont get me wrong they were nice :)Edit: addressed alll my concerns 😊😊 happy with the result!

I have had a lot of dental work....a lot. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience than I did with Dr, Koppikar and especially with Whitney and Ashley. They were kind, informative, thorough and really showed that they were making an effort to truly understand the best way to serve me. It was an extremely comfortable experience. Very competent staff. The technology is terrific, the teamwork is courteous and skilled. I had a very difficult abscess that required root canal and bone graft. The dentist and the assistant worked seamlessly. They have very specific, up-front covid guidelines, and they gave me a quote before the procedures. Highly recommended.

I was incredibly impressed at the ways the team at Biltmore Dental Center took charge and made me feel incredibly safe during this COVID pandemic. The extra precaution towards MY and THEIR health made all the difference, and their thoroughness in checking not only my teeth, but my jaw and muscular health was something that I had never experienced before! Whitney, my hygienist, was very gentle yet precise in my cleaning, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a 10/10 mouth-feel. Dr. Koppikar was very kind and walked me through everything he was doing. Uhhh... did I forget to mention they had a TV on the ceiling playing THE OFFICE?!?! No dental anxiety here, in fact, I can’t WAIT to go back.

I just went in to figure out what the current problem is, so it was a 90 minute basic check up: X-rays and pictures and measuring stuff, etc. Really friendly staff, very kind hygienist with a gentle touch (Janelle), Dr. is patient, understanding, thorough, and seems to know what hes doing. I have a lot of work to do (yikes), and trust this group to get it done well. Its going to cost; Tricia helped a ton to organize financing and schedule the lot of it. If I have to do it (and I do), Im at least happy to have found the right dentist, hygienist, and office staff to get me through it successfully and in good humor. Wish me luck.

They manage to make everyone so comfortable, my anxiety was at an all time low there. They explain your dental plan step by step and will work with you to make a plan you can afford.
