The staff here are extremely rude If you dont want work with patients then dont work in this kind of environment change your careers will never come back again I even called my insurance to complain about this office to not recommend anyone

My consultation appointment was an all day event of waiting and waiting. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm...didnt get seen till 5pm. my wisdom teeth removal surgery was cancelled by these people twice. Ive had to wait now three months to get this surgery done because they decided to cancel right the holidays. will never come here again. a waste of time

Worst place ever. Gave me appointment one month later and it was on 4:30 but I went there on 4:33 so the doctor didnt see me and canceled it. Ill never go back to this place ever again.

Bad and unfriendly receptionist plus doctors. One day they kept me waiting for two hours and other day they cancelled my appointment because I was three minute late. Never going back there. And if you’re a new patient and your doctors from A1 dental care suggests you to go to Loretto Oral Surgeon they don’t go there. There are a lot more oral surgeons nearby who also accepts KEYSTONE FIRST insurance.

The worst oral surgeon ever I do not recommend ,went in for a consultation the dentist assistant had a attitude not welcoming then they gave me appointment almost a month later to cancel my appointment after I paid for a cab took off work had to make arrangements for someone to come with me not to mention a half hour before my appointment after I was already in route to the dentist office a waste of time money worst experience
