Seriously go anywhere else! I have dealt with office managers etc and still nothing changes. The wait times are long, the actual appointment is always short and theres always a nurse waiting outside the door to grab the doctor for the next patient. Ive had doctors tell me they will help me with an issue Im having and then avoid me and never solve the issue. I called on a Monday with specific information for a mammo script and had to call back twice to get the script. After speaking with an office staff member I then waited another two days to be told that it was faxed to the number I provided. It not only wasnt faxed to the proper number it was not even at the right facility. When I called back to address it I waited on hold for eleven minutes to be talked to rudely and then hung up on. I will be going there to speak to someone in person on these matters and then find another doctor. I finally have had enough. Just do yourself a favor and find anyone else at any other practice and avoid Einstein at all costs!!!!They dont deserve any stars for the record

My doctor is Dr. BLATT...he is very smart, very kind and very professional! JENNIFER, his assistant(I am very sorry for not knowing your exact title) is equally as amazing. These two people are the reason why I have continued seeing this office. As with most docs, the office is ALWAYS the problem! Either total space cadets or power hungry people that want to explainthe rules to you. ... the waits are kinda ling, but I have become accustomed to that. And the front desk receptionists are usually pretty ok.... my issue came today when I had a situation that required speaking with an actual person. The Mayfair office had no phone service so everything was being kicked to the scheduling department. This woman, whos name began with a C, was very poorly spoken, chewed in my ear, and just couldnt seem to stop cracking her gum in my ear or put her food down long enough to actually do your job. She kept giving me numbers to call...all of which I had explained that I had already done Then, I asked for her to turn me over to her supervisor, like 100 times I asked for someone else, because it was very clear that SHE was not the person that was going to help me in ANY way. She wouldnt give anyone else, but THEN could majestically assist me. Why should THAT be the case? Why should anyone need to have to be threatening in order for assistance? I had already called the numbers she told me to call...but, it would take effort to call the Mayfair office, even call one of the people that work within that office. So, she FINALLY offers to call the office...4 1/2 min later, she tells me the Mayfair office is closed...on a Thursday, at 2pm..when the website says its open....hmmmm. Anyway, I ended up getting off the phone with the resolution of ME either going to the Mayfair office to resolve this or ME...again needing to call first thing on Fri morning...not the person who actually works and is paid from Einstein! She was nice enough to tell me that she was JUST A SCHEDULER!!!?. She managed to give people that DO their jobs as SCHEDULERS, a bad name. Whenever I have done the very SAME job, I would try really hard to help anyone who was calling. She couldnt have been bothered. I always understood that when I didnt do my job, I wouldnt have a job for much longer! Einstein talks about their convenience. Well, stopping my day to come to the office because this scheduler couldnt and wouldnt do anything other than schedule, wasnt very convenient at all! Fire that slob!

Avoid this hospital if you don’t want to get misdiagnosed! I visit Einstein Physicians Mayfair three times. Every experience is awful. The doctor is so unprofessional. I waited my test results from her for 2 weeks and ended up I need to call them back to ask for it. And the result shows that I needed a treatment. Can you imagine your test result shows that you have health issue and your doctor never inform you until you call and ask for the result and they didn’t plan to send me a prescription until I asked for it! This is so irresponsible. I decided to give Einstein a second chance to make an appointment with another doctor. It was even worst than the first two times. She was like rushing me to get out of the office. Before I seeing her, I waited for her for 20 mins. And she came in and only gave me 10 mins to tell my symptoms like everything is in a rush. I don’t think she can diagnose me in that situation. She didn’t even wait for me to finish telling my symptoms to her and stand up and said “let me grab my nurse, I will be back for you”. Then left me in the room for another 15 mins. I could overhead from my room that she was taking care of more than one patients at the same time. Maybe that’s why she was rushing. So I made an appointment and I pay for my visit, I cant even have my doctor sit their and listen to me to explain my symptoms for just about 30 mins. This is how Einstein work!

