Wonderful home care! They have great skilled staff, including nurses and physical therapists who have helped my family! Their receptionists are very responsive and I always get a call back from the care coordinators when I have a question. When my mom needs prompt care, I can always rely on the care to be there! Definitely recommend them.

One star is being generous...We are actively looking for another service. Prestige is horrible. When our aide calls out or takes off, they never find a replacement and leave my mom hanging. Out of the 3 days this week that someone was scheduled, no one showed up. We also have nurses come for wound care and they also forget about my mom or if the scheduled nurse can’t make it, they don’t have anyone to fill in. They just don’t seem to care. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This company bases its self on bribing the poor and bribing those who are less fortunate by promising to compensate for services they can no longer receive. They promise their consumers in exchange for service actually monetary compensation making these poor souls believe they will receive an incentive every month. Little do they know it’s jut to trap them. There are many companies that are going to make the legal and correct choice to move forward and assist you however this company is a mom and pop that is trying to take over what the government pays out to those in need of actual help. Please stay away and make sure you are aware of the true purpose of service here.

This is place is amazing, great pay for my aide and she gets fully paid insurance! What more can you ask for?

If I could give negative stars, I would. The people from the agency rarely show up and give zero notice and even when they give notice and we are told they will be sending someone else, that person doesnt show up. We only need someone Saturday and Sunday during the day and even that is apparently too much. And some of the people they send harass us for help doing their job. This agency is terrible.

I worked there for 7 years and it was awesome yes sometimes I had to go up there but its for my pay check till I got direct deposit set up and my hours always was right I dont know why the other person had so much trouble but I was doing 80 hours + 20 overtime great place to work for $_$

I totally get where your coming from.They are so unorganized and no direct deposit.I left them because my check was always wrong and they take too long to rectify and payroll issues.My former client also left because I was always stressed going up there or my timesheet missing.I promise you that if these problems keeps reoccurring then they WILL get shut down.I was there a few months back to get my check and they lost my timesheet and i had to wait for them to find it,as I was waiting another girl came in for her check and it was wrong.Ten mins later{still waiting}another girl said her hours were missing!!
