I was Blessed with an unexpected job opportunity right before the pandemic in a field that I LOVE, working for Patriot Home Care. Because I was raised by my grandparents, I’ve naturally gravitated to the Home Health field as it has a special place in my heart. Patriot Home Care has by far exceeded my expectations. At Patriot the pay is very competitive but even more, is being able to work with and for Amazing people who truly care for their employees. During a crazy time, Patriot Organized itself and its workforce to operate remotely to protect its staff with new equipment. Beyond just staff they provided Personal Protected Equipment (PPE) to hospitals that were in need within the community they service. Compassionate is the only way to describe the company attentiveness to its Caregivers, Consumers, Staff and Community. Knowing your ideas have a platform to be voiced is also a bonus. Having a diverse family/corporate mixed environment is such a unique quality and one of my personal favorites! As my grandparents grow older and will soon require services, I am confident and overjoyed to know they will be in great hands with Patriot Home Care. One less worry!

Horrible in service my grandmother is receiving care from this facility and they cant never get an aid there when the other aids call out. They dont pay their aids on time. Its just horrible. When calling to see what is the issued they hang up on me just unprofessional. Wish I didnt have to leave a star. Going to transfer and filing a lawsuit against this company.NO I am not your employee my grandmother is the customer DUH and my mother your employee. I Call and no one picks up and or someone always puts me on hold. Another agency had to come in and stay with my grandmother while your agency failed to provide services for my grandmother AGAIN!!!!Dont try to cover it by saying I am not an employee.

This is the worst company to work for. All they do is gossip about one another and smile in your face like they werent just talking bad about you. Upper management thinks they can talk to anyone however they want to. They dont respect anyone . I am surprised this home care agency is still in business

Patriot home care is a Good place to work. Still a fairly new company. Which means we still have things we are working out. Patriot DOES take good care of our workers through out the company. Patriot strives to constantly Improve and make changes as Guide lines change from time to time. Personally! I see how Patriot home care stepped up to the plate during this PANDEMIC! This is really a minus 5 star rating. Do not ever go here for home health care. They are the most irresponsible business ever. I think they hire all their staff from a pre K school. If you sign up with them, dont expect any help or returned phone calls. Youre on your own for the whole process. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.👎👎

The environment alone when you enter the office is a very welcoming and professional experience. The staff makes you feel as if youve known them for years. They welcome you with open arms and theres an instant feeling of being accepted as family. The company is very diverse as a whole. The very best part which is a great thing is that if you do come across an issue no matter how miniature it may be everyone comes together as a team to get it resolved. There arent many companies that you are greeted and welcomed by the warmth of the owners. Its just a great company to be a part of.

They say you will be payed hazard pay till the end of the pandemic but they will give you $600 divided between paychecks then it will be stopped.

Sorry but they dont meet your pay they lower it,an all extra benefits are because the pay rate is lowered a great deal for people that have taken classes to get higher pay as well as longer hours ur overtime is $3buck an hour less. Everyone is nice but pay doesnt meet your experience. An all agency get rebates on your medical insurance through them which they keep.

When I came to Patriot for the first time the staff treated me with respect and dignity that I deserve as somebody who is going to care for my beloved mother. Yes, they are very busy. Despite that, the staff explained to me all the questions I had ( I had a lot prior to coming to the place).Before coming to the company , I inquired about the company from other folks who use this company. They are the ones who recommended me the company in the first place. I feel I made the right choice by coming here

They make it so Good on the commercials but nothing like they said, Free health care yes for three visits a year after you have to pay into it, 401k yes after a year and also the life insurance. They also can decrease your wages if the you get more or less hours. Dont Do It!!!!

I started working 3/2 which was the last day of the pay period, today was pay day and i never got paid. When i called, the woman told me that since i worked the last day of the pay period that i wont get paid til NEXT pay day which is in 2 weeks... This makes no sense, i used to do payroll myself for the previous company i worked for so i know how pay weeks go... Ive been trying to get a Hold of someone else but nobody answers.. Been leaving messages Nd emails.. This is very unprofessional and unfair for myself and my patient. If this does not get resolved or i do not get a better explanation to why this is happening then my patient and I will be looking for a different home care company

I never thought that i would end up working for Patriot Home Care. I was called in one day for an interview unexpectedly and to my surprise by the end of the day I was Hired! I was nervous coming into such a busy place not knowing what to expect. It has been three months now and I am having the time of my life! I get the perks of working with a awesome team, they really helped me grasp the concept of things and how the business works. Being able to have my own desk in a nice fit office space for my team, makes us stronger team while building friendships along the way. I had troubles at first with being on time but they gave me a chance to redeem myself and i have not and will not let Partiot down. I am proud to say that i am apart of the Patriot team! I’ve been working here since October, it started rocky but after getting to know everybody here they are real easy to speak to and they are very helpful with getting what needs to be done.

II don’t know what company Yall negatives Nancy’s referring to because patriot healthcare is a great company. When I do not turn my time sheets in their writing me a check. If I don’t want to use my vacation time I’m getting cashed out, anything I ask for pay stubs anything I get and I get it with the up most respect I been with this company for 3/4 years now and I never had a problem. The problem is some of the care workers they be looking nasty and acting nasty so it is necessary for them to have security but like I said the aids is ignorant. also most people feel like just because their working for their family member that professionalism is out the door .that’s when the problem come in at uneducated people coming in to collect a check for their loved one. Like I said this is a great company and they always there for their employees

Im planning on reporting this fraudulent company to social security.