I was nervous about recommendations on a new primary OBGYN physician but so far Einstein medical located at Frankford avenue Mayfair has been the best so far Einstein medical center . Is five star rating in my book doctors staff Im scheduling are very helpful and easy.I would definitely recommend friends families and neighbors also the commute is very convenient. They have on-site parking as well kid friendly.

I used this office in June 2020 when I needed a referral to go to a dermatologist. It was very easy to make an appt as a new patient. I called on Friday afternoon & was seen on Tuesday midday. They were following the mask wearing, distancing & temp guidelines. The staff was polite & professional. I did not have to wait very long to be seen. I would go there again.

They dont call back its terrible office theres no emergency setup you have to me as well just go to the hospital if you really sick youll never get an appointment there to see the doctor

I see alot of negative comments but Ive had good service with them. Anytime Ive needed a quick appointment, Ive been able to be seen. The doctors are very thorough and I really appreciate that. The staff has always been kind to me. The office is always clean. The only issue Ive had before was then cancelling one day before my appointment because the doctor was ill. It was just a regular check-up so it didnt bother me too much but if I was sick I would hope they would give me another doctor for that visit. Overall good place.

I feel very neglected and mistreated. First their appointments is always so far off. Second on appointments it feels rush and not enough pay attention to the patients needs. The ultimate was today. A lady from the office call early morning due to I been out sick since Thursday. First the appointment they had available was not till October 28th. A message was sent to the office which call me the next day and made an appointment that was virtually meaning a video call from the Dr. I waited, waited and no one bother to call and the Dr sure didnt showed. I got no where, no results, no one call to speak to me about anything and still not care for like I do not matter. Very sad this is how a patient is being treated.

Have been calling and emailing since January 4th to get an appointment because my asthma medication runs out on 1/20. No call backs or responses to my appointment requests. Today I requested they refill my prescription if they are not going to return my call for an appointment and miraculously got an appointment. However Nicole, who claimed to be the practice supervisor gave me the incorrect appointment time. Fortunately I confirmed the time with the scheduling office (who was super polite and friendly) because had I listened to Nicole I would have been 2 hours late for the appointment that is occurring the day my inhaler will run out. I have never in my life encountered someone as rude as this lady Nicole. I work in this field and would be appalled if my “practice supervisor” spoke to patients the way she did.

I have been with Einstein Mayfair for many years. I would recommend not making an appointment.. The staff is terrible, try calling they do not answer, leave a message they never call you back. The doctors will not refill your blood pressure medicine until you see them, even though you have an appoint set up with them. When you call for a referral they never send them, you go for your appointment and you cant see your specialist or get an X-ray until you try and and call them to send the referral. TERRIBLE. I gave them so many tries, but I should not have to go thru all this every time I need to make an appointment or see a specialist.

Called about scheduling a COVID test, was given the run around and put on hold for 20 minutes, finally got someone mumbling into the phone who hung up on me.

I had an appointment scheduled for almost three weeks! (Apparently they were extremely backed up) the day before my appointment, I receive a voicemail starmting the doctor won’t be available for my 8:30 am appointment, but they can give me the 12:30pm slot, to call back and confirm. I called back to confirm, spoke to another staff member. Went to my 1230 appointment on the scheduled date, to find out they gave my slot away because I never called back to confirm! Great communication between staff. If only this was the first issue I had with this office.

My first time there was 4/28/2016 and it was the worst the two front desk clerks where so rude I stood there for 2 minutes why they were having a conversation about nothing that had to do with the job I mean they didnt even acknowledge me standing there the crazy thing about it is I would have snapped but I didnt Im into the Lord now but about two months........... but my appointment was up stairs where they were nice and polite thank u Lord cause I couldnt take that type of attitude thats why I left my last doctors I hate feeling uncomfortable

If I could rate 0 stars I would! If youre sick stay away from this place!!! I am switching pcp immediately. This place must be understaffed or just doesnt care about patients. I was on the phone on hold for two hours! Unacceptable, just to book an appointment, and later to find out that the next available appointment is the following month. If someone is sick they need to be seen within a week not a month later! Ridiculous.

