I am respectfully reporting this matter:SERIOUS ACTION NEED TO BE TAKING. Due to unnecessary loudly speaking our private information and the argument the way Angela in intake front desk adult sign at STRAWBERRY MANSION HEALTH CENTER. Angela was not treating us as a patient. It is possible that never check-in the patient name in the system to see DR.WENGER for her own personal reason. She was very rude and loudly speaking our private billing information in front of all the other patient. and she refuse to help with simple information and ANGELA say she too busy to check how much longer after 1hour wait, no vital sign or being call by the nurse. I was very uncomfortable so i have to record Angela in my phone of how disrespectful and not knowing to speak to us as a patient and I didnt have to deal with that because Im on 34 weeks pregnant not needed to be dealing with the drama in the front desk of this lady name ANGELA was bringing. I am so disapointed and this was the worse service and we was the very last to leave the health center, it is very very horrible.

I recently found myself with a life threatening illness and no insurance. The SMHC was there for me. I received prompt, courteous attention. From the receptionists to the laboratory to the pharmacy to the doctor - nothing but good vibes and attention. I am extremely grateful for the services I received. I am healed and healing and I wanted to share this information with them and the public. Side note- the lady running the lab is exceptional! Thank you all!

I arrived early in the morning on 03/2021, it was a great day and experience received from getting a COV-19 check, to the front desk registration, to the Lab, to Dr.Raminani and the Pharmacy. Thanks for good service....OH!,,,I cant forget how it all began with a return phone call from the Health Center RN, Thank You

Treatment various day today. Sometime I can be seen and exit in a timely fashion but more than likely it will be a all-day thing. Ive came in the morning and left in the evening.

The reception people are so rude and the wait time is horrible. I had to wait almost 2 hours to called in when I asked about this to the receptionist she was nasty and made me wait longer calling people after me.

They dont answer the phone. Appointments need to get adjusted. They have to keep up with people.
