The exam was technically thorough and informative but was done without informing me that my Vision Benefits of America insurance wiuld cover none of the cost (and only a portion by Independence Blue Cross). My exam and lenses/ frames were free under VBA. I felt used, betrayed by Dr. Uddoh.

WORST eye doctor ever!!!! Was in the office for 2 hours. She gave me about 5 pairs of contacts to try in the office! She didn’t even verify the script she never had me look at a chart or looked in my eyes! Went home ordered contacts and when I got them I can’t see. So I call the office again and went in the doctor didn’t even doubleCheck she told me it was my correct prescription and that was it she was arguing with me!! I will NEVER go back there!!!