Doctors and nurses are kind, do there job well, but the actual up front staff is terrible. Very rude, dont want to help whats so ever. Just called 3 times before someone actually picked up but it was only for half a second before they purposely hung up the phone. Called again and they answered only for a women to cut me off while Im trying to explain why Im calling and transferred me to the OBGYN where I waiting for 3 minutes before another person picked up and hung up the phone AGAIN. Over this place

What I dont like at this place is the front disk people that dont have any skills hwo to deal with patients, also when u call it takes fo ever to be answered and when somebody answer they put you on hold !!!!

All i see is negative reviews on here but i had a GREAT experience the receptionist was fantastic super friendly and helpful and the nurse and doctor was amazing as well , im looking forward to going back here for the remainder of my pregnancy 🙌🏻

The location is very convenient and close to my home the staff here are always personable, down-to-earth, and professional even when they are having issues with the computer system or any error that may occur. All the healthcare staff at this establishment provide quality service and care.

Front staff downstairs were very helpful. Doctor seemed knowledgable and cared. But if you work 9 to 5 and cant get off and need to get ahold of the doctor its virtually impossible. If you call after hours they wont let you leave a message.

I totally agree with Nancy. Making an them recording appointments. Being put on hold I could walk there and get their faster. The person you meet when you walk into an office should be friendly. The people that work the desk really could use some help with being a LITTLE more friendly. If it wasnt for the wonderful doctors I would change doctors. The girls that take your BP them as well arent friendly. As they say it starts at when you walk into a door of an office. The first person you see reflects onto the entire atmosphere of an office.

I was at work when I received a voicemail in transcript as well Saying I had to reschedule for baby appointment so I had to take a break from work to call them back just for the girl to tell me she’s the only one that makes Calls and she didn’t call me? Why else would I take the time to call back for a voicemail I knew about but they didn’t? Not at all professional I’ll be switching

I have a long history with Einstein they have great doctors but sadly I feel like nows the time to find a new Doctor. I can never get a appointment with my Primary the staff are not very helpful they dont even put forth effort to satisfy your concerns seems like I spend more time in the ER for problems my Primary could solve its sickening and Im about DONE WITH EINSTEIN. Im sick right now and have been calling and leaving messages even the answering service has sent fax after fax no call or response somebodys not doing their job. Einstein really needs to get more organized and professional.

The staff in this office are rude, unprofessional and trying to get seen is a joke! You will die waiting on an appointment! Einstein needs to do better with this office! They never call back in a timely fashion and you have to call over and over to get an issue resolved! Medical help should not be this difficult. Let me just add that the doctors are not he problem it is the staff! I plan on calling the administrative office about this office!

Been with this Awful place for 11yrs and it has become so bad, they never want to help me with appointments for my kids when they are very sick ,the front staff is terrable and rude.Ever since Dr.Scaven left the staff just got so trashy!! I finally switched today to a better office that actually is helpful and already have appointments for Me and my husband and Kids..

The doctors and nurses are great, but they need to cut some of that dead weight at the front desk. For instance theres this one women I dont know her name, but shes Africa American, she looks like a man, she has a mustache and she always has braids in hair. She very rude and disrespectful. She always seems to be getting an attitude with people who check in for their appointment. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT HER 😐😐

There is absolutely no reason why it takes three weeks so see a primary doctor when every single time I’ve been here I was seen for ten minutes. The care here isn’t top notch for the scheduling to be so difficult. I’ve called twice to schedule an appointment that I might not even get and now I have to call a third time to even get a chance be seen. This is unacceptable.

