I have been going to this office for for over 10 years they deliverd my daughter and I would personally choose never to leave this office I love everyone there and all the doctors Ive never had a bad experience they are great

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PICK THIS PLACE. Worst practice ever. My wife waited over an hour for her all the appointments. They didnt seems to care even I spoke up. Also they made my wife to get ultrasound 5x by scaring her. I believe it was just to make more money. Also we wanted to stick to Dr. Robinovich but the delivery date she picked when she was not available because I raised questions why she is late to every appointments and she ignored facing me and ask me to call the office number if I have complaint. At this practice there is no patient serviceso I will be reaching out to state regarding this issue was and I m not going to let them get away with this. As my wife suffered throughout the pregnancy I do not want any pregnant women to go thru this stress so I will be fighting hard. If you had this issue please reach out to the state and file complaint so we can fight this together for other pregnant womens.

I been calling the office for two weeks now for an appointment and no answer.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PROVIDER. Seriously, besides being rude and showing absolutely no pleasantries I have really been disappointed with Millenium OBGYN. My initial experience was at the Richboro office with Dr. Rabinovich who I feel is a very good doctor with a lot of knowledge and a good bedside manner. I was also seen by Dr. Emani and will never do that again. I had been suffering from multiple symptoms and was told Dr. Emani would best address and diagnose my problem. After suffering and waiting two months for sn appointment Dr. Emani spent just 5 minutes on a very brief and poor assessment. I left that day with no new information and a prescription of Naproxen, basically a stronger version of Aleve. I was very disappointed but decided to give them another chance.Due to Covid and the Richboro office being booked I was transferred to their Philadelphia office at 9807 Bustleton Ave and this is where the horror began. Two separate visits both greeted by personnel that must hate their jobs as they are more interested in conversing and complaining to one another versus addressing incoming patients. Without getting into specifics about my personal procedure, i needed to have an incision in my arm for the visit. The woman who came in to preform the procedure did not fully identify herself. She stated her name not her position. I don’t recall her name because the visit was pretty traumatic Without asking if I needed numbing cream, she cut open my arm. Hearing my squirm because the pain was very intense, she proceeded to cut a little bit more and then asked Do you feel it? I instructed yes, and then she asked me if I needed the numbing cream. I’m not very good with needles, nor blood so the whole experience seemed very rushed and not professional. She continued to second guess herself on if she was using the correct tool, and blades being too dull. As you can picture it, this was a terrible experience and I’m assuming I’ll end up with a nasty scar.In ending, I will absolutely not be going back to this practice and strongly suggest everyone stay away.

I have been coming here for several years and the front staff are very nice as well as the techs. Techs are good obtaining blood work. They greet me and ask me how I am each time. The physicians are very nice. They are also very good with messaging through the portal. They get back to me within 24 hrs and complete paperwork in a timely manner. Some people need to relax with their comments. They have several patients they are servicing at the same time and if they are busy and I’m in front of them they will say “be right with you” but never ignorant or rude. They are just busy. The front desk people talk but if you are walking up for help and they are in the middle of talking to someone - let them finish their sentence. Would you want to be cut of when talking? During COVID, they cleaned routinely and they are consistent in checking temps and vitals. Physicians are affiliated with Holy Redeemer Hospital. Dr. Emami is seasoned and very nice. He even came in on his day off to help deliver my baby. Someone wrote they don’t support FMLA for pregnancy? That’s a lie. At the end of the day, people need to be their own advocate to their health as well. Call if you have an inquiry or problem and they will answer. Allot an hour for your visit. Sometimes they are on time but the longest I have waited is maybe 45 mins.

I thought Dr. Emami was the best but I was simply fooled. When I came for my first ever visit with him he wasn’t very talkative and just touched places without announcing what he was doing. He also was extremely forceful and heavy handed with everything he was doing. Lastly, when he was done he simply took off his gloves and left the room, didn’t say “you’re all done” or “have a good day”. Very rude!

I love the staff here & dr graber & toizde but I don’t not feel quite comfortable with dr Emani, he’s very rough & don’t let you know what he’s about to do, i just don’t feel good after my appointment when I see him. I tried too give him a chance again but I prefer other doctors with my first pregnancy.

Best experience I’ve had with setting appointment- to finishing appt . Highly recommend this office . Wish I would have came when I was first told about them in 2019!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. They were extremely dismissive and showed no sympathy whatsoever. I waited 3 months for an appointment to get turned away because my temperature read 100 degrees so they say. I asked them to take it again because I knew I wasn’t sick, and it read 97.5. Finally after going back and forth, they let me in. I’m under the impression I’m finally going to be seen only for them to put me in a room alone for 5 min, come back in, take my temp again and kick me out. I keep trying to explain to them that I’m really concerned about my health due to the birth control I’m on and the crazy side effects I’ve had but they cared more about my temperature even though their device read something different every time. I’m beyond disappointed and will never return.EDIT: Another woman in the parking lot said they pushed her away for the same exact reason, but eventually she was seen too. I’m convinced the equipment does not work properly because I just came home and took my temp and sure enough it’s 97.5.

