Beautiful building, Great Staff and administration. I would highly recommend Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation to anyone looking for quality skilled nursing care and short term rehabilitation. 5 out of 5 stars!

This place was wonderful I would highly recommend this place to anybody who needs therapy, they did an amazing job!! The nurses were amazing caring and compassionate to the next level!!The food was amazing! Could not of picked a better place for my rehab. The social worker and NHA were very attentive and caring with excellent follow up.

I’m so happy I chose Pennypack for rehabilitation after my hospital stay. The staff is kind, caring and got me stronger so I can return home. Food was amazing as well!!

This is the most unprofessional facility that Ive ever seen. Meir and the red headed woman at the front desk was horrible. No customer service skills or humility whatsoever! If youre seeking employment here, rethink it immediately. This place is an absolute dump to say the least. I did notice that the other staff seemingly cared for the patients so, I guess the facility is good for something.The two aforementioned clowns can go to hell!

I love my stay at pennypack. The nurses took very good care of me when I was there the rehab was great they help me get back on my feet. The management was very attentive very hands-on. I stayed there for about 4 months.i had to relearn how to walk..they had me up and walking the nas were extremely nice. They treated you like family. It may be a small place but they work hard

Pennypack was the best place for my loved one. Staff were incredible and very friendly. The management was there to help out with all our needs. The food was excellent and the environment was very positive. I highly highly recommend and would definitely send another loved one there in the future.

I came in to the facility needing rehab and the amazing rehab staff put me back in shape ready to go home.

Dealing with surgeries for my Grandpa was difficult and stressful enough and our entire family is so thankful that we found Pennypack for his rehab and therapy. Specifically Ms. Flax was a godsend but the entire staff was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. 100% recommend.

I think this place is an amazing place! Very home like. They provide excellent care. Tonya,theresa,triniti,katie,lisa,dalah,alisha,Kara,chanel,sabrina,Cora,Torres,jessica,all the therapist were very great care takers including the nurses and CNAs! I was here for quite some time and not one time I didnt feel like this wasnt home. They provide me with laughter,treats,games & entertainment. I would recommend this to people!

Had a bad fall didnt know what I was going to do or how I was going to cope, I came here and they really helped me relieve my stress and get me home. Really amazing caring team!!!

Pennypack has the most caring and dedicated staff! They were so attentive to my grandmother and she was able to heal quickly from her hip replacement with the excellent therapy they provided. I would highly recommend this facility!

My husband was there for a month..worst place ever..from the nursing to the social worker to the food.. horrible..he saw a doctor once the whole time he was there.. I got one update on his progress and then the next day they called and told me the insurance company wasnt paying anymore and he was coming home..if I could give it a zero I would..

Hands down, Pennypack N&R has the most caring and exceptional team of nurses, LPNs, and aids in the region! I had a friend in Pennypack N&R for Short term Rehab and it was one of the best experiences we could have had from a very tough situation. From answering the call bells in a timely fashion to immaculate rooms Pennypack N&R knows how to run a 5 star operation! I highly recommend Pennypack N&R to anyone who needs short term rehab or long term care!

The administrator at Pennyack is so helpful and goes out of his way to make sure that every resident is happy and taken care of. The staff is so amazing!!

This facility has been EXCEPTIONAL to my family. I cannot say enough about the care and support they have given to me and my family regarding my grandfathers stay. The staff is incredible; personable and everyone that came into my grandfathers room always had a smile and was always ready to help. The therapy staff was able to help my grandfather and finally for the first time in a long time he was able to come back home as the pop pop Ive always known. Thank you to all of Pennypack, your care through this stressful situation only made our lives easier and calming.

After working in several different nursing homes, with confidence I can say that the level of care I have witnessed, as well as been a part of at Pennypack has gone unmatched. While people want to credit the level of individualized attention each patient receives to the small/more personable size of the building, I would say that the customer services truthfully comes from the energetic, attentive and compassionate staff this facility chooses to employ. While the facility has different departments to address all areas of patient care, I cant help but feel that these in fact are soft boundaries - as this building consistently works together to ensure that patients are functioning at the highest practical level, while receiving the highest level of patient care.

My mother spent several months in care at Pennypack Nursing and Rehab Center. She was generally very satisfied with the care she received. As will all such places, sometimes it took longer than one wanted for a response to the call light. However, all of the staff members were very kind, caring, and considerate to my Mothers needs and she could occasionally be a little difficult. My only real complaint was the food. There were a couple of things they served that she did not like and had told them not to give her. Another factor was temperature; hot food was not always hot.

Dont care about patients had 2 wait over 3 hrs for pain medication a few times very neglectful to patients needs and care place needs to be reported very arrogant staff

This is no place to even put a sick animal in let alone a human.

You want to die the Worse place. (10-)
