Horrible!! I scheduled an appt @6:40 was even sent a text several weeks prior to appt to confirm it. I arrived 15 minutes early to find the doors closed. I called several times and the answering service stated it was after hrs so unprofessional !!! I work in the medical field, so I know the 3rd party software they utilized sends you a text while the schedule sync. So someone was not doing their job to call patients, to inform them of any changes in the schedule. This is a sign for me to find another Dr. I expect professionalism at a work place. You can tell this office is ghetto and need to improve.I knocked many times but no one answered. These photos show the T. V thats on !!!
