This pharmacy is amazing. Ive been going to them since April 2020 and everyone Ive encountered there has been professional, friendly and helpful - even when I wait too long to refill my cats prescription and need it more urgently than normal. Regardless of how much it was my own fault for waiting so long to call in the refill, they have always been accommodating and meet my turnaround time. (I promise Im trying to be more proactive!) Ive never encountered any issues and all transactions have been seamless and efficient - even in the midst of COVID. Thanks Art of Medicine for everything! 100% Recommend!

I’ve had an incredible experience every time I’ve visited this pharmacy. Recently had a dermatology cream prescribed that was 4X the price at CVS - the owner, Jack, suggested a compounded version that was more effective and affordable. I’m so happy here and will absolutely be using them for all future services. A++ !

This pharmacy is amazing. I called them before the holiday weekend desperate for meds for my pup, and although they don’t normally do same day service, they helped me out because it was an emergency. I cannot say enough amazing things about them! They may have saved my baby’s life.

This place is a SAVIOR. My 15 year old fur baby had to begin meds for his thyroid. The little pink pill was a nightmare, he hated it and stopped eating his favorite things. He was on to us. We then tried a syringe of med to shoot down his throat. My husband and I ended up wearing half of it so we knew he wasnt getting the proper dosage. Beings that this thyroid is so sensitive and the importance of him needing exact dosage we desperately looked for an alternative. My vet suggested getting his meds customized for him at this compounding pharmacy. Enter the magical ear cream, twice a day. Problem solved, happy kitty, happy parents. All is back to normal and worth every penny.

Unbelievable service! They provided me with several shipping options and even went above and beyond and dropped my meds off to me when I needed them ASAP. Pharmacist was super helpful in working with me and my dermatologist to develop the best product for me, my skin, and my budget. We are the Contracting firm that built the new location on Mt Vernon St. We were plagued with delays, flaky subcontractors and a new inspector every few weeks. The build took entirely too long and faced far too many avoidable challenges. Throughout the entire, grueling process, Jack, the owner, stayed positive and remained patient with us. He paid his bills on time and did whatever he could to reconcile any delays that were not in our purview. He is a great man and runs an outstanding business. 1. I live less than 3 miles from the pharmacy. They sent US MAIL. 1ST CLASS , overcharged on postage. Would have gladly paid for courier.2. Went on 27th , did not receive to the 39th at 830 pm. I definitely recommend using another pharmacy. As for my cats medicine to sit in a post office for 4 days is ridiculous.

I ordered a time sensitive medication on behalf of my wife with them because it was discontinued and the doctor did not respond in time to replace the prescription. A CVS pharmacist recommended The Art of Medicine for the prescription.Their front desk where highly professional and helpful. Unlike other pharmacies, it is very easier to get ahold of them and they will help you until you get exactly what you need.Not only did they make a custom order for me the next day, but they allowed me to cancel and receive a refund after they made it because the doctor finally responded and replaced the prescription with an alternative.During these difficult times it really helps when an establishment is this conciliatory, even when they were well within their rights not to be.I will be recommending them to everyone nearby and will not forget the decency and professionalism, a five star review is the least I can do.

I work at a local cat only veterinary hospital and we work closely with Jack and his team at The Art of Medicine. They always go above and beyond for us and our clients. Cats can be very difficult to medicate and we can often times make very weird requests but everyone at TOAM is so great. Fast turn around time, excellent communication and always willing to try new concoctions with us. If we didn’t have access to this local pharmacy, we would have a ton of unhappy cats! Wonderful addition to our neighborhood. Great to have a convenient compounding pharmacy. I used to order compounded topical anesthetic for my patients from a compounding pharmacy in Tennessee. I much prefer to keep my vendors local if possible. Their service is fast and reliable. When I asked them to alter the viscosity of the vehicle : no problem. I highly recommend them for out of the ordinary pharmaceutical needs.

This is my 2nd time using The Art of Medicine for cat medications and my experiences have both been fantastic. I live in Georgia and the few compounding pharmacies near me paled in comparison in both service and product. I was offered 3 different options for my cats medicine by Dr. Jack at The Art of Medicine, while my local places gave me 1. I dont even try anymore -- I will always have my medications compounded here, even multiple states away.

They helped me take care of my furbabies for years--compounding transdermals and smaller pills among other things. I highly recommend them.

Love the service ! Have been coming there off and on when my dog needs antibiotics.The only issue I did have was with the one young lady that works there, I believe her name is Mary. Just didn’t seem to be energetic or enthusiastic when she approached me. Had a slight attitude, I’m assuming because I had questions. She told me the pharmacist was in the back and that I could wait for him if I wanted but she didn’t even go back to tell him that I had a question. A young man came out from the back and answered my question which was if the medication needed to be given with food. As I was leaving I heard Mary say to someone “Don’t you think it would be smart to ask your vet these questions before agreeing to medication” . All in all, I love this place and the 2 gentleman that work there are amazing and have always been good to me. Reason why I give 5 stars. I’d just rather not deal with Mary if I do return for other meds.

My dog got a medication from the vet that he refused to take. I called the Art of Medicine and spoke to Jack, who offered a medicated chewy treat for him instead. We decided to try it out and my dog, Jameson, begged for more. I couldnt believe he was willing to take this medicine after refusing the same thing in a different form from a vet. Very recommended!

Had difficulty filling prescription for our newborn at any local pharmacy. Art of medicine saved the day. Staff was so helpful and kind, working with physician to alter medication so it could be compounded short notice.

The medicine is not the only personal-able experience youll gain here! I came to Dr. Korbutov looking for answers and he gave me much more. This establishment turns back the wheels of time, when a service was personal and it meant knowing your customer and treating them like kin. This pharmacist delivers medicine that is created for the individual (unlike the norm which focus on delivery to the populous as a whole) and you will feel that as soon as you step through the doors.