Patriot Home Care ambulance service refused to pick my mother up from a hospital and transport her to a rehab five minutes away. The rate they charge for this five minute ride is 475.00. Her insurance Keystone 65 pays this fee but she has a 250.00 deductible. They refused to pick her up unless her family paid the 250.oo up front. Since we did not have it Patriot cancelled the service. Now I am transporting her in my car which is not capable of getting her there. No one at Nazareth hospital has ever heard of this happening to a patient. Its a sad day for my 88 year old mother and a sad day for us thanks to this money hungry organization.

What I think of Patriot Home Care?? It depends because in this agency you have a few people who does go above and beyond for you. I do understand that working in any job your always have your pros and cons. I’ve had bad experiences there and I’ve had good. The woman that’s at the front desk with the long black hair is always nice and respectable to me I believe she a great representation to that company. I know alltin that works in the time sheet department she always go above and beyond for anyone. The woman with the nose ring on the third floor in timesheets needs to learn how to speak to people I believe you should speak the way you want to be spoken to. The HR department some individuals in that department I’ve witnessed being so calm at tough situations especially the woman with the short curly hair she’s always on her job I’ve witnessed someone yelling at her and her just turning the upset caregivers happy within seconds but like I said it’s how you speak to people. She can understand there frustrations and does a great job handling the resolution. Happy customer service is key especially in this job field. She’s always my go to person. The girls who deal with the coverages and does there best to find permanent cases has been awesome. I know it’s hard getting a case at times because it’s easier to get in when you have your own patient but I’ve done plenty of coverages until they found me my permanent case. There was something’s I wasn’t able to do because it was too far but they have always been very flexible with me with the help of the woman with short curly hair. I know Patriot is not in the best neighborhood or sometimes you get the short end of the stick with some people but there’s always someone else who willing to help. You just gotta know who to look for in there. God Bless

Google needs a no star option...They need all new staff. They never answer the phone, call back, and very disorganized! They are all terrible. My friend even caught a worker talking about me in her language. How is that at all professional?! So sooo many more issues.

Horrible horrible place. My daughter works for them and has not received a check in almost 7 weeks. NO ONE returns your phone call and they all blame each other for mistakes made. She has had to drive from Pottstown to Philly several times to pick up her check because of mistakes. DO NOT even waste your time with this joke of an “establishment “

We were very excited to have Patriot Home as a potential agency to help with my Mom home health care. Unfortunately, we have decided against that after what happened. My family scheduled a first appointment with the family to meet with the representative and potential person schedule to care for Mom. She never showed up! No phone call to say why. We called the agency twice a never got a return call that day. The next day a person just showed up at my Moms residence to work. We had no idea the young lady was coming. We told the person we were no longer interested. Then we get a phone call from the agency with an apology stating she was out yesterday and there was some kind of mix up. Our first impression is that this was handled very unprofessionally and because of the sensitivity of care taking, we would have to go with another agency.

No work place doesnt have its problems, but for Patriot, there are far more Pros than Cons.Being a person that was a first time hire in this industry, Patriot ushered my transition rather steady acting as laison between state protocol. Training was laxed but thorough through instructional video classes. Followed by a physical with your primary doctor and TB test.The staff is VERY diverse, which I appreciate. The administration appears to be run by mostly women (all beautiful). Everyone in the staff generally greets their employees whenever I come to the office. (Including the guards).I rarely had any problems which only ranged from clerical entries ala few checks were wrong, but once addressed this condition was handled immediately within the hour. Field inspectors that visit my site are polite as well and prompt when checking my client. Ive never had any attitude problems with staff.Pay is moderate where most employees make their bulk with overtime. Pay is bi-weekly.This company often give novelty gifts around the holidays (I.E. Candies and Chocolate).PROS- Friendly staff. Improvisional Pay. Good location. Vacation Pay options, Training ( while being fed), stress-free interaction between office and job, respectful field inspections.CONS- Slow Direct Deposit transition, Long lines on payday to receive your check, some vague communication with HR sometimes, elevator in building only stops on all floors in one direction (Up, not Down), bad parking, analog timesheets, while most other companies used email to submit timesheets, PATRIOT makes its employees bring in or mail in timesheets which may be a problem for workers who live far away, no ID badges for employees, slighted benefits package.Overall no problems, I just wish companies like this was a little more technically advanced. (Like a time sheet App, and a money transfer app like CASH APP or VENMO.

This company is very unprofessional. The woman that answered the phone was VERY RUDE and disrespectful. Nothing like in the commercial.

We currently have them for my husband.anagement is rude and do not get back to us with concerns. We had his evening aide no call no show and this company does NOT have any backup caregivers whatsoever. If someone is sick or has an emergency they will not send anyone. We recently had this happen and after a week of that aide no showing he went to them and they were going to send him back without checking with us at all. We told them this is not okay and we would speak with him and go from there. He no call no showed again 3 times. They were going to send some girl to our house last week after she was just interviewed and watched a 2 hour video. My husband is paraplegic and this isnt sufficient. They were also sending another stranger to our home without giving us name or any info. They also do not do background checks or drug screens. We later found out our evening aide had NO DRIVERS license and was driving there every day and had been in prison. This agency CANNOT be trusted. Im in the process of changing and interviewing new agencies

Great training and great ppl in the work place

I never really had any problems, but the building is very nasty and dirty. Dont even use the bathroom its disgusting. And u cant get direct deposit if u dont have 2 two step ppds. Never heard of that.

Very unorganized, messy gossipers, HR do not answer the phone or return calls, they have heavy security for the disrespectful employees, unpleasant, the benefits aren’t that great at all. Please do your research on all of these companies before allowing your family to get involved with them. This company is horrible and I say that as un angry as possible I couldn’t take it.
