I came here several years ago after being rear ended and Dr. Guarino fixed me up. Recently injured two ribs and pulled my back so badly I couldn’t stand so I came back. The Dr. had several different “moves” he used to adjust my back with my limited mobility. Creative ways to get it to adjust since I couldn’t lay down normally. Within a day, I was walking regularly, within 2 days back to work and now about 3 weeks later (visiting 2-3 times a week) I feel better than I have in years. Michelle up front is sweet and efficient. Both the Dr and Reception have a very calming mellow vibe which I appreciate so much. The next time I climb camelback, I’ll shout from the top “YOU WON’T FIND A BETTER CHIROPRACTOR!” For all of the valley to hear.

Dr. Guarino is the best Chiropractor! He takes his time evaluating, and listening to your concerns. I went in for neck pain, and after the adjustment not only did my neck pain get better, my left side that I thought wasnt as flexible was suddenly as flexible as my right side! He adjusted me just right so everything is back in balance!

I have been coming here for the last two years and just love the care this place has for their patients. Every time I have come in the Dr. correctly identifies the issues and adjust me so perfectly, that I leave in amazement, that so much pain can be caused from a minor tweaking of my bones. I felt like someone hit me with a bat to the lower back today and could barely hold my own body up. Instantly as soon as I was adjusted I knew he fixed me and an hour later I feel like I never had an issue. I hope Dr. Guarino find the fountain of youth, as Im only 42 and have a lot more visits! I am a larger guy (63 210lbs) and did not see my condition improve after visiting this place. It also cost a tad bit more than what Im used too relative to other places.I was able to book a same day appt which was nice. I called and gave my insurance info to lady at front desk. I asked her a ballpark figure of what the visit would cost...she said she couldnt tell me until I came in.After waiting 45 minutes I saw the chiropractor who asked me some questions and gave some advice (probably the best part of my visit).He then took me to another room and used the muscle stimulator on me for ten minutes. After then he attempted to adjust me. He was not able to adjust my lower back, upper back, and could only get my neck to adjust on one side. Seemed like maybe he wasnt strong enough or just didnt try? Again Ive never had this problem and I go quite often to a chiropractor.Ive been to a couple different chiropractors before and this has never been the case. After I was finished the lady at the front desk advised me my visit would be $80 with my insurance card...(usually pay $40-$50 per visit in the past and actually get adjusted).3 days later and I feel worse than before, unfortunately. Will not be returning. I specifically would not advise larger/taller males and females.Hopefully this helps.

I have been going to this chiropractor for over a year now. He has been able to help every single time with my sciatic nerve issues. Even was able to help when I first got pregnant and had back issues. Ive taken my mom to him, he was able to get rid of her lifelong dizziness with two adjustments of her neck. My bother-in-law now goes to him for his shoulder issues and my husband has gone to him due to his as well. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. G is a great chiropractor. He has helped me with severe back issues. As a chiropractor myself I am particular as to who I will let adjust my spine. I trust Dr. G.

Working with Dr. Guarino has completely turned my life around. I came in after having been to the ER and several specialists over several years who could not determine the source of my pain and Dr. Guarino was able to pinpoint the issue and create a treatment plan in just one visit. After three months of three day a week appointments I am no longer in daily pain and truly feel as though I have my life back! Ive been to quite of few Chiropractic drs in my life, I was a drywall stocker for yrs and quite frequently had lower back pain. I have been to every crazy chiropractor in the north valley, Ive had crazy stuff done that just made me mad and hurt like hell, (traction) a steel ball hanging off my head, (grrr seriously ppl) and a hundred different xrays telling me everything from I need surgery to you need nothing but we will send for an MRI for the hell of it. Anyways, one day I was in pain and I just happened to look up near by chiros and I found Dr. Guarino. Man, i cannot tell you enough times how glad I am, he is a down to earth no BS kind of Doc. I walked in expecting the norm, X-rays, speech, traction, etc, etc. Nope, not here, he saw me, asked me where i hurt and how it may have happened, had me do some basic maneuvers and he was ready, no x-ray, no nothing, just new what to do and how to do it. A few minutes of heat and electrical stimuli, and pop-pop and i felt better then any first, second, or third visit to any previous chiro. Trust me, Dr. G is the place to go, no gimmicks and no BS. Just an honest man helping ppl with real back issues get better ASAP with as little treatment as necessary. Ive been going to him for over 6 yrs now. Anytime I feel a little pain or I actually pinch something back there, I go to him and it is fixed quick. No long term BS. Thank to Dr G. for all you have done for me over the yrs.
