Last Thursday, walked in with my mom with a RX from Wills eye to get glasses. Staff asked if we have an appointment & what insurance. I said no appt & Davis Vision. They told me over the phone that I dont need an appt & walk in if I dont need an eye exam. She told me shes super busy that day and to come back next week. I asked to make an appt. for next week to avoid the same problem today & she said no appt needed! Really? Do you think Ill be back with this attitude & customer service? NOT! I went to another optical place down the street & had the best, speedy service! In fact, Ill bring my whole family of 5 to get glasses at this place now b/c of the service & all the brand name frames they have!I went to CC Eyecare 1st b/c thought its easier for my mom (speaks Chinese only) to come back should she need any adjustments. After this terrible encounter with the staff, Ill doubt theyll provide any service after they take your $$$!

Literally the first time going there and the process was super simple as long as you have all the materials you need. Even tho the scheduling is a bit delayed but the people there are really nice and patience.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Xu for the past few years for my annual eye exam and contact fittings. They are closed on Mondays but open Tuesday-Saturday. When you arrive, you’ll need to wave at them through the window for them to buzz you in. I work with students who are interested in becoming optometrists so I ask a lot of questions and she is very patient in answering them. Whenever our appointment goes past closing time she doesn’t rush or anything. I am happy with the pricing and service here, she also is very understanding of my needs and priorities. I won’t be needing to see another optometrist for as long as I live in Philly!

Messed up my eye prescription. Very rude about the situation even though it wasn’t my fault. I also have a hard time scheduling appointments with them because they don’t pick up the phone during business hours.

The man who works at reception has an attitude and very rude. Doctor was not professional at all and has no credential. They cancel your appointment because they are going to pick up their kid. They never follow the appointment, and you have to wait.

Never pick up the phone, unprofessional. worse eye clinic ever. dont go here

The woman who works at reception is really unprofessional. Doctor has no knowledge of rule for contact lens and did not provide all the prescription.

Went in to have my glasses readjusted, the receptionist was super dismissive, had an attitude, and unhelpful.

I really like Dr. Xu, the examination, the operation, the answer to the questions are very professional, sometimes my glasses are broken, no appointments, she will use the time the patient did not arrive to help me solve the problem. Thank you very much.

Doctors attitude towards unprofessional services is poor and personal hygiene is poor.

The doctor is very unprofessional. Checking my eyesight actually asks me how much vision I want..... Strongly not recommended.
