When going to Hanger Clinic for prosthetics, orthotics or braces, look forward to meeting great people who are very knowledgeable in their craft. My every experience has been nothing but delightful as Hanger team prompt and prepare me for my brace. The day of receiving my brace was like getting a new pair of shoes. They will work with you to insure that you are comfortable and stylish in your new gear. Also know that you well be in a absolutely clean environment, that almost makes you feel at home.

I was very pleased with The Hanger Clinic the front desk was very professional and the person I saw a name Jim did my measurements Not only was he professional but very caring I set up my initial appointment with Wanda in the other office she was a sweetheart she took my information for insurance by phone call the insurance company to get approval and she also called my doctors office to get a referral for me Im usually the one doing a lot of those things but I truly appreciate all that Wanda and Jim and the rest of the staff at The Hanger Clinic did to get me my compression stockings within 2 weeks my right knee was really swollen as soon as I put on the stockings I got a 95% relief from pain thanks again to The Hanger Clinic

Its a shame so many changes (employees word) have come to Hanger Clinic over the past 3 years Ive been dealing with them.I call today to schedule a time to come in and get the pads replaced on my orthotics for my flat feet and I am told that they have to be sent out and it takes no less than a weeks time.......Heres the issue. How is someone who spent many hundreds of dollars with you to buy orthotics because they are in excruciating pain supposed to just leave them for a week and just walk around all fine? Its an ignorant thing to ask and just shows ZERO empathy is shown for their patients. To put the icing on the cake, I ask them why would I have to spend the same amount as before but now have to go without for a week+......the response was genius!!!!! I was told that since they are charged more they have to charge us more. Anyone with a brain will smell that BS a mile away.WHY SHOULD PATIENTS HAVE TO PAY FOR COMPANY ISSUES?

Looks are deceiving. Never judge a book by its cover. The Hanger Clinic may look spartan on the outside and in the waiting area, and the patient rooms may need some artwork on the walls, but set that all aside, because you are there for service and an excellent product, not for a 5- star dinner. Mr. Walker is an excellent clinician. He is patient and takes time to get a proper fit. Ashley is the glue of the back office and is very pleasant, helpful and honest. Moreover, as I was advised by my insurer, not all DME providers offer the same pricing on braces. Hanger Clinic provided pricing that was more reasonable than its competition and provided the pricing over the phone. I did not have to do what one DME provider wanted me to do: come in and get fitted, then we will know the price. I highly recommend the Hanger Clinic at 605 Spring Garden Street. N.B.: For history buffs, the founder of the company, J.E. Hanger was the first above-the-knee amputee of the Civil War. At age 21, he made a prosthetic leg and went on to make many more for injured soldiers. he developed it into a business that still thrives to this day.

If you need a brace, orthotic insert or a prostectic leg please do not go here and heres why. I have been dealing with hanger for over 3 years and its been the worse experience of my life. After all this time I still have a crappy fitting leg and I recently sent my brace to them for a modification and now its unwearable. All it did was make my wounds on my foot worse. But they never have a problem billing you and threatening to take you to collections and putting a balance of 22 dollars on your credit report. The manager is a liar and worthless. I cannot begin to tell you how much i spent on Uber going there for more lies and worthless repairs. There is no skills here. Bottom line this company is a night mare and I am looking forward to seeing them go out of business. I have filed complaints with Medicare and the Attorney Generals Office.

Long story short they will double bill you for service. I was told they take my insurance and yet I had to pay for the whole visit and they billed my insurance company. Its now been 5 months and they keep saying We will get back to you.
