I really like Dr. Sesso but the practice is taking advantage of a loophole that generates them a lot of money. Every time they do a nose endoscopy it ends up billing the insurance a good amount of money. They dont mention to you anything about it but this is considered surgery to some insurance companies. I only found this out after I got a bill from them over $300. I went in to see them for an issue with tinnitus but in the visit Dr. Sesso checked my nose. I really didnt go in for anything nose related. Yes I understand there are instances where this has to be done, but please tell you patients, we do sign this as we go in but who knows about this until you get the bill????? I have to think this is coming from the owner (Dr. Berger). Beware when going in for any visit as you may have a hefty bill a few weeks later.

Terrible! Called and phone prompts directed me to leave my name, number and information to schedule an appointment. I gave it several days and did not receive a call back. I called back today and was able to get a real person on the phone. I was informed the person was there by themselves and I was not able to schedule an appointment! I understand being busy. We are only human. I’m ok with waiting on the phone. I’m ok with doing one thing at a time. Why answer the phone if you are not able to take the call? Back to the drawing board for me to find another doctor. I was trying to give this review no stars but it would not post unless pressed at least one. Feel free to subtract the star!

I liked Dr. Sasso very much, as well as the audiology specialist. The young man that takes your BP is very nice. Everyone is professional. There was a little wait after my audiology test to see the doctor again, but this wasnt a deal-breaker. I was pleased with my appointment experience.

Dr. Berger is great. He did my second sinus surgery and realized that something was wrong after I came for my post op. Turns out I have AERD and would have never known if Dr. Berger didn’t take the time to ask questions and exam me further. Terrific doctor.

Here is how this place works. You will go to see them, they will scope you up your nose, tell you to come back for whatever reason. Then you will come back, they will touch your nose with the scope, and then charge you for the scoping, which is about an extra $100 with only a co-pay. They will do this every time you go. They know how to maximize fees like no other. They will suggest sinus surgery to your detriment, when any other ENT will say it would be impracticable and make no sense. If you have something that really concerns you and go to see them, they will send you for tests and make a follow up appointment to review the tests 1 or two months later. Its worth driving 45 minutes to avoid Berger Henry ENT.

Its been years since I was there but I remember it well. I had to have surgery & Dr. Berger was amazing. The only reason Im giving 4 stars & not 5 is because the wait was rather long. I think its more a scheduling issue which can be fixed. The staff were pretty friendly & very knowledgeable.

Not a good experience. Sheila? I think thats the name. Was rude a little. Young and bung. Had to wait 1.5 hrs to get done with the appointment. Can u believe. Kept me waiting for piece of ...Easy work. Waste of time.
