I dont usually give Reviews but....I had a appointment with my mother at the GI department at moss rehab suite 275. My mother was a nervous wreck due to her symptoms. But we were very pleased and happy with one individual in the department she was very gentle and patient with my mom she offered her water and all because she notice my mother was a lil short of breath from our walk. She was very nice my mother is never happy and always nervous when going to the doctors, The medical assistant Tivi colon helped her calm down and she felt so much better after speaking to her, she was just great and was able to have a easy and calm appointment . I rarely come across medical assistants that had great patient care..I hope she sees this because I hope she knows that she is being recognized by her patient.Thank you Ms. Colon and I hope Einstein value you they need more people like you.

Good thing they have great doctors because everything else about this place is miserable, starting with the valet and reception. Valet directed us away from the area I wanted to drop off to an area where my elderly mother with motor issues would have to eager through a deep puddle. Then he argued with me when I moved. The receptionist did nothing but complain and mutter under her breath. Not a great first impression, but consistent with my experience at this facility.

Looking at Mrs Brill review, I just wanted to add my positive experience with gastroenterologist department. The department is nice and clean fast.The girls that stood out for me was Keena the receptionist and Tivi these two girls greeted me and showed professionalism. Thank you ladies for all your help agreeing with Mrs.brill einstein needs more girls like you. The doctor was good and got me set for my procedure which went well thank you.

The Moss building needs to do better. My mother went for a GI procedure and they told her to be there by 6.We arrive 10 minutes before 6 and we were told we couldn’t enter the building until 6, which is fine but then we were told that we could not go up to the office until 630. Why would you tell someone to be there at 6 but we are not allow to check in until 630. When we finally enter the office, Kiya the receptionist, or what ever her position is did not greet us and say good morning. Then when my mom asked a question on why we were told a different Time, Kiya must’ve got into her feelings because she became defensive and her tone of voice became very uncomfortable for my mother and I, to the point I had to stand up and make sure things didn’t escalate.To add insult to injury, My mom was the first one to arrive but they checked her in last just because she asked a question. I am a manager at a call center and I have my own customer service consultant business. I am telling you guys this because the actions of Kiya and the procedures of the Moss building is unacceptable and you KIYA need a revision of your patient services and how you talk to people.These actions resulted into my mother and I moving her medical records over to your competitor, Penn Medical. Get it together Einstein. If you need my customer service consultant services, please let me know, I can help.

I was there today to visit a friend in room 118. I was very impressed with everything!! Very clean and was impressed by the kindness and attitude of everyone which is lacking these days. Dr. CAO was kind and genuinely concerned with my friends welfare. Keep up the good work guys!!

MY wife visited Moss yrs ago an because she changed insurance plans they refused her. They dont care about mental health only your wallet status!!!!!That is a poor way to conduct business!!!! I will be informing the better business bureau of their actions an if anyone sees this dont continue to associate yourself with them find a company that cares about your mental health an not the status of your wallet!!!!!@

The worst and I haven’t been here yet just to make an appointment it’s disgusting! I’ve called over a month ago to schedule an appointment for my son a lady took my name and number down and I was told she would call me back with an appointment. NO WAS HAS YET CALLED ME BACK VERY DISAPPOINTING! My son doctor wanted to see him back for follow up appointment for October now I have to call her back and let her know this place LACKS IN MAKING APPOINTMENTS NEXT OPTION!

I have been calling to schedule physical therapy for my son for the past 3 weeks, leaving several messages. Nobody ever gets back. My insurance is capitated to Moss Rehab and there is a pediatric therapist only once a week at the Bustleton office and cannot accommodate us. I wasted almost a month trying to get therapy for my son who really needs it!!!
