We recently switched to Signature Home Care LLC from another agency and by far we have had the most pleasant experience! Transitioning isnt easy, but Jazmin made sure we were taken care of. You know how its stressful when youre in this process of getting your parents the best help posible and it just seems like no one is really interested in helping or has something better to do, but when we walked into the office we felt like we could relax. The office and Jazmin herself really represent the companys personality and brand. The vibe was caring and comforting! We felt the love and the staff feels like family. Honestly, Im glad because thats how its supposed to be, right?Jazmin was really professional and you can always tell that she cares when she talks. Its a breath of fresh air because with Signature Home Care you have people who come from the community and understand the community, especially able to support the minorities like Hispanic/Latino and African American. Its really not about who you are or where you come from though, you just feel the love either way! You know how parents are too, they want people that can relate to them culturally, but here they cater to pretty much everyone as far as weve experienced...The company is newly founded and Jazmin is finding ways to grow the company every day, so if you have any problems, be upfront with her and trust me, she will get to it. We havent had any problems yet, but we already feel like we can confront Jazmin about anything or suggest better ways things can be handled and that shes gonna take it into consideration. I think you should at least call and stop by the office while youre still looking around but weve settled here and were happy.
