JUST HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT DR. KASSANS OFFICE. WONDERFUL AND PLEASANT DOCTOR. HIS IS AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Went to the doctor Kassan after seeing two other podiatrist and not getting any help for the pain in my ankle and foot. He was very patient and knowledgeable and he had all the equipment there in the office that was needed to investigate why I was still having pain. I had the best experience there and I recommend all my family and friends to him.

Great Dr. The staff is helpful couteous very polite. Great atmosphere all questions answered professionally would highly recommend

This review platform is a little unfair because it doesnt allow the Dr to directly respond to reviews and many people rely on these reviews to select their services. My reviews on all other platforms and even this one are all 4-5 stars. Here I find 2 reviews one is from someone I never spoke to,let alone treated. Hes irate because after our office verified his insurance, it was discovered his deductible was unmet and he was required to pay for his treatment. He should be familiar with his benefits and unfortunately it can take the office staff some time to speak to a representative if the plan doesnt have a web portal. The second bad review comes from a women 9 months after her treatment ,which ironically is also the time her account was turned over to collections. She was treated twice and when she called for a third visit we informed her that her that her health insurance denied her claims and she would have to pay for next visit. Without disclosing her medical conditions I see that she was being treated for 2 separate issues and unfortunately treating people for free is not a sustainable business model, however, I have done this many times in the past but the choice is up to me. As for her complaint about calling and calling the office, yes if you call outside of normal business hours you will get the answering machine, if you dont want to leave a message than call back during office hours?

If I could give 0 stars I would, he is the worse Podiatrist ever. I went to him for an ingrown toenail. He took off 1/16th of an inch. When he did it I asked would he take more off he said if it needs it later. I was to go home and soak my toe in epsom salt. Over 12 weeks I called and called because I was in the same pain I was in before he fixed it . I was told he was not going to do anything but come in pay more money for him to look at it. I wouldnt take my dog to see this guy.

Clean office, friendly efficient and friendly staff. Dr Kassan is a great doctor. He is very calm, never felt rushed. Answered all of my questions and he did my surgery. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr Kassan did a fantastic job on my bunion. Both feet turned out great. No more pain.Compassionate caring staff. Highly recommend.

Scheduled an 8:15 appointment a week ago. Dr was rude already didnt think i wanted to go with them, but convenient location. After 2 automated phone calls and an extra 45 min wait later Im finaly told what my deductible will be. Sorry, but I would rather take that cash with me to someone else. Someone that doesnt keep me waiting almost an extra hour past my appointment time just to let me know how much they intend to charge.
