Dr. Malay was great, easy to work with, effective and clear communicator. However, his office is going through some system upgrade issues, resulting in delays issuing prescriptions. Specifically, my prescription hasnt been issued 20+ days after the visit and two follow up calls. The office staff has a lack luster customer service approach and seems un-phased by the patient impact. But, to be clear, Dr. Malay was great. Testing of electronic prescription dispatch clearly did not meet requirements, and the timeline / process to resolve communication issues leaves something to be desired. Will update once prescription is completed.

Dr. Malay was great. After going to other podiatrists in Abington, I went to Presby Foot & Ankle clinic and saw Dr Malay. He helped with several issues. He listens, provides you with multiple options, and explains the procedures ahead of time. I would recommend him to anyone! - George
