Dr. Castre and Brittany made me feel so comfortable! They did great work and I am happy to find a dentist in the valley!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They take GREAT care of me and really talk me through everything that is happening. Thank you so much!!

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The guy completely talked me out of implants though. Not sure if its just their process but he said Id have to be on a mash potatoes/liquid diet for 6 months. Why would I want to pay 25 grand and have to be on a liquid diet for 6 months??? But if thats the case Im glad they said so up front. Other places said nothing about that.

Billing code fraud is a real thing. The individual I spoke with on the phone absolutely refused to give me a simple billing code so that I could get an idea of how much I will be paying out of pocket. She said I will have to come in so and be diagnosed first- I said I understand that, I just want the billing codes used for a crown operation so that I can call my insurance and get a general idea of how much it may cost out of pocket. The lady was rude and kept saying shes not going to diagnose me over the phone which is clearly not what I was asking for. Why keep your billing codes a secret? Very shady.

The dental hygienist in this office are wonderful. I cant say the same for the billing manager. I have been trying to get a claim paid by my insurance for several months and it is still not resolved. First my claim was denied because they didnt provide the medical records. Now it is pending (and has been for months) waiting for someone to call and give the CPT codes. All I hear from the billing manager is they have no control over their third party that handles their claims. SERIOUSLY!!! If you cant get the third party to respond timely, maybe its time to get a new third party vendor. It is just one excuse after another.

I’ve been going to 7th and Bell Dental Group since 2018. I recently moved to south Scottsdale and I still make the drive to come here. Relationships are really important to me and they are built on communication, trust and professionalism. Dr. B recently put some crowns in and I was feeling really ill the next day (Christmas Eve) and he gave me his personal number to reach out in case I had any troubles. I did and honestly he made me feel better just by listening. In the end my crowns feel amazing with slight discomfort when drinking cold drinks. Mehrshad is an amazing hygienist and is very personable. She makes the process smooth and fun. I would highly recommend this place for your dental care. They are above and beyond what I’ve had since I was a kid.

Elsie is an awesome dental hygienist. She explains the procedure and her techniques are flawless. The office staff is very courteous and accommodating.

Quoted me thousands of dollars of work bc I supposedly had terrible teeth. She also wanted me to get Invisalign and I have very straight teeth. I never went back and they continue to call and get me in. I went to another dentist and they cleaned my teeth and sealant in a couple teeth. I asked, don’t I have “periodontal disease” and they laughed and said no. They have proceeded to explain that dentists often will act like car salesman and convince you that you need a lot of work when you don’t.In summary, find yourself a family dentist and save your time and money. If you’ve been duked by this dentist office, get a second opinion.

Went into this office for some major tooth pain, urgent care had suggested TMJ and referred me to see a dentist. I picked this location as it is covered by insurance and saw some decent reviews. They were slow to get me in the back. I probably waited 10-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I was told by the attending dentist that it was TMJ and was referred to a specialist who doesn’t take insurance. The specialists office essentially told me it would be almost 4000 for some mouth pieces. I didn’t feel right and went to another dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist quickly saw the signs of an infection in my problem tooth. A root canal was suggested and was less than half the cost of the TMJ mouth guards at the specialist. One day after treatment, the pain is completely gone. It pays to get a second opinion. I no longer have any jaw pain.

We love this dental office so much!! I started bringing my son Nicholas in a few years back, he sees Dr. Ellis who is great with kids. The assistants are always so sweet and fast. Ive yet to experience a long wait time, and the place is always spotless. My parents have now become patients as well, and they have had great experiences at each of there visits. We appreciate everyone there for their attention and dedication!😊👍

Definitely the best dental office I have ever visited. The staff there is super friendly and helpful! My hygienist Ilse was great! She took really great care of me and provided me with lots of great advice on taking care of my teeth! This office is about 30 minutes from where I live but the drive is definitely worth it! I highly recommend this office!

I came in for a cleaning. Spent an hour on xrays. They poked at my gums and said I need a deep cleaning at $500 out of pocket. I said I can’t afford it and I just wanted a basic cleaning that’s covered by insurance and they said no bc I need a deep cleaning. I am floored that they would allow someone to leave without a cleaning because they said no to a deep cleaning that was suggested. The dentist was nice and informative but the place itself not doing a basic cleaning is beyond my comprehension.Seems like a scam to me. Won’t pay money, won’t take you at all.Don’t come here unless you already have clean teeth apparently.

Such a great office! The staff was fantastic with my nieces, who were quite nervous before coming. Emily chatted with them while she worked which calmed them right down and Dr Stanfield was just so cute with them. You can tell everyone here loves kids and loves what they do.

