I picked up a sinus infection last week and have a doc at Jeff Oto. Never had a problem until now. The people who answer the phone told me I couldnt come in..They did this twice.

Dr Wilcox is a life-saver. Life long ear problems and no pther Dr was able to treat. Dr Wilcox accepted me as a patient and put me on a path for success.

Excellent patient care. My favorite Philadelphia hospital.

Horrible culture. Totally indifferent to patient concerns and needs. Impossible to get a important when desperately needed. Makes you take irrelevant tests to increase billing. Dr Fitzgerald worst experience ever. Dr Willcox my first doctor there was awesome. Just could not get an appointment with him again when needed. No promised callbacks. This practice diminishes Jefferson’s great name.

I had an emergency, no appointment. Walked in off the street. I was seen and treated within the hour. Screening and admission smooth, 20 minutes. I was even advised of an expensive unnecessary test. Sympathetic and cooperative doctor with a full staff, nurse and medical scribe. Thorough examination.

I have been there quite frequently years ago. Just returned after 10 years and had a wonderful experience and description of our plans for my issues.

Had tonsillectomy and and adnoids removed. Thankyou dr Rosen.

A truly, truly brutal wait. Not worth it at all.

Dr. Rosen is wonderful and talks you through every step of the way. I had my tonsils taken out in May and he helped me through every step of the process and recovery.

Had to wait over an hour just to see the doctor. I understand doctors are busy but this is unacceptable.

This was one horrible and unprofessional experience on 4 -30 - 2018 . First they has a dippy medical student give me this useless hearing test to where shes laughing a joking throughout the whole procedure