This office is the worst. never return phone calls, call 911 if your not feeling well. they need to chat and complain about everything. that office needs a good cleaning. window havnt been washed since they moved in. even sidewalk in front of offices often not salted in snow or swept.EINSTEIN should be ashamed to even have their name on this building. if you are calling a doctors office you must need help...DO NOT CALL HERE.

I would advise that you choose a different place appts 4 weeks out. No bueno.

I actually love this office. Ive seen several bad reviews about the front office but if you come in with a bad attitude how do you think ppl are going to respond to you? I know from experience the receptionist goes over and beyond to help you with your needs.

No one ever answers the phone or returns any voice messages as they state they will. The staff they have now I can honestly say are very nice so far cause before o nooooo the ones that use to work there cause I honestly have not seen them again they were extremely rude and very unprofessional to the point where I had to say something to one kf the African American sloppy girl working on the 2nd I told her she can go work at McDonalds or Walmart with that nasty attitude. If you dont like your job you shouldnt even apply fkr it leave it for those who actually have an honest passing for it. My only issue now is the not answering the phone and not getting a call back.

I was very pleased with Einstien Medical. My doctor was very nice and concerned about my health. Usually I prefer a female doctor. But, I will contine to go Einstien medical. The nurse and office staff are so respectful and helpful. I 😍Einstien medical, it is very close to my home on Frankford, plus testing facilitate on Frankford and Rhawn. I cant believe some folks complain that waiting 20min to see a good Doctor is too long.

Its impossible to get them to answer the phones ,and when they do they never have any appointments until months later. Great service though other than that. very friendly.

The most unorganized professional office Ive ever seen. The front desk staff is rude and obnoxious.You walk in, they dont greet you, they actually dont say anything they just act like your not there. I had a paper referral for a month, they never sent in the electronic referral. A week prior to the appointment i went to the office to find out where the electric referral was, filled out a paper that said 24-48 hours for it to be done. A week later still wasnt done. Since no one answers the phone there, I had to go there and had to wait 20mins for this nasty girl (Angie) with an attitude to check everyone in before she would help me. Meanwhile the guy with curly hair sitting there did nothing, then disappeared. You shouldnt have to wait 20 mins to have a question answered. Then finally when they did call my name they couldnt even find the paper I filled out the week prior to have this done. not only could they not find the paper there was nothing in the computer, after a week. What are they doing in this office?

Changing doctors asap. Was sick called for an appointment. Got transfered to a voice mail never got a call back. Called back the next day and the earliest they could make me an appointment for was 3 days later! What kind of sick appointment is that? SmdhAlso when I went to the appointment I fed a broken meter in their parking lot money and had to scrounge for change for another.....

I had to wait over 20+ minutes several times, just to schedule an appointment, and the people that usually answer the phones all have attitudes. Theyre even worse in person. They all have bad attitudes and are super unprofessional. It sucks that I cant schedule an appointment when Im sick or if I have bad pain without them telling me Id have to go in the following month. Ridiculous!

They take forever. They always make you wait an extra 2 hrs plus just for them to see you for about 10 mins. I’m changing my doctor. This place sucks really bad 😡😡😡 I been going here for years and I’m really changing them . There’s no reason why I have to wait 2 hrs

I got there at 4:05 and my apt was for 4 . So I get there and signed my name and waited . I had to get up because I never usually wait this long. Then they tell me they saw me there but forgot to look at the list . They forgot because the were to busy talking but usually I dont have to wait that long ! Its been a really bad day 😩 Walked out crying because they had to reschedule after I wait forever to get an apt here 😩

I’ve really had enough of going to this doctor. They don’t have receptionists who actually answer the phone and can schedule an appt for you. Instead, you have to call an answering service and jump through hoops. I had a UTI recently that was causing me a great deal of pain so I called hoping to get a quick appt. All I needed to do really was go in, give a urine sample, and get some medication. The girl who was trying to schedule me said they had no appts for a month and that I needed to go to urgent care on Frankford ave which I wound up having to do. But really? What’s the point of having a PCP if they can’t help when you’re sick? Do they not leave time in their schedule to see sick patients? SMH!