I recently visited this office and boy was I blown away! All the staff was super friendly and attentive! My check in process was smooth, as well as my x-ray process, Izzy, was very patient and precise. My cleaning is was set it over the top, Ilse Barranco, the dental hygienist was very caring and patient! She answered all of questions/concerns and always made sure I was comfortable! Best dentist ever for my children. They have the greatest Dr and staff. My girls are always looking forward to their next visit. 2 of my girls had surgery and Dr Ellis and assisting staff were phenomenal. I trust they will always provide excellent service to all children and staff. Perfect. Awesome. Extraordinary. I love this place and so does my girls. My kids love the dentist. Ilse the hygienist there is a very lovely person she helped me through my cleaning. I myself do not like going to the dentist but she was patient with me and understand. Very helpful and informative, one of the best hygienist I have ever had. Great five star service will be returning back!

I went this AM for an emergency and was seen by Dr. Castre. She is BEYOND caring! She explained what was wrong with me and what needed to be done. She even referred me to an Oral Surgeon 2 minutes up the street. Very grateful I went here. Will be bringing my Wife and Son!

My daughter and I both go to 7th and dental/ Every kids dentist. The staff is amazing and very good at walking you through your visit. This is the best dental care for kids they do so well adapting to whatever mood your child has, whether that’s singing a song, showing them tools for comfort or a balloon at the end of the visit for hanging in there😊 we live the services and staff here!!

Dr. Watko was just perfect for my 12 year old son. She is the perfect mix of skill and cool. ☺️ The staff was great too! Everyone was both friendly and helpful. I’m just thrilled to have found a wonderful dentistry the whole family can come to!

1 star for a bad consult from Dr. Lam DDS and Blethen Fleur DDS for not approving post opt pain meds for root canal retreat. I have had 3 root canals and never had an endodontist say no to post opt pain management. The root canal procedure was brutal from Blethen and I had to visit 2 more dentists to correct pain issues. My consult was in a surgical room while Dr. Lam was performing procedures on others. It was obvious he had no time for chit chat and he made that clear to me. The place reminds me of a drive thru surgery unit. I will say management tried to resolve by sending me to another Oral surgeon however I am forced to run around more offices, wait on consults, and put a needed surgery on hold causing further risk. The dentists and hygienist are great however I cannot give them any stars as I would also be supporting the above DDS staff that have no support of patient rights and empathy. They also priced a needed procedure over 500 dollars from another office offering the same exact procedure.

I like the office, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I always get my cleanings with Ilse because she’s awesome, and I just completed my ortho treatment with Dr. Christensen and he did such an amazing job! The entire staff is just amazing!!

I visited this office for the first time last week and was blown away at the level of consideration and care. The front office was helpful in getting me checked in, my x-rays went smoothly, and Dr. Castre was incredibly attentive to my concerns. I walked away feeling positive about my treatment without feeling overwhelmed by the cost.I will definitely be returning- this office was a great find after a few less than stellar experiences elsewhere.

Our family absolutely loves this office. They have everything you need in a dental practice, general dentists, all specialists, Ortho, pediatric dentistry. Dr. Ellis and Dr. Sharma treat my children and they ROCK! They are so patient and so informative.

Due to fear, I havent been to a dentist in a very long time. This fear was crippling and has lead to many serious dental issues which has reached a point where I had no choice but to seek dental help. I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Dr. Ewell and his fantastic assistant, Brenda. They were aware of my fear and did an outstanding job addressing them as well as all my concerns.After a thorough exam and with my fears being taken in consideration, Dr. Ewell explained what was going on, what needed to be done, how it could be performed and what he would like the final outcome to be....for me to be in GREAT dental health!This visit has made me feel so incredibly comfortable that I am looking forward to my next appointment with him. He truly is compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely recommend Dr. Ewell to my friends and family.I cannot begin to thank him for taking such great care of me and my situation!

Went in for a crown and a cavity. They didnt do a bad job, put in a temp crown and told me they would call me as soon as the crown came in. They never called. After a few weeks I called them and they told me it had come in. They just didnt bother to tell me. So I wouldnt look for a lot of proactive or preventative action on their part. I also have a trust issue with them now.The crown didnt fit when I went in, so they had to take a mold and get another one. They put the temp back in, but it doesnt fit right now, so I have a big boulder in my mouth where I cant close all the way.

I absolutely love Angie the hygienist! She makes my mouth feel so clean with no pain and i even have braces!!

Receptionist Meghan was great... internal staff especially the Manager has no customer service etiquette or maybe they specialize in who they give service to... I have to wonder, especially when Dr Wytko ( who was very nice) says I have lovely white teeth, great flossing and decided to make further recommendations. So I questioned the cost and she ask the hygienist if she ready to go ahead and do the regular cleaning. The hygienist Jeanette Keane didn’t answer she said she going to get the Manager.Shortly after the Manager alone came back and brought me a quote for what they recommend and that it will cost $692 for today so, and I refuse to do it... the Manager then just pull the bib from my neck so swiftly and I was surprise as to how fast it was done and say they refuse to continue with my regular cleaning and I need to make a next appointment when I’m ready and I need to follow her out. I found her attitude to be rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend 7th & Bell Dental Group to anyone again.

