I was arrested for an assault and I was referred to Mike Fienman from a relative who is an attorney in New York. I would have been screwed if it wasn’t for Michael. I was charged for a crime I did not commit, and it was a case of mistaken identity. The cop, and Plaintiff didn’t care, they wanted to charge me anyway. From the very first phone call, he believed I was innocent and fought for me. In court, he completely shut down the Plaintiff and left him speechless. He was able to get my case dropped before it even went to trial. He stuck up for me and used his extensive criminal law knowledge to get my case dropped, and the Plaintiff had nothing more to say and was quite upset that Michael knew exactly what he was talking about and that he called upon several issues with the charge, aswell as other details. When I got an underage drinking and traffic violation I had no idea what lawyer to choose, so I went with a friends recommendation. That choice soon became a nightmare. My first lawyer rarely returned my phone calls. Instead, he would sometimes communicate with me via text.