Highly recommend this OBGYN facility in Northeast Philly. I was seen by Dr. Sarah O. She was very attentive to my specific concerns.

Had a great experience! Only waited about 30 mins to be seen, and that included getting physical. Staff is nice and friendly especially if you ARE! Medical assistant is super nice and helpful!!! Dr. Binder tried to work with me on my concern and find a solution/underlying issue instead of just treating the symptoms.

Dr Rabinovich is so amazing she always gives useful advices. I love this place every staff works hard and so friendly. Good luck 👍

I am a high risk patient and was told by my Maternal Fetal medicine doctor that he would be sending my report Wednesday letting Dr. Dougherty know that I need to start progesterone shots the next week. Its been 2 weeks and still havent started the shots. This is pure negligence and she needs to be held accountable. There has been a lack of communication between her and my other doctor and she hasnt done anything to expedite the process. Thank God nothing has happened to me and rest assured I am looking for another doctor...someone who cares about my well being and health of my unborn child. The dog and pony show is over.

Dr.Emami is the best OBGYN doctor in whole universe. If I could I would give him millions of stars for this review. Because of Dr. Emamis fast reaction, experience, and professionalism during my complicated labor where my baby girl didnt tolerate my contractions and emergency c section, I am holding my healthy baby girl. He is the best doctor. I cant thank him enough for saving my babys life. The whole staff of millennium obgyn is the best. I would highly recommend this office.

Spent 150 for visit 150 urine sample, 300 for imaging to be told we are ok and need another doctor. Hypocratic oath used to mean something, nowadays medicine is just profit.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sampson and Dr. Emami. Dr. Sampson delivered my son and stayed an extra 7 hours after the end of her shift just because I trusted only her. The staff is really friendly and always there to help you.

I felt like a number to them. They kept my prenatal appointment very short. The doctor was smiling with a fake smile saying “yes” to whatever I said, and barely listened to what I was asking about because she was filling out some paperwork throughout the whole visit - not related to what I was saying. Didn’t update on my test results from previous week blood sample. Didn’t address my concerns such as walking through a birth process at their hospital. Also lack of compassion to a worried patient about possible complications after birth.I transferred to a different hospital, and felt a huge difference in the customer service from day one.

I am having my first baby and would like to have a good experience. But Im not sure that this is the office for that. I was told that I had to rotate doctors by the staff and was given a doctor that I did not want to see. When I requested a new doctor the staff gave me the SAME doctor that I asked not to see anymore. When I said something about it all I got for a response was Oh. I was given a new doctor and when I called to ask questions because I wont be seeing this new doctor for a few weeks I was asked why I didnt ask questions before. This first doctor that I saw was only for about 5 minutes, there was no time for me to ask questions. They also need to turn the heat down a little, its crazy hot in there. And they want to know why my blood pressure is high when Im there. Its the staff and the doctors stressing patients out. Very disappointed.

All frond desk workers is very rude

I’m considering switching doctor’s offices because the customer service is awful. They have about 7 staff standing around the front desk, chatting about personal topics- which is unprofessional by the way. They have extremely long waiting times over the phone, just to get someone to answer calls. One time the phone rang so long and then they hung up on me without saying hello and then I called back and had to wait severe more minutes just for someone to answer the phone. The office wait is ridiculously long also.They violate HIPPA by asking personal questions in a public/ common area. These conversations should be held inside of the private office.If the staff spent less time “hanging out” at the front desk and tried doing work or answering the phones then perhaps the wait times would decrease. Additionally, the office is very dated- it could use updating.On the bright side, the doctors appear friendly and knowledgeable.

The are terrible To schedule appointment I have to call 20 times and then somebody answer Im 3 months pregnant and dr. Never seen me but they r Giving me medication. Its Really really really disappointing if something happens to me or my baby who will be responsible....

Front desk staff is horrible & careless. They claim pregnancy isn’t a disease & not a reason to miss work . They dnt support Fmla because “pregnancy symptoms aren’t that harsh” .Also Wait time is ridiculous. I’ve been scheduled for an appointment at 10:45 & didn’t get seen until 12:30! My doctor didn’t seem interested or concerned about anything! I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody!!