The hygienist and the office staff are great. However, I had 2 crowns done by Dr. Schaefer here, both unsuccessful. A total of 5 attempts were made by him to install the crowns in a period of 18 months, all of which failed or had to be redone due to improper installation. I could no longer keep taking hours off work to get the same procedure done over and over again, so I went to a different dentist who installed the same crowns and I have not had issues since.

They should put a star with an anti-gram. Two different people in my family have been there and were told certain teeth could not be saved. The cost to pull the teeth and put in (very expensive and a vey large portion not covered on dental plan) packing so its ready for a new post. This is the recent story. 2nd opinion which indicated a simple root canal....turned out didnt need a root canal just cleaned it out and filled it. Then put a temporary cap and the crown should be here in 7-10 days. Tooth saved! :) They said my son needed a root canal and the tooth had to come out. 2nd opinion: tooth could be saved - whoever told you that was just being lazy.In my perspective, they could 1.) Just not know what theyre doing or, 2.) Know full well what theyre doing.. Extracting teeth that could be saved or just going the route that makes them more money? Putting people through all that unnecessary pain just to make a few bucks?Granted, I do appreciate that they were proactive in fighting the infection and prescribed antibiotics.....I feel they were not basing my treatment in my best interest. :(

Really really nice they will take care for you and you wont have any problems at all its not crowded and not that much workers which I like and there are not that much people/workers in the room only about 2 to 3 people.rooms are not crowded and you can watch TV and you can choose what channel you want if they have the channel so 5 stars love you guys

Update:They contacted me and explained how they bill the insurance. I didn’t have any out of pocket expense for my cleaning.Original:I saw Dr. Wytko for a basic cleaning as a new patient at the end of September. I think Jeanette (the hygienist) is amazing at what she does. Scott (x-Ray guy) also did a good job, but the office needs to be upfront with the cost of things that typically aren’t covered by insurance (like the small camera that takes pictures of the interior of your mouth). However; he did a good job explaining what Dr. Wytko was unclear about. She struggled to communicate what needed to be done in a clear manner so everything felt convoluted until Scott explained. I also think the staff needs to be more clear about the cost of procedures and timelines of the appointment. I was there for an hour an a half just for a cleaning and x-rays.I just received my bill and I was charged $500 for a basic cleaning, consultation, and x-rays- after insurance mind you!! Earlier this year with the same insurance I was charged less than $50 at a different dentist (we moved or I would still be going there) for the same procedures!! In addition I was quoted over $3,000 for 3 crowns and was recommended to have my only root canal redone and my tooth extracted!!! I’ve been going to the dentist every six months my whole life and have never had such invasive procedures recommended. I was also told I would be receiving a quote for further dental work that needs to be completed, but have never received it. During my appointment they kept saying how nice my teeth and gums were and they don’t often see this in their line of work; Dr. Wytko’s words were, “You’re like a unicorn.” Then they recommended all this expensive work!? Needless to say I will be calling them on Monday to hopefully get some things resolved. Something is fishy and I currently cannot recommenced 7th and Bell Dental Group.

THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had a crown redone here, the first one they did was not right. I kept telling the dentists, it was not done right. They kept adjusting it, I was going back and forth. I had three different dentists there, and two assistants. It was never right, I had pain in that crown.Then I saw the Endodontist, Fleur Blethen DDS. She did the root canal, ok so this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! First of all she never explained anything at all what she was going to do, I was nervous as it was, never having root canal before. Blethen and her assistant all of a sudden put this thing around my mouth and this blue cloth over my mouth! Stuffing my mouth with whatever they were doing. They had this long wires thrown across my legs, then during the drilling Blethen, and her assistant were having conversations while doing this important procedure in my mouth! They kept talking through out the procedure, then Blethen cut my tongue!!! Gee if she was paying more attention to my mouth and not her conversations, maybe she wouldnt have cut my tongue! Then I heard a loud popping sound, I didnt know what it was, and was scared, she never said anything! Then she was done and just walked out not saying a word to me about anything! An assistant came in and said while she was drilling my crown popped off! She never told me that, he had to tell me, and he said he had to fill it now and then I had to go back to have another crown made. This was a real nightmare!!!!The new crown is just as bad as the last one they did, I had another adjustment and told them it feels like it is not in right , like it feels loose, they just did the adjustment, this dentist name is Ewell. He sings whenever he does work in your mouth, and Blethen talks during the procedure, what is with these people?? Concentrate on your patient!! This place is a joke! I paid $2,255.00 to have everything done, and still in pain!! I wish I NEVER stepped foot in this place!!! Needless to say I will never be going back to this NIGHTMARE DENTISTRY!!
