Absolutely terrible service. You never actually see or talk to your doctor. I’ve been bounced around by a different person every time I come in and no one is caught up on the problem or ever ends up helping the issues. They don’t treat you like people. Medical issues aren’t addressed properly, or at all; most of the time and appointments are almost impossible to get. I’ve come to them with two life threatening situations that were completely ignored and disregarded and without any humility or advice. So sad that this is what medicine has come to.

The Dr. whom I’d seen at this practice for years retired last summer. So I called forfor an appt. and was given one with Dr. Emily Sandberg. About 3-4 weeks ago I had an adverse reaction to one of my blood pressure meds, lisinopril, called angioedema, a potential life-threatening condition. I called the office on a Friday afternoon and reported this and asked for asked for. a replacement med; suggested a script for an ARB, mainly because she had mentioned this category of drug at a prior visit. I spoke with office nurse who called back and said the Dr. wouldn’t prescribe that med. Her solution was to give me an office appt. the following Mon. and did it offer another med. I told the nurse that I’m disabled and don’t drive. (I should take public during a pandemic before vaccine available? ) I was RN for 40 years working in critical care and ED. I have an MSN from PENN and a BSN from UVA. It’s inappropriate and potentially dangerous to suddenly withdraw BP meds. I wasn’t able Io get a ride to the Mon. appt. Icalled a day or two later to schedule a new appt. , requesting a different Dr. I was questioned about this and then told a practice manager would call me back (never did); I had extra supply of my other BP med, so I increased the daily dose on my own. I’ve yet to hear from the practice.

The worst ever experience for someone who is this close to the due date. I walked in for my week 39 appointment this morning and they could care less that i was waiting for 50 mins. My e check in was completeed and the survey for covid was completed as well. All the other mother who walked in after me were called in. Upon expressing my concern at the check in counter, the rep said she could do nothing about it and that id have to raise the concern with the doc who would be coming to get me shortly.Quite pathetic the service that was extended from a supposedly well reputed medical practice.
