Traveled from over an hour away for my first visit. The doctor was prepared, he had read my records and was more thorough with my exam then my previous ENT. He shared images of my scope with me, which made me feel comfortable and confident with his recommendations. Feeling hopeful! The office staff was very nice, and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Well worth the trip.

I had seen Dr. Joseph Spiegel approximately 2 years ago with symptoms of coughing and throatclearing. He had taken a few tests. I was diagnosed with an irritable larynx. He had prescribed oral medication. It has done the trick.I, highly, recommend Dr. Spiegel for any of your throat issues.By the way, since Jefferson is centrally located in the theater district of Philadelphia, he has/had treated many singers.

Dr. Spiegel performed 2 vocal cord surgeries on me over 20 years ago. As a teacher and a football coach, the strain I put on my voice is not normal. The results we terrific and I didnt have one issue for over 20 years. When I felt similar symptoms occur this year, I went right back to him and he again treated me with care, respect and professionalism. I wouldnt trust my voice to anyone else.

Dr Spiegel has been excellent in handling my care. He has done 3 surgeries on my vocal chords and each time it was a success. He has been supportive and level of care is 5 Star. Highly recommend him if you have vocal issues.

Says one thing and does another. Seems nice but in fact I think doesnt care the slightest about you or anything but scheduling as many procedures as he can to earn a big salary. I think a real disgrace to the medical profession.
