A Total Disgrace. The office cancelled my mothers follow-up appointment scheduled for the first week of January two days before the appointment. This appointment was to review test results from the test that Dr. Lopinto-Khoury ordered. We were told that we had to call back to reschedule. It is now the end of March and despite NUMEROUS phone calls requesting a call back from myself and other physicians on my mothers team, we were finally able to make a follow-up appointment-scheduled for THREE MONTHS from now?! These tests were ordered in JULY 2020! A newly diagnosed patient with no treatment plan. If youre looking for patient care, this is NOT the place you want to go.

Very dismissive . Very arrogant. Went in for an appointment which after seeing many different doctors , all which concluded “sounds neurological”. Saw her for about 10-15 minutes , did a quick physical in which she seemed annoyed and rushed , and concluded “this doesn’t seem neurological” and concluded that she doesn’t want to see me again. Interesting. A waste of my time , and when I called to speak to her , she said “yes you have neurological symptoms but I don’t think it’s neurological. Hope you feel better” . Her professionalism and bedside manner needs work.

Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with a different doctor. Scheduled an appointment a month prior. Came in on time and found out that apparently my appointment was moved 2 months forward and they didn’t even bother to give me a call.
