First their hours online are different from the hours on their door at the store. So I drove all the way here, got here early think they opened at 9 like it says online to then see the hours on the door say they open at 10am. Had to sit here all this time waiting. Once they finally opened it only took another 30 minutes. Never coming back

This store is the worst store in Philadelphia. I I bought products there today and they totally ripped me off with the cause. Please do not go to the store. Wish I had seen the reviews before I bought oxygen tubing there today. I will report them to BBB and going to call anywhere I can to report this company they should be shut down. Rude

Terrible customer service. Took mom for pressure stockings. First lady told us no need to measure she needs 2x then another lady came measured her and said no large. I told 2nd lady, that the owner or manager said 2x. She said no large is fine. She was bossy and didnt listen to me. I said if they are too tight they will cause her pain. She didnt deem to care and didnt go to the other lady. Well they were too tight and I could not get refund. They also were suppose to get mom a wheelchair. 6 weeks and no wheel chair. This place is just awful, just in for the money.

Horrible business, I got a quote, then approved from my insurance for an Rolater/Walker. I asked to speak with a supervisor because of a price change after receiving my quote. After all, they wanted to charge me $200.00 and bill my medical insurance when in all reality they were paying majority of the Walker.Bad place to do business, very unprofessional, rude with know experience in speaking English!

Very rude and passive aggressive at their office. They did not send a bill for a copay I had and instead of calling me they contacted the MSW at McGee who contacted my daughter who contacted me. They have my phone number and address. How inappropriate. They do service quickly and delivery and pick up person is very professional. In short office staff is awful but saving grace is their promptness and good delivery.

I bought with cash a TENS unit on March 30th. Been using them 30 years. This was NOT working. I called, Jennifer suggested to BUY new leads first before she would just replace; although I knew the machine was bad no pulse no connection but took her recommendation.. Of course still not working I go to get a NEW machine and the problem I was given is undescribable, so unprofessional and in Russian they talked and talked , for something that I JUST bought from this place. After a while I got a new machine. I noticed this was different than the two previous machines I had gotten from THEM . This machine IS so bad that the pads burned my skin so bad that it peeled off while I removed them from my body!So. They wont give me new leads, NO questions about me being BURNED, paperwork done with purchase, buy new leads when not needed .. NO RECEIPTS which makes EVERY/ANY THING possible with this place AND with the law. I now have 2nd degree burns!. Not once did ANYONE ever ask if I was ok altho I showed them pictures of the burns that their NEW machine or lead pads, gave me. And yes I went to my doctor to get burn cream.Funny thing is .. well you can probably figure IT out.. I get there and theyre literally real time reading my review NOW offered me the world.. If i could give the a zero they would get a zero.. p.s. again to remind you, i BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT OUT RIGHT CASH AND A NEW SET OF LEADS that I never needed and THIS is how its been handledAnd now they are calling me for WHAT.EDIT. SO, I go in to get my refund, (which was minus 10$ for what I dont know but STILL have yet to ask of I AM OK FROM A BIRN THAT THEIR PRODUCT CAUSED ME TO HAVE , BUT,----- They DID however ask me to remove my feedback and review from their page...Umm, Okay.. again , shady and shi*ty place of business.. try to support local business, yeh ok their products are sent in from Russia anyway..Buy, AMAZON

Very great and helpful!!! as soon as prescription was received for my grandma to get her equipment, someone from the office got in touch with her, since she does not speak good the language, we were glad that Allcare medical has multi language employees, and could speak with her on her own language. they delivered all equipment the very next day. technician who delivered everything, explained in details how to use all equipment and where to call 24/7 for help. im really glad we used Allcare Medical Equipment!!! Great customer service and great equipment. Thank you Allcare Medical for all ur hard work!!!

This has to be the most ignorant rudest store we have ever walked into. My husband has severe mobility issues. The store is small to begin with but they let other rude elderly customers who are ignorant as well stay in the store and walk in and out of the store for at least up to an hour disrupting us, not moving out of the way and even making my husband fall once and customers coming either in or out of the store. All of the them speak very very poor English. Hello...please at least try to be pleasant and speak intelligently. They dont even try. Please if you need any medical equipment you are wasting your time. The cant even be bothered to check your medical insurance to see if anything would be covered. We came out with splitting headaches. We finally found a reputable company online in Wayne, PA that is able to not only order and get medical insurance but deliver the equipment either the same day or earlier the next day.

We came to allcare for first time and store representative was very nice . We needed a cervical collar, they ordered special for me and recived the very next day! Also people at Allcare helped me to find out that we can recive a diabetic shoes , its amazing that they even asked if we maybe need something else and checked out policy! We are really happy, that we found this place and we would recommend it to every person who needs any medical supply! Thank you Allcare medical for your help

A few months ago I wrote about my experience her at this medical equipment store the owner called me and tried bribe me into offering me free stuff so I could take my comment off about how racist this place is the only reason why I still come her is only because they have a Spanish lady working there named Madeline that is such a sweetheart and helps everyone in any way that she can ....This place is harrible they ignore you if ur Hispanic or black they act like u dont even exist I did delete the comment I wrote last time thinking that they would change but there has not been any change...And I bought my daughter some boots there and the owner did not even take me into consideration if u are planning to come here to all care medical on bustleton Ave please go someplace else .......This place is rediculous