Doctors are great. Staff is horrible. Today is Friday 2:22 pm . trying to find out the time of my appt next week. Called and they have out of office message but their hours of work on Fridays from 9 to 3. This isnt the first time this is happening. It seems that they dont want to take calls . Other times I was just simply hung up on before I could even say anything. Just not fair!

They are unprofessional and always late!!! Especially the front desk staff, the absolute worst ! They really dont care about your schedule at all, if they are running late, which is everyday, they dont even tell you. You are left sitting there for at least 30 minutes after your appointment time. The staff has conversations in front of patients that should really be private. I never look forward to my appointment here and dont recommend this office to anyone. Ever.

I absolutely LOVE this practice ! They are always convenient with scheduling appts, the staff are amazing and so are the doctors !! I would never go to anywhere else for an ob or to deliver !!

Every appointment I go to no matter what doctor I see the doctor doesnt see me until 45 mins until an hour after my appointment, they stick you in that hot ass room and you dont hear from anyone then they come in acting like it was no big deal you are sweating your ass off waiting for them for an hour! Im pregnant and crabby and recommend you find another OBGYN.

Nice facility and staff but couldn’t understand why the doctors’ here didn’t deliver our baby as they were my wife’s ob/gyn since the pregnancy started till the day of birth. Any comments from Millennium doctors?

I have been coming to this doctor office for many years. I have had all 3 of my children at Holy Redeemer and Dr. Emami has been my doctor 2/3 times. Dr. Rubin was my first but has retired. I really can’t see how people can rate a doctor office for unprofessionalism when in fact usually it’s the patient that has the attitude about whatever. This office isn’t the first doctor office to run late or behind schedule can’t control how long the previous patient takes with questions and concerns. I have gotten to know every single office staff and they are all sweet and genuinely care about the patients. You can listen to the other b.s these people type, but there’s 2 side to every story. A newbie or a 20 plus year veteran :)

Dr. Emami is the best...great bedside manner, always made me comfortable..because lets face it ladies...who really loves going to the gyno?!? He has been my Dr. from day one. Never had an issue with the staff, they always seemed friendly and efficient. I rarely wait more than a few minutes last my appointment time, but you cant expect every dr. to be ontime all the time - lets be real these Docs are seeing old patients, new patients, seasoned moms, and scared/nervous 1st time moms....some patients have things going on and may have questions and whatnot...Overall, I think this place is great and would highly recommend it!

Too many doctors, not enough personal detail. They treat my panic disorder as if it doesnt exist. Dr. Maniar suggested putting me on blood pressure medication, when ALL of my home readings are super low. Can you say, lawsuit? Trying to find good doctors in this area is near impossible. Dr. Kessler was great! Everyone else, no. Im 6 months pregnant and every time I leave this office, I feel awful afterward. Never going back.

Dr kessler delivered my baby july 30th. He was amazing n very kind. He made us laugh n enjoy every moment. I also had met him in the office before delivery n he was such great help n calm me from all my anxiety. I have nothing bad to say about him or the practice. I would refer everyone in the area to go there.

After seeing the same gynecologist for 12 years, and that doctor decides to just up snd leave his practice after you already spent 12 years w him, he delivered your child, and the most important thing, was you were comfortable w him, and being faced to find a new doctor can be scary. I called up to make an appointment as a new patient here. I was scheduled w Dr binder, I was so nervous and scared, I walked in the building and everyone was soo nice! The desk women, the medical assistants that took my vitals, everyone ! The medical assistants especially made me feel so comfortable. I liked the fact that Dr binder was very thorough, he went through evrything w me, didnt miss a thing. He made me feel comfortable, and let me not forget to mention, he did my exam and I barely felt a THING! I WILL BE RETURNING, AND GLAD I GAVE THIS PRACTICE A CHANCE =)

Had an appointment for 130, turns out they messed up which doctor I am supposed to see. Now Ive been here over an hour and its going to be at least another half hour before anyone can see me. For a first visit to a new doctor this is highly disappointing

Called office 3 times to get prescription and talk to doctor and 2 times out of 3 staff didnt let the doc know that I called. Very busy and feels like priority only patients who are in delievery. Dr. Kessler my favorite but unfortunately I have to leave this office.

Ive been a patient for 19 yrs and have had 6 children delivered by the practice. Dr Binder and Dr Kessler are amazing in delivery. Dr Imani, not so much. When I went in to be induced with my 6th child, it wasnt going fast enough for him so he stopped my labor and sent me home. Appointments for gyn arent always convenient but I trust the practice so I deal with that end of it.

Dr. Regina Dougherty is wonderful but most of front desk staff is horrible. The only exception is the front desk woman who transferred over from Dr. Doughertys old office.