I’ve tried to get a sick visit and they try to schedule me a month away,(that’s not a sick visit, that should be done within days of calling ), and because my doctor left I have to start everything as if I’m a new patient. Worst service and they change their rules to benefit them. If you actually need help, don’t go there!!!

I cant believe they have people like that working for the public. Those girls at the front desk are sooo rude. Specially the big girl with the braids. First time I went there and asked her something, her answer was...Google it. Really? Thats why they are there to help.. And yes try to make an appointment with their specialist.... I call on April to see the gastroenterologist and their next available appointment was for October.

I started going to this clinic not long ago but so far I am loving it. Starting from the front desk staff, the medical assistant they are very friendly and nice... I felt the doctor listened to my concern.. I was hesitant due to the bad reviews but decided to give it a try because it is close by.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Lubin. I absolutely HATE the wait times at this office. I have never waited less than an hour, typically 2 hours to see the Doctor. Its ashame, I dont want to leave my pcp but Im afraid I might have to.

Literally upstairs the ob/gym is the absolute worst they never pick up the phone even one of the staff memebers downstairs complained about them. All I want is my birth control but Id rather go to a f***ing AppleTree. Like what the f*** do I pay yall for? Because it damn sure cant be to do your job. Everybody needs to be fired and replaced with new staff.

The worst Primary care center, staff are rude and unprofessional, and appointments are almost impossible to schedule. They over book patients and are unable to keep up with them. I called to ask for a flu, Zika and strep test and got a call back where I was advised to take cough medicine for two weeks because that’s when the closest appointment is available.

Trying to make an appointment is the worst experience ever at this place. I called a month ago to make an appointment and they only had one appointment available a month away. I said I would take it. I called to confirm and the person never scheduled my appointment, and theres nothing she could do. Trying to get a hold at someone at the office is impossible. When I call at 4:30pm, I get the emergency line, because they turn off their phones early, when the website says they are open till 5pm.

I went in with knee and heel pain and without looking at my leg the dr who is no longer there thank God said it because youre overweight!! Really tho? I understand that may not help but at least check me out first then I mentioned Im having anxiety and high blood pressure is higher than normal and Im told to take benadryl smh umm isnt that for allergies doc?? Everyone else was great and the dr who I have now is a thousand times better than the other

Terrible Terrible Terrible Been having left side pains for some time Had to wait dam near 1 month for an appointment to be seen on June 6 2018 finally get to be seen with abnormal findings the doctor requested I get a ct scan done trying to schedule an appointment for the ct scan With a referral come to find out the referral wasn’t the same as what the doctor requested to the insurance company trying to call this clinic back to redo the referral to find out the doctor had resigned more loop holes.was told another doctor has to redo the script after several several several phone calls and voicemails I just went into the office my self finally got what I needed Come July 3 2018test is complete called the 5th for the results they have the test results but said waiting for a doctor to go over the results really😔

This place is an absolute joke. Today is Thursday, been calling for a sick visit due to an ear infection since Monday. They can do nothing until the 15th. Today is the 8th. The staff and the doctors alike are horrible. Do not go here, to do so will put your health at risk.

The wait in this office is unbelievable. The staff sit around talk about everything under the sun and seemed to be less concerned with patients. Their tone and manner towards some is unpleasant.

Didnt even want to give them one star but had to or I couldnt continue. We have group health insurance provided by employer, we have several employees who use this office. Each and everyone complained about about how rude the front desk, that they have to wait several hours to be even seen and if you call for a sick visit, its not going to happen for several months. One employee called yesterday and was told first appointment was in December.

They open at 9am. Just got off the phone with an operator that didnt work at the facility.

Never had such a horrible experience before, so rude staff, waited almost 40 minutes inside a closed room for a doctor to see that she never showed up !! Went outside to talk to anybody but never found, no body cares , no one give a damn about you , I will never ever go there .
