Best Doctor I’ve worked with, and literally the only one who could adjust me properly. This helped me recover from nagging shoulder injuries that didn’t heal properly. When physical therapy stopped working, Dr Jay was a great answer to healing further. If you’re an athlete you should definitely consider Dr Jay!

Ive been to may different chiropractors in the valley, but Dr. Jay McFarlane is the most talented chiropractor Ive ever been adjusted by. He is very knowledgeable of many techniques. I highly recommend Dr. Jay to everyone.

A few months ago I posted a review on Dr mcfarlane this site thay i regret posting because it was mostly due to a misunderstanding and my being angry. I said things that were not fair and not all entirely true. I would like to apologize to Dr Mcfarlane and his staff. And write this review based on facts and my personal experiences . I Have been seeing Dr Jay for the past 16 +years, in that time I have been in multiple auto accidents, causing several back neck issues sciatic pain, nerve damage and suffered a cervical discetomy & fusion surgery, an open compound fractures of my tibia and fibula when the gas pedal bar went through my ankle.In all this time Dr Jay has stood by my side throughout all the good and all the hard times. On a few occasions I had decided to try other chiropractors due to personal reasons. It took only two both of which were highly rated very reputable and had been in practice here in the valley for over 20 years. Only 2 to realize Dr Jay is one of a kind from his beside manner to his detailed knowledge of injuries and how each injury can and will effect different parts of the body. In each case Dr Jay taking into consideration all previous injuries that may or may not be affected.Dr Jay would never consider adjusting or doing any chiropractic care without seeing xrays and previous radiology reports in addition to his own evaluation of the patient and their medical history. This is unfortunatly not the norm for most chiropractors I have ever seen. As a matter of fact Dr Jay is the only chiropractor I have ever been to that truly cares enough about his patients to carefully evaluate before ever attempting to treat his patients and I have been to several over the years in many different states.Including but not limited to the 2 others I tried here in the valley. In both cases neither of the chiropractors I saw took xrays or requested to see prior radiology reports. All they asked were a few questions and asked if I had any records with me in both cases I provided radiology reports and previous medical records of my injuries. Both attempted to adjust me as if they knew exactly where and why I hurt inevitably hurting me worse than I had hurt in years. I was in far too much pain upon leaving there office to do anything the next few days and in so much pain I immediatly returned to Dr Jay and told him I had seen and been adjusted by another chiro. Upon leaving Dr Jays and having an adjustment that immediately relieved alot of the pain and immediately relieved me of the extra pain the other chiropractors caused by not reading he reports showing the neck surgery. All simply because they didnt care enough to do the homework associated with each patient.Its one thing to treat based on injury and symptoms but it goes much further when you find someone like Dr Jay that not only cares about his patients but he cares about the overall health of his patients not just treating the obvious but treating all your injuries that relate to your entire body and health.Thats rare and next to impossible to find in todays world of medicine. And one Im forever grateful to have found.THANK YOU DR JAY!!!DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT YOU!!.

The staff was nice and friendly until I stopped making installment payments for more, future visits. Then, they wouldnt even give me a copy of my medical records upon request (which is illegal).
