Called for appointment spoke to receptionist and supervisor to make an appointment for my kids Ive been waiting over a month now. We never been seen. I will NEVER call or recommend this place to anyone

This place is a disgrace! Been going here for 10 yrs and every year this place gets worse.

Love that my doctor and therapist came here. Love them. Been calling everyday for a week every single day. My medication needs a prior authorization. No one ever answers the phone not ever. I have an apt with therapist there Tuesday and will need to go Monday also just to get the prior authorization in. I should be able to do this by the phone. I live almost a half hour away. This isn’t right

I call them for a intake 2 months ago and i still waiting, they dont care about patient.

I call on Friday around 2 pm to make an appointment. (I think the receptionist is named Melanie not sure havent had the chance to talk to her) unfortunately melanie had left for the day so I couldnt make an appointment. I then go at 8:15 am on Monday and theres 3 people behind the desk no one is able to help me set an appointment they say Melanie is in a meeting. it takes them a half an hour for one of them to acknowledge my presence, they were just to busy talking over me in a different language. I would like to just make an appointment but Im still sitting here its been about and hour and a half. if my husband didnt ask me stay I would have left

My insurance made my appointment for me & it was made on a Wednesday for me to be seen Friday. They are a little all over the place but I was told their doing work on the building. The ladies are nice there & even helped with rescheduling an appt that I couldnt make for meds. They always answers the phone. When I bring my daughter they let me put up her stroller while I go upstairs. Their clean besides the construction working. If they were a little more organized then I would give them a 5.

I like that place the therapist name Steven is really good but the staff give me a early appointment to see my doctor for my medication but thanks to Steven my anger it go away every week I see him

Rediculous!!! Just to make an appointment Ive been waiting over a week and a half. Now they tell me theres a waiting list just to see a therapist. What a waste of time
